If you want the best for your pet go here! I was anxious about my babygirl having her teeth cleaned. After seeing their protocol I had no doubt she was in very good hands and I had taken her to the right place. Cost was very reasonable considering everything she had done. Well worth it knowing she was being well taken care of. Will definitely be making them my regular vet.

No matter where I live in the Birmingham area, I keep my boys as patients here. The techs say hello to my dogs by name every time we come in. Down to earth and extremely affordable. Veterinary medicine is held to the standard it should be. It’s also the cleanest hospital BY FAR. They took their time building their team of receptionists, technicians, assistants, and doctors and it 100% shows. I 200% recommend them to anyone looking for veterinary care in the area. Also, Dr. Cruzat saved my rescue turtle that was on deaths door with pneumonia, metabolic bone disease, and emaciation from its previous owner. ✨

They are always great when I go there. I’ve been going there since I got my dog as a puppy through when they helped at the end of his life and cremation. Everyone is always very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and made the whole process as easy as it could be. I also take all my kitties there.

I can’t say enough positive things about this veterinarian office. I recently started using them for my 2 cats and have been very impressed with their care and the empathy. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating and professional.My cats have seen Dr. Bearden and she is thorough and follows up quickly. I’m so grateful I found this establishment.

This place has been nothing but amazing!! My sweet boy had a large cancerous mass that needed to be removed. It was deemed to be a complex procedure with an even more complex recovery. They got my baby in with an amazing surgeon in Huntsville. After the surgery, recovery was hard. We had 2 emergent trips back to Huntsville to be resutured. On our last trip back we stopped by here to start laser therapy. Dr Quick was amazing, she came out to the car to assess him (to help limit unnecessary movement) and even had the laser done in the car, EACH TRIP!! Today is exactly one month since our original surgery and we finally got the all clear and all sutures removed!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻. I strongly believe the laser therapy is what got us to this point!! The entire staff here has been the best from the first day we came to them for a second opinion until now! Will def continue to make the drive for them to care for my boy! And strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The Crossroads staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Quick recently saw our dog when he wasn’t feeling well. After a check up, Dr. Quick had a both short and long term plan to get him feeling better. By the next morning he was acting like his normal self! We have been trusting our dogs with Crossroads for years; we can’t recommend them enough.

Took are little girl Abby to crossroads animal Hospital in Moody Alabama. She’s a full blooded Chow-Chow staff was excellent at crossroads they played with her they petted her they treated her very very sweet and brag about how well she loved for them To bathed and cut Her hair. They done an excellent job. I give them five stars for taking time to Listen to us. The groomer even called us. To go over the details on how we wanted her cut. I want to thank everybody at crossroads for listening and being so kind to us and our baby girl Abby

Would leave zero if there was an option.Doctor was rude and scared of my sick, barely breathing 5lb chihuahua, she wanted to muzzle him because she can’t confidently pick up a dog. Vets shouldn’t fear animals, learn how to do the job or find another. Also left with no answers just medication. They just want the money, they don’t care about animals. Save you and your dogs time

My boy loves the Club Mutts daycare. The staff is always friendly and helpful and he's always excited to go there. Even when it's just a doctor visit he loves all the attention and treats he gets. And, for the cat people, they are always gentle and patient with mine. My booger is uncooperative and goes into liquid mode, but they always take their time to make sure she's comfortable while they do their thing.

I was nervous to switch vets but they are so awesome here! Very thorough with the yearly check up, much more than my old vet office, all staff was so nice especially the fill in for the Dr and the lady who helped him! My Dogs were well taken care of. They were so sweet to my tweaky frady cat dog and unbothered by her nerves. Wishing I switched sooner!Just went to leave a review and realized I left one on our first visit. Still loving this place and getting more impressed every visit. Thank you for loving our doggos as much as we do ❤️ 4/4/24

I brought a stray here to see if she was chipped. The ladies who greeted us were so sweet and very kind to us. I was really impressed and so appreciative of the welcome and helpfulness we received. Friendly Vet Techs! Not friendly Veterinarian who took my puppy's spay sutures out too soon Without consulting with me (the surgery was done at Greater Birmingham Humane Society) and the scab was pulled off and the incision was opened because of that.The Veterinarian told me what she had done (after the fact) and said to put "ointment" on the opening of the incision.I have a Nursing Degree and know the recommendation of ointment was not appropriate for an open incision on my puppy because it can seal in germs and cause an infection.The vet told me to do what I wanted and turned and walked away.So I kept the incision clean and dry for the next three days and had no problems with it healing up nicely. We won't be using Crossroads. Although I had every intention of making them my puppy's vet. It has changed tremendously now that Dr. Nelson is no longer with them and with us. RIP. We loved Dr. Nelson because you could tell she loved the animals.Now I drive my puppy to Trussville to a vet I know I can trust.

One of our dogs is super afraid of the vet and sometimes people, as he was abused before we got him so he's skittish. The vet took their time with him and although they were cautious, they didn't try and force anything and were able to give him his shots. Hopefully, it will go smoother next time but they were super great with him knowing his history. They will be our permanent vet from now on!
