I stayed here for about a month for a work trip since Maxwell-Gunter was overbooked. It was an amazing stay. Beverly at the front desk made me and the group I was with feel at home for the duration of our stay. Everyone from front desk, house cleaning, and management were all the kindest people. The lobby area was always clean and a nice place to get work done outside of the room. The hotel itself is in walking distance of a few great restaurants and Target. The hotel is about 20 mins from Maxwell-Gunter and an easy drive. Again, huge kudos to Beverly!!!

I unfortunately am unable to give a good review on my stay at this hotel. Although the hospitality was great from the lady at the front desk, I found a bed bug crawling across the bed in my room on the 4th floor. I took pictures and videos and she confirmed that it was indeed a bed bug. To my knowledge no action has been taken to resolve the issue. I spoke with Hilton and they were supposed to get back in contact with me and I never heard back from them. Very disappointing because when I travel I always try to stay at a Hilton property.

This was our first time staying here however it will not be our last. Tracy at the front desk was very polite and informative to my questions. She made me feel so welcome. The hotel’s decor is stunning and inviting. The breakfast was stellar and the breakfast staff were very engaging. Five stars don’t give this place Justice.Thank you,Stephanie

One of the nicest Hampton Inn I've been in recently. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming! The room was spotless. Bathroom was too! Not a speck of dust on furniture or anywhere else!What struck me the most was the warm welcome from those ladies at the front! Restaurant are located near by. Definitely stop here on your journey. 5 star!!!

I had a one night stay for a business trip. It is situated within walking distance of many eating and shopping places. Bonus there is a Starbucks (if you like coffee) next door. The staff checking me in was very pleasant and thorough. My room was on the third floor so I took the elevator which was clean. My room was also clean and smelled fresh. The noise level was very low. The shower had very good hot water and water pressure. There was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion provided as well as mouthwash and make up removal towelettes. There was also wifi provided and log in was simple and easy. There is a breakfast provided that includes waffles, pastries cold and hot cereal, coffee, juice and milk etc. Overall I had a very nice stay. Oh and parking was free.Walkability: Close to restaurants.Food & drinks: Free breakfast included with your stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was great- they greeted me, checked me in and gave me amenities. The room was clean, hot water stayed hot, everything very enjoyable. Great location! They could use a trash can in the hallway so no one throws trash outside their door. The breakfast was ok, not the best for a Hampton Inn.

Highly recommended!Front desk staff, Amanda and Casten (sorry, I forgot her name but she appeared to be management), was wonderful! Friendly, kind, and helpful.Keisha, housekeeping, was delightful and pleasant. She wished me safe travels and was very sincere.Room and bathroom were spotless! Everything was fresh and new. Bed was comfortable. Also, they had chamomile tea which is not commonly found when I travel.Fitness center was fabulous! It is spacious and has a large selection of equipment and weights, even light ones - unusual in many hotels. There was a well-stocked cooler with cold towels. Nice touch!Breakfast area was spacious, clean and had plenty of food on hand - including cut pineapple. Another rarity.Well done, @Hilton!

I have stayed at Hampton Inn, at Prattville, numerous times and it is consistently comfortable and nice. Service is always great. Wonderful beds and showers.Rooms: Always clean.Nearby activities: Starbucks right across the parking lot. Plenty of food choices around it.

The only reason I’m giving this hotel this high of a rating was solely because of the night clerk. We had a very late check in, close to midnight and she was absolutely lovely. She was very kind and helpful. The rest of the stay was pretty awful. For the price of the room, I expected it to be much cleaner and the walls to be more insulated. I could hear everything our “neighbors” were doing in excruciating detail. The beds were so incredibly hard and uncomfortable, that even my husband, someone I’ve seen fall asleep within seconds just lying on the floor, couldn’t do anything more than toss and turn all night. The breakfast the next morning was just sad. Everything from the omelettes and bagels to the juice and yogurt, nothing tasted fresh or like it was still in date. All in all, I’ve had much better experiences at hotels half the price.

Rooms and location are excellent. Breakfast is better than most. The waffle maker is awesome.Check-in was very bumpy. Beverly needs immediate additional training on how to handle out of the ordinary situations and especially on how to better use her listening skills. Something that was prearranged was befuddling and confusing to her. Interjecting and sharing irrelevant information further delayed the check-in process.The primary task of getting us checked in in under 15 minutes was a fumble. The faces of the six other parties behind us that had accumulated and were waiting to check in told the story. We even received comments later about our level of patience.

Accommodations were very good. Breakfast was better than most with a wide variety of choices. The lady at the front desk was inept and under-trained. She especially needed to work on her listening skills and reduce or eliminate the chatter and fake charm. Took well over fifteen minutes to get checked in. The five other parties faces behind us told the story. We had called ahead & added a night to our stay that morning. Everything was prearranged and prepaid. Disappointed with the extra aggravation after a 7 hr drive.Noteworthy details: Close to Capital Hill golf courses. Less than 2 miles away.

Stayed overnight on our way to an Auburn football game. At check in the front desk clerk was extremely welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. My stay was very nice UNTIL I encountered the lady working in the breakfast area. She was extremely rude to every guest who dared ask her for anything. She was my final interaction with this hotel and needless to say she left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if she's new , but based on the previous reviews either she's new or was having a bad day and brought it to work. Either way something should be done if you want to keep your good ratings.

Unplanned stop on a trip…the room was large and clean. Good layout. 99 percent of the employees were very pleasant. Outdoor pool looked clean but didn’t use it. I Was very pleasantly surprised at the complimentary breakfast. Something for everyone. Definitely recommend this location.

We were so tired and stressed from the day, ending it with a storm that wouldn't allow you to see the road. Upon the arrival the ladies at the check in counter were so warm and friendly both had welcoming smiles the whole time. Leaving the following day the ladies at the check out counter were just as pleasant. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was just as nice. All the employees had smiles and really just nice. Can't say enough good about the place I'm sorry I didn't remember their names, I was just too tired. But the whole crew was great. We have stayed there before and never have had bad service. Great place, great people.

Customer service and overall lodging experience exceeded all my expectations. I chose this location after reading the positive reviews and they are correct. Yolanda at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel manager, Anita May's assisted with an issue and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Brand loyalty is important and this location exemplifies the best of how to retain and guarantee return customers. I highly recommend making this Inn a priority when in the Montgomery area!
