Table on display. Asked how we can buy it. Was told to ask manager. Asked manager, she immediately said “we don’t have anymore”. Went back to her and asked if we could buy display. “No, please move, you’re in my way”. If you don’t have anymore, you need to take down the display. Manager is rude! Would leave 0 stars if I could.

The staff was very friendly and all the cashiers are direct and virtuous. I have gone to this store several times and not once has I seen what some other reviewers mentioned in their negative reviews about rude or mean associates.I love how all the employees seem to have a smile on their face when they greet you specifically the funny cashier girl who is heavier set with long dark hair, can’t remember her name, and the lovely dark skinned wan who has helped me several times find the right sheets and pillow cases I have wanted, Betty, I believe her name was.I have heard several employees laughing and being sweet to one another then turn right around and act the same with me. I’m overjoyed to have a place I can go and get such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.Sometimes it’s a bit bogged down with items but you can find almost anything at this store. Just please remember it is a store that doesn’t order it’s own stock people. They offer us what they have and I’m grateful they do! They don’t always have what I’m looking for but they normally can tell me some places to go to find what I’m looking for which I appreciate!The manager is cute and willing to work just as diligently as his employees and is always smiling when I have seen him. I have heard how he talks to his employees and I am overjoyed at such a wonderful manager being in the town I visit on vacation!I have had a sweet cashier ask me to close my purse but when I asked her why she told me it was because she was concerned someone would reach into my purse. She was concerned about my things being stolen from me, not me stealing from them. I am thankful they have such kind employees who are willing to go the extra mile to actually care during this time when due to COVID-19 everyone is rude and inconsiderate everywhere else I go! Some other stores could stand to learn a lesson from them!!The only downside was they were not all wearing masks but since the last time I went to Ollie’s even that has changed! Way to go Ollie’s!!!!

One of the best spots to hit up for some incredible bargains. Be sure to check out the entire store because you'll never know what you'll find lurking on a back shelf. The one drawback is they have 1 cashier at all times and the line is usually rather long.

Cheap prices and good quality. From home goods to clothes, kitchen items, electronics and furniture, great store. A large percentage is off brand items, but there is still a fairly large quantity of name brand items at discounted prices. Book selection is better than most book stores, expecially when you factor in price.

The best prices for my dehydration group of drinks.... always at bargain prices. They really beat online and grocery store prices by as much as 50%. My always go-to-shopping experience.

This trip was very disappointing. I saw the sales ad I was sent through both email and text with products I wanted to buy only to not see them in the store. I bought other items but left disappointed.

I love Ollie's it is a great place for browsing!! If you like to read you can usually find a good read, fiction nonfiction and a selection for children cheaper than the major high street bookshops. They also have a selection of puzzle books, adult and children's coloring books and other assorted entertainment books at good prices.I love to look around and see what the current bargains are. This visit it was cleaning supplies. If you are flexible you can find some. Items at good prices, maybe not the brand or scent you like but good substitutes.I also found house hold items I had been seeking a better prices!The Prattville store is more organized these days and the staff are friendly and helpful. I find a visit there restful and good for my pocketbook!!

The woman at the front desk she had her hair pulled up and I want to say that she had a hint of purple in her hair, a woman of color, she was awesome, she assisted me, allowed me to use her phone when I could not find my own and she helped me find it. She offered me breakfast before I got on the shuttle and she had to call a shuttle back for me. She was very instrumental at getting me where I needed to be on time.

Okay well nice parking area it's got a Dollar tree next door to it and it's all kind of other stores and shopping centers and food restaurants around the area so it's very convenient and nice and they'll always have good prices...Store it the store is clean and neat, the employees are very nice and helpful 😊The department store has a range of items like they have guarding things patio furniture that have entertainment anywhere from a cord to TV speakers they have household items like pots and pans and dishes and silverware as an ends candy food healthcare from men and women they got separate infants boys and girls a toddlers adolescents juveniles or adults clothing games like board games or puzzles and stuff personal hygiene things and well it's that rubs and I just step her automobiles and it's just it's a wonderful store to visit so if you haven't ever been there how about game of try sincerely ETA thank you

I comparison shop using my phone while in Ollie's as all things aren't best price. But s lot of kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies are great price. The inventory changes so if you see a deal you need to buy it and not wait. Also you can join their reward program and earn discount coupons.
