If you need your battery replaced in your watch this is the place to come. They are very friendly and They also have great prices on their jewelry! I was able to purchase a nice silver necklace rope 18’ for only $70. I have several vintage watches and they looked at them and gave me an appraisal on What I needed to repair them and didn’t even charge me for that. So I’m very happy with Rick’s jewelry I’ll be using them from now on. So if you like my post and you go see them tell them Carolyn sent you😍

I have purchase jewelry from Rick's Jewelry for 20 years .I have never been disappointed from time you walk in the door to ordering if they don't have what you looking for in store. Customer service is great ! I just went in this week always so pleased Rick's really isn't like the other Jewelry stores everyone feels welcome rather you buy or not.

I purchased a Christmas gift for my wife and the experience was amazing. No fighting the crowds, even though I had waited until late in the season, great selection and exceptional service. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The young lady that waited on me was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure that I got the most bang for my buck.

This is the place to go to get your jewelry fix,clean,or remade. They remade my wedding bands. They took my band and my husband band with my engagement ring and made one ring from a 3 peace.The employee are so sweet and helpful as well.The best part of all is something I can go and a big woundfull dog he is so sweet and help to keep the place cool and friendly. He loves to be rub and all the good things. But if you do not like dog they will keep him in the back.Would I tell you to go to Rick jewelry for anything I Would. The have help me with everything and keep mw informed at all times.Please go there and have them work for you too

What a wondeful experience! I haven't had my jewelry touched in years due to constantly moving and not ever feeling I had the trust factor with a jeweler during those moves. The customer service from the moment I walked through the door to the explanation of what needed to be done to my pieces was A+. I will not use another jewelry store for the duration of our time living in Alabama. My jewelry looks great and new again and the new piece I bought is perfect.
