The food was really good. The young man in glasses who took our order, not so much. Leaning on the wall by the register looking like he'd rather be anywhere than work, somewhat quiet so we had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Clearly didn't know know what was on the menu directly above his head as I was reading it to him...and half distracted by people behind him talking to customers about things that didn't involve him. A customer shouldn't have to hear "I'm sorry what?" Multiple times when ordering.Here's hoping any future experiences may be better.

The BBQ was not good. It didn't taste like BBQ. It looked more like dog food. The slaw was a very small amount and there was not any carrots in the slaw. My order was not correct. I was suppose to receive cajun fries but received the regular ones instead. The hushpuppies was the only good thing I ate.The white cheddar bites were overcooked and there was not enough meat in the cheeseburger quesadilla. The cashier was not knowledgeable about the items on the menu. It appears to me he needs more training but he was nice though. I might give this place one more visit to try the hamburgers and milkshakes.The other food needs improvement.Parking: There were plenty parking spaces.

The employees were really nice, especially Jadelyn she went out of her way to help us and was friendly with the kids. Very clean place. Service was very friendly, food was served fast, and it was very tasty. Highly recommend this place. They have a good selection of menu items. I had the cookout hotdog with Mustard, onion, chili, and slaw. Delicious and the fries were great. BTW, you can make whatever flavor milkshake you want, but they have menu choices too. I had them make a Blueberry, Banana, Strawberry milkshake for me. It was perfect for getting me back on the road full.

I went to this location at noon, ordered 2 chili dogs w chili, coleslaw, mustard, onion, order of onion rings, chocolate shake. Chili dogs, no chili flavor could be detected, a few flavorless onion pieces, bland hot dog, but could taste the mustard. Onion rings had no onion taste, a sliver of flavorless onion inside a mass of fried dough. Got my shake 5 min after I got the order, it was a cup of ice cream called a shake, no resemblance to a shake at all. I paid $13.87 for this almost inedible meal and will be the last time ever for this chain. Will be telling family, friends about this.

Wow the food was fast hot and fresh. It was our first time visiting a Cook Out and we are glad we did. I would have liked a friendly person taking our order maybe one that wanted to help guest. Even with that I rated 4 cause the food was really great. The menu was large and high so it wasn't easy to read from the register. But again all that's ok cause the burgers tasted just like if you grilled them.

I usually love a quick bite from cookout for an inexpensive, filling meal and a yummy shake. This was the second location to disappoint in a week, but this one gets the half gold star. First, slow service- no big deal, I wasn’t in a hurry. But it wasn’t good service either. When I called them on giving me change for a ten dollar bill, instead of the twenty I had handed them, I then had to sit and wait while, I suppose, they tried to figure out how to correct their mistake. But then asked me how much change I was owed.🤦🏼‍♀️ At least I was honest. lolBut the food.🤢I keep my dogs from eating things off the ground that look like this. I know you can smell and taste three hours old, probably thrice fried hush puppies and fries from this picture. And you can see where they tried scraping the slaw off of the cold sandwich to accommodate my request. SMH. Very sub par.

My spouse is the absolute sweetest person and hates asking people for things so today when we went to go get some food she asked for ranch, honey mustard, ketchup and regular mustard. The girl brought them all except mustard. She asks the girl if she could have the mustard too...the girl says "you said honey mustard" she replies "yes but also regular mustard, sorry!!" Girl comes back opens window, she again says sorry but instead the girl throws the mustard packets at her and closes the window. We honk to get someone's attention and get ignored. Either train your people better or don't put them in a customer service role.

I did not like anything about this place! Inside was busy and not clean. One worker was trying, but grime everywhere as a steady stream of customers came. My order took forever and this was my very first inside experience at Cookout. I dispersed my party of 8's food. I personally had a BBQ plate. It was matted and disgusting to taste. I almost stopped there but my wife thought a burger would work. The thing was cold and bland. I'm calling on someone in management to make this write. This can't be!

A very good place to eat lunch or supper. Very good prices. Two combos will cost you under 15 dollars. So many choices you'll want to come back later or the next day to try something new. At the moment the burger is the best main item. The cheese bits are the best side item. There are many drinks to choose from, but at the moment the coke float is my favorite. The Hush puppies in the picture are good also. The staff are very helpful. A very clean restaurant. It was busy but we ordered and got our food pretty quick.

Usually I love this cookout but the food didn't seem fresh and didn't seem to have the same seasoning as usual. My order wasn't completely right so I had to go back through the drive thru. They were nice and corrected it with no problem so the people were nice. I was just disappointed since it wasn't as good as it usually is. I would go back though.

The food is okay. There is almost no chicken in the quesadilla. The little chicken wrap has more chicken in it. They rush you and they seem to skimp on portions. The menu is huge and I had to figure out the combos. I had onion rings for two sides and I may have had like 6 rings. My honey mustard wrap didn't seem to have any sauce on it. Been there twice. Felt rushed both times. There were only two of us the second time.

Great food! Today (6/24/23) was our first time visiting a Cook Out restaurant. It was Saturday around lunch so, the place was very, very busy.We waited in line for dining in and had a chance to check out the menu. I ordered a hot dog, a hamburger with fries and a chocolate malt too.The food tasted just like the title says, like you are at a family cook out! The young lady at the register taking orders was as kind and as patient with everyone. The drive thru was very busy and the dining room was packed she never once panicked and stayed as sweet and professional as ever.This is a great place and we will be back!
