The Margherita Flatbread Pizza was super yummy. It’s plenty big for two hungry adults. The basil, grape tomatoes and mozzarella will tingle every taste bud in your mouth! A must try. The creamy tomato soup is my all time favorite. This time I also tried the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken this time in my pick 2 deal. Loved the fresh romaine lettuce with a mix of mandarin oranges, fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and crunchy pecans. I’ll totally get it again!

Could not get waited on 4-27-24. 9:30 am. Stood at the counter several minutes for someone to come an take my order. Employees walked by, saw me and ignored me. You obviously have enough customers, without me. I refuse to use a kiosk to place my order and also pay your high prices! You are now in the same category as Walmart!

Easy to locate, clean and well maintained place. Ok ordering experience, good service. They have 4-5 tables in the outside sitting area.They did enter a wrong order, but they fixed it when we brought to their attention.Good food, could be better. Needs training at order entry, be more attentive to customer orders.Overall, quick and friendly place

The staff,location,and the food are amazing! Panera has created the perfect chicken sandwich.I highly recommend the spicey chef chicken sandwich (it's not spicy at all;just has more flavor).The staff was friendly,and location is spacious,and comfortable to sit in. This location is a must visit

Usually I have a spectacular experience at this location. I'm a frequent visitor to this location. However, the last few mornings have been unacceptable. There used to be a young lady named Danielle that worked here but it seems that after she left (or maybe she's not morning shift anymore) the customer service and hospitality went out the door. This morning I ordered a Chipotle chicken, scrambled egg and avocado wrap and was told I needed to pull to the front door and it would be brought to me. I had to wait 15 minutes before I went inside and still had to wait an additional 5 minutes. This was completely unacceptable and I know every place has rough mornings... but this was terrible. And yo wait that long for my food to just be slapped together poorly. Do better.

Good food, pretty quick line.The place doesn’t look like much from the entrance side, but it’s a normal size Panera.The paninis are really tasty, the salads are huge and tasty. The soup bowl was good, but cut out real high, so there wasn’t much soup inside.There is nobody here at night, so it’s a good place to get a quick or long bite in a quiet atmosphere siphoning WiFi.They have a little seating area with a fireplace and couch chairs, pretty cozy.

The service, store and the food was very clean and fresh. The bowls my husband and I chose were delicious and healthy. This place is a great alternative to eating fast food. A little pricey but it was good.

I mainly come to Panera for the breakfast & smoothies. This particular location always serves their smoothies with a bunch of ice on the bottom like an iced drink. So I use to request that they blend it extra well. But why do I have to make a “special request” to not have large junks of ice in a smoothie….

I've been to many Paneras before, and this location is the most up-to-date of them all. With a unique store layout, the store features its own customer pick-up windows for those ordering remotely. Parking spaces are reserved for these customers as well. The outside seating is plentiful and comfortable with the patio being well-kept. Bathrooms are nicely cleaned. Lastly, the staff is warm and inviting! It is certainly worth stop visiting if you're shopping around or taking a stop off the main road.

On 10/22 or 10/21/23 , I had to take my salad back because they gave me bad lettuce! Like it was evident that the lettuce had been frozen and thawed. Greg was great on the refund, but c'mon bad lettuce is sooo visible. Today, 10/26/23 I place a drive-thru rapid pick up order , the order ticket says "no Caesar + greek dressing"- low and behold, no greek dressing and I am allergic to ceasar- I call, as always, Greg is fantastic, but this is the 2nd time in less than a week that I have had to call, complain and have to take the time out of my day to go back when convenient! Oh and once again HORRIBLE lettuce! I think they are trying to kill me! I hate complaining let alone having to back track! I literally eat their 3-4 times a week, as a regular, I would think they would treat me better!

I just got a chicken ceaser salad with a piece of bread. And not only was the salad super small but it literally had 3 little slivers of chicken on it. And the bread is so hard I cld throw it threw a wall. I will not ever go back to Panera bread again.

Restaurant was very clean. One of a few restaurants lately that had enough staff to accommodate the customers. Ordering was fast and easy, cashier was very polite. By the time I chose and table and went to sit down my order was ready. I had the soup, and sandwich with a pecan twist. The soup was hot, and very delicious as was the sandwich. I will definitely be back, and I do recommend this Panera Bread in Prattville, Alabama.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Panera. Their food and service is always good.What I think sets this Panera apart is how they allow their employees to express themselves. I’ve never seen another chain restaurant allow employees to have their pronouns on their name tags or wear pride pins and shirts. I think it’s amazing thing to allow employees self expression.

We just ate at Panera. I wanted to leave a review because a worker, Tish, was so amazing. She was cleaning, attending to costumers, and overall just positive and kind. She was the only worker upfront taking orders, cleaning and checking in on everyone in the facility. There was a bad storm and she even took me as well as other costumers to their cars with her umbrella so we wouldn’t get wet. Thank you Tish for providing amazing costumer service and being so kind!
