The store greeters are very friendly, polite and personable. There is an older gentleman that stocks the frozen food section that is always so nice and helpful. (Sorry I don’t know his name). Store is always clean and I can usually find everything I am looking for. The only complaint and the reason I didn’t give a 5 star is that the personal shoppers sometimes block areas and don’t seem to be in a hurry to move. Otherwise the Pell City Store is great.

Very clean and always have what I need in stock. I was doing my normal grocery shopping today. And I love how the daily has sandwich meat already prepackage waiting for you to pick and choose. Of course. My favorite isle is the coffee Isle. They have so many coffees in teas💖☕️

I absolutely hate that most of the time I shop here, I have to go to self checkout. Mr. Danny was always so nice and welcoming, but the door greeters now aren't. It's hard to find help out on the floors when you need it and are looking for something.

This Walmart has a lot more selection and variety to choose from than a lot of other, smaller Walmart stores. I had a fine experience there, aside from parking by the garden center and having to walk all the way around because the garden center door was shut, even though when I got inside to it, there was an employee going in and out of it, that it seemed he was supposed to be in charge or manning the door but he wasn't. Other than that, great Walmart, just stays very busy.

I ordered a PS5 early in the day online and it said pickup at 430. I got there at 530 and was informed they were 3 hours behind and that I should not be rude to his employees...that was the FIRST thing the manager said when he walked up toe after I asked to see the manager.They give a time to pickup your items, but I guess if they are behind we are just supposed to shut up and wait......I will be contacting corporate about the manager and his rude employees.

I love to shop and browse at all places but grocery pick up has turned so crappy lately. I didn’t even receive half of my items.I’ve tried to reach out can’t seem to get customer service.Not only that but my card was charged 50$ but it says they only charged me 27$. UGH.

I have lived several places in my life, all of which have Walmarts. This is far and away the worst one I’ve ever shopped at. Forget ever getting pick ups, they never have anything in stock, the app doesn’t let you reject substitutions, their substitutions are WILD sometimes, sometimes not even remotely close to what you order. Several items have been broken or expired. I’m only giving it stars because the employees themselves are actually super nice and helpful. It’s management that’s the problem. Go to Leeds or trussville. It’s worth the drive.

Of course, I got asked to show my receipt, why if you looked at my cart all un- bagged items were showing the bar codes that were scanned by a cashier. I know that we all thieves in the eyes of the evil empire (Wal-Mart.)

It seems that this Walmart is always my (Go-To Walmart) when returning from Birmingham but still on my way back home in Anniston. Sometimes I don't have enough time to make it to the Walmart in Oxford before they close.So YES, this is a nice & clean & convenient Walmart to Shop in. The Employees are always so nice & helpful. I always have a Parking Spot near the Door which helps by me being Disabled.

Thank you, Marco, in the automotive service department for taking care of my sis on her travel from Alamaba back to GA. Something that could have been hug; he tackled with the care for people. I like Walmart I like my lead store but sometimes I have to go to the superstore that’s here in Crestwood Boulevard but it needs to be cleaned up better. It doesn’t look presentable and the amount of self check out I don’t work for Walmart the prices aren’t that cheap for me to have to do self check out.

Check out is the worst. 1/2 self check out are closed . 1 check out lane. Usually, I see 4 to 7 employees doing nothing. I know 2 to 3 of them are managers with more than 15 people trying to check out

Hit or miss. Only go to this one because it's local. Sometimes you find what you need or want.UPDATE: I went today after work to grab some body wash for my kids and used the self checkout in order to get out quicker. The girl who was running the SCOs (Destiny or something like that) was very rude. She was talking to the guest before me about how they stay on her at work because of her mannerisms, then when I got done she noticed my uniform and asked me if I worked at a certain place. When I said yes, her response was, "Well I'm mad at y'all right now!" and continued to rant about her experience there. I spoke to one of her managers about her attitude and I hope this gets addressed soon. Long story short...if you're going to have an attitude like that to your guests, then maybe it's no wonder your managers stay on your case.

I have a appointment for 8 am I was here at 745 they took my car right back it is now 920 and they still are not done I made my appointment early because I have to do many things on my one day off I am not pleased and I other shops take 15 to 20 min this is ridiculous service manager just sitting on his phone I'm sitting there talking to other employees other than working on cars

I order online and pick up everything from garden supplies, pet food and groceries. It's so much easier to have the heavy items placed into my car. Now if they only offered a unpack and put away service! Lol. I also must say I have always had excellent produce, reasonable expiration dates and products in great condition from this location.

I have always enjoyed grocery delivery due to unable to shop. However today’s experience was poor. First showing a picture of groceries in the truck of a car does not mean delivery to the right house. My groceries were not delivered to the right house. We had to drive the neighborhood to find them. Called the delivery and pick up to explain and just said sorry. This was a large grocery order. Bread, tortilla wraps torn and smashed. Thanks for the refund at least. The drivers should at least show picture of house so if lost the customer can find them. Or use gps hose number on fence by driveway. Hopefully better service in future.

I received a pick up order tonight during their busy time. Alan was so helpful, polite, ect! Not only did he get all my groceries out to my car he also was just so nice. He definitely made up for the delay with his personality. He apologized numerous times, even though it wasn’t his fault we all came at one time lol. Alan is a phenomenal employee!

The store was great, found what we were looking for, but parking is lousy as 18 wheelers are allowed to park in lot then it creates a bottleneck to exit. We find the best deals at Walmart and their warranties are great. The store had everything we were looking for and had plenty of checkouts open.

I truly disagree with the price difference and vary in clothing options in Walmart. Thanksgiving offerings in Pell City, AL are significantly cheaper than my hometown in Mississippi.

It was a nice place to shop for our groceries. Found pretty much what we were looking for. It didn't take very long to go in and get our things and get out. They were very helpful in getting me a electric buggy. The thing tho that really bugged me was ... I was asked when I just finished checking out to see my receipt. The lady at the door say her check it and then asked to see my receipt. I don't normally mind complying. Nothing to hide, but when you make me feel like you think I stole something. That is so wrong and makes me feel uncomfortable and not want to go back. I honestly don't know what made them both to want to look at my receipt (and knowing the other person checked as well) Only thing I could think of is I don't bag all my stuff. There is no need and it's just a waste.I really didn't like the uncomfortable feeling I got at the end of my shopping. And for it to have gone so smooth to begin with. 🦋

Shipments were everywhere totally blocking the middle of the aisles. I actually went thru a box that hadn't been unpacked yet to get what I needed. Empty shelves everywhere. This is the norm now in this store.

Very clean, very organized. Store has definitely improved in these areas! Glad to see it. Plenty of registers were open, and all self checkout register were operational. Good job Walmart!

This is the supercenter to shop at. Pell City Walmart is the bomb. They are more like the superstore when they first started. They even had LIVE cashiers.
