This location in Prattville is NEW and the managers are not doing it all right. There’s been a month of it’s opening and there’s a big project two min away and this the last stop for hundreds of people and they seldomly have taquitos breakfast items or food in the fridge. The fridge in the middle near the coffee is always empty. They say it’s broken. They are lazy

These are the worst stores in history they don't even know what they're selling they could care less about their customers make me wait over 20 minutes to decide they can't sell me something that's in their store on their shelf while they let many other customers go before me that was behind me AGM convince me to give this store a shot this is the second circle k I have ever stopped at

The Circle K in Prattville S.Memorial near Cooters Pond has the absolute rudest Cashier working, the girl has made a scene twice when I have been in there with my daughter who's 21 and in front of a store full of customers refuses to sale me cigars because she believed I was buying them for my daughter never once did she ask for my daughter I.D, Yesterday I go back in unfortunately she was working and I did my best to avoid her being it's around 230p.m store is crowded and I didn't want conflict but she kept on insisting I come to her line. I asked for District manager number her Manager says Google as my daughter leaves the cashier comes out screaming at her.Yes I'm calling Regional Manager and next step is waiting ,as I left 2 other customers walked out a older black gentleman and he said you need to report her she's always rude she's a black lady and I'm white. But race means absolutely nothing to me I wasn't raised that way and neither have my children. Enter was absolutely awesome and there is one very nice male cashier. Oh and their bathroom haven't worked in over a year so Truck drivers need to go elsewhere

This station is clean and has non ethanol gas which is a plus. Lately, however, after pumping the gas, the machine has been out of paper requiring me to go inside for a receipt-which negates any convenience. On my most recent visit on a Friday afternoon, I had to go inside for my receipt; only one cashier was at the register, and the line was 12 deep! L —-, the cashier, seemed oblivious and did nothing to speed things up. Quite annoying!

Well let's see 🙂Here.It's always clean and organize you have a wide selection from crackers to canned goods to bread the cakes to Candy to soda to juices it's really nice little store still there and try it sometimes...

Worst managed store of any kind I have ever experienced. Trip hazards throughout the store. Slow gas pumps. Windshield service at the pumps is non-existent. Rude employees. They don’t care if you do business with them or not so I’m done. I thought Entec was bad until this bunch took over. Absolutely horrible! Should be negative stars!

This is a really bad one, as far as circle k's go. I work down the road so often drift in for lunch. They never have hotdogs ready and if they do they are out of all the condiments and th nacho cheese/ chili....would advise carrying yourself on down the road if you're hungry 🤷🏻‍♂️

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They will take your money and tell you give it some many days to get it back. And In order to get gas you have to re pay them again!

The place was packed and the e women behind the counter we're quick to get everyone in and out. They interacted with every customer and we're very pleasant to be around. Good job ladies you're killing it! 11/22/18

Just pulled in to Curcle k on 31 to fill up with diesel and the reader at pump was not working. My daughter in law went in to wait until we were through pumping so she could pay but the guy behind the counter said that he would not turn pump on because she did not know how much we were going to get and told her that he didn’t care if she was standing there or not he wasn’t going to turn pump on.

Pumps are extremely slow and they quit handling non-ethanol gasoline so I quit shopping there
