Store is bright and organized and it's easy to find what you need. The shelves are stocked and everything seems clean and cared for. Bathrooms were just cleaned which was also nice to see since we were there late, about 30min before closing. I would recommend shopping there at this later hour for easiest shopping and cleanest experience!

Limited selections. Used to find odd and ends, different items not usually in stores. Now it's just the same Ole same Ole stuff, high priced. I can find the same products across the street for less. In today’s day, every penny counts on a budget.

Had a delightful time shopping at Big Lots today. Jennie was do friendly and made sure I sighed up for the discount cards. They have such a large collection of so many items, I wanted to buy them out😁 Unfortunately I didn't do there is plenty left for you Prattvillians to go get the deals.

This is an older store but very well maintained. It is clean and very organized. The staff are very helpful and have no attitude other than pleasant and welcoming! Great flashback to better days.

Big Lots is not one of my normal stores. I’ve found issues with quality in the past and just rarely shop there. However, I really enjoyed our visit to this store. They were super friendly and had a great selection.

Another lovely $60 shopping spree in the books. Gonna have to start taking pics lol. Everything was great. Got 20% off everything for being a rewards member. Another pleasant cashier as well.

Made a purchase today in the furniture section. The person that took care of us was AMAZING...!!! The level of help we received was above and beyond our expectations. I hope that someone of importance read this and gives the PROPER acknowledgement due... We will come back just because of the level of customer service we received... I love going in there because you can always find unusual things. I always buy the jumbo can of cashews and mixed nuts. They had nice Easter candy too. Lots of stuff on sale.

I love Big Lots for many reasons. One of them is Juanita. She is a cashier and is I believe over 90 years old. During COVID her hours were cut down because BL wanted to limit her exposure. She was NOT happy and insisted that she be allowed to work more....what an example. Thanks to Big Lots she is working and a very productive member of society. The World needs more Juanitas....

It's a store so what can you say about it? Not a whole lot I know that. The last time I was in here the store was in disarray. Other than that the people there we're okay. The only time I really saw somebody that work there was when I went to check out so you can tell that they are short-handed. So I don't hold the fact that the store was in disarray against them. It could just use a little work.

We have been looking for furniture for a while and could not find anything worth buying until we checked BigLots in Prattville. We had the pleasure of meeting Justin he is one of the best salesman I have ever seen he was very knowledgeable and very attentive, he was able to help us with every question we had. Employees of his caliber are very far and few between. We will definitely shop for furniture here more often!

Well stocked and easy to find stuff! Their prices are starting to get a little to high in the house department but still cheaper than alternative but I use to go to big lots for AMAZING Bargains but now they are just mediocre.

I have found a ton of great deals on home decorations at this location. They also have a larger selection of furniture than what you would expect. They usually have a good selection of throw blankets, great prices on electric blankets, and a decent selection of comforter sets. They have cheap dvds and children's toys as well. Plus they never have long lines.

I’m so very disappointed.. I’ve never in my life have had such a bad experience at this store. I came into the store with CASH in had to buy some new living room furniture & I asked an associate for help and she told me she would get someone in furniture to help on the way.. so I waited patiently and still nobody.. 45 minutes I stood there & left with nothing. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere & probably will never come back to this location.
