I shopped at Ross twice over the past few months, and I've walked to checkout with a buggy overload. Keep giving me unique selections, Ross!The only reason I gave this a 4 star is because it is not as organized as I'd like for it to be. I don't like to have to dig through things to have to try and find something in a bin.

For a person looking for clothes it's probably a good place to shop.I go on occasion to see what they have in the "hardware" section. Yesterday I scored a name brand, 14-3 extention cord for half price.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store. Tinsenea ignored us while we clearly stood at the register. Then was very rude. She said she didn't know why I was just standing at the register, but she never once asked if we needed help or were ready to check out. All register lights we off and they had empty register tills sitting on the counter as if all registers were closed. She made me get my own receipt off the machine and when I asked if that was normal she said " be sure to tell them that when you call"They lady that assisted me at the jewelery counter was very friendly. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name

Love shopping here but their fitting rooms are a joke. They have two very small makeshift fitting rooms right up front by the registers. I LITERALLY waited 25 min to try on a few shirts the other day. Why inconvenience your customers . It's ridiculous the owner /. management should be ashamed to say the least .

Went to Ross in Montgomery Al on Ann Street and the one in Prattville Al on the same day. Both stores were stocked and organized. The prices weren't bad. I'm guessing dressing rooms were closed and two small ones open in the front are for the employees to monitor shoplifters. I dont like it because the wait time is SOOOO long to try on your clothes, and the people ahead of you don't put back what they don't want, so you have to squeeze inside with all their clothes to. Other than that the experience wasn't horrible. The employees seemed alright. The store floors weren't nasty, and the clothes were mostly in the correct areas by size.

I haven't been in a while but thought I was just go for old times sake to check it out. It was nice I did shop but there was a lady at the opening when you come in I felt a little uncomfortable to see her watching me as if I'm there to Steal I'm looking like I'm the one who don't like theft and she made me feel upset. When I went to check out she was now standing in front of the counter facing me. So I love Ross but don't need that in my life. Merry Christmas everyone. Just enjoy yourself at Ross it's not a bad place.

I was able to get a lot of clothes and shoes for under 200 bucks. They had my dress size and I was able to try it on, in a clean dressing room. Store was organized an employee smiled a greeted me while in the lady's dress area. I got in the wrong payout register and a cashier pointed me in the right direction. Overall I'm happy with my purchases.

Lot's of clothing to choose from and a great sale is taking place.The prices are wonderful!Great selection of clothing.The location is easy to reach after exiting off and easy to exit out of with plenty of parking.Customer service was fantastic!

I love the cheap clothes. It usually had a large selection to look at, but recently it has either been low with inventory or thr site just hasn't been picked up and the clothing put back in the section to which it belongs. The employees are not friendly at all. They need to be way more inviting and seem more warm to customers as we all dread to check out. Not to mention, checking out can, not always, take forever.

I use to love this store so what happened??!? The employees I have encountered are very rude!! Won't allow you to bring your drink in with you anymore and are VERY RUDE about it! There selection of kids clothes is almost obsolete! They don't have the name brands adult jeans they use to carry!! Show selection is now horrible!! Get it together

Music is HORRIBLE!!! Horrible artist and TOO LOUD!!! I am 60 years old. When I shop I am not there to dance up and the aisle I am there to SHOP!!! I like a peaceful calm atmosphere so I can THINK!!! The sign outside says "department store". I would not be at a nightclub or bar!!!!!!! Thank you!!!

It used to be clean, organized, and greatly priced. That's no longer true. Employees are as a matter of fact, like they don't want to work there. Everything was a mess on the floors and such, prices were very high.

Is a decent place to go, the personnel are awesome, order and clean environment that what my wife likes and if you're looking for good stuff and save some money, the only thing that I see is some times they run out of variety of things and they take time to bring new stuff again.
