I’ve been taking my Great Pyrenees to Pampered Pets for years now, and they always do such a wonderful job! Even with my anxious big girl who barely lets me brush her at home, they always work with her and make her look great no matter what. Opal always seems very relaxed and happy when I pick her up too, which is so rare for her in environments that aren’t a part of her regular routine. Highly recommend!

I don't leave negative reviews very often (if ever), but I wanted to share my experience with this grooming service. The employees are very sweet and they did a great job on my dog's grooming service. However, they allow large dogs (including client's dogs) to wander around throughout the day, uncaged and without any sort of leash or ability to quickly separate them if needed. When I picked my dog up recently, they also had a small puppy running around that they were trying to get ahold of. There was also a minute or two where they could not remember which kennel they had put my (very old, very timid) dog in...I was satisfied with the grooming but worried about the general conditions of the business. If your dog is outgoing and very social, these may not be concerns for you.

Took my dog here before and they did a good job. Tried to take him again and they’re appointment only which was posted no where, not on the door or anything. Its 2024. At least get a facebook page.

They did a good job. A few of her nails needed to be trimmed a little lower and I had to trim the fur around her face a little more, but she is very frisky so she may have not allowed them to.😆

Friendly staff! They have designated drop off and pick up time frames making it easy to get your pet there. This was the only groomer that was willing to take a new client and I am greatful. Our pooch has anxiety and they were calm and gentle with her. They did a great job with out shihtzu summer cut!

The owners are two of the most generous women I've met. They accommodate to anyone's needs as much as they can. Definitely a trustworthy salon with our precious babies.

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. My baby is frisky, nervous, and spoiled and I was concerned that would interfere with him getting the best grooming possible. Ms. Paige did a wonderful job on him. The best groom he's had since I've had him. Wish I could give 10 stars !

Rosey, my Pembroke Corgi, had a bad experience about one year ago with a bad trim job. Her coat was just frankly botched. And, she needed a bath, nail trim - the works. Debbie did research on Rosey’s breed and was able to recommend several techniques to bring her coat back to life. She looks normal after just one visit! Totally satisfied and amazed with our choice in going to Pampered Pets!

Very nice people, but disappointed. I asked for ears & hair on face to be cut. Also nails to be trimmed. Nothing had been done, except maybe a bath and some perfume. Her hair hadn't been touched and her nails are as sharp as before. I hate this because it's so close to my house.

I won't go anywhere else. It takes me 45 minutes to get there from home but I haven't found a better place for my furbaby to go that is closer.
