my expierence on 04/18/2024 was not pleasant.store was very crowded, i had a buggy full of food i had to use a self check out.i observed employees around with no one on a register. people work allday they support your business please be a little more accomadating. i hope that is not much to ask for as a regular customer. I recommended my husband going in to find a new barber. As I spoke with Cameron a couple of days prior to we is he cuts hair. My husband came in for a haircut and remove the cheek hair from his beard. He pushed his hairline back in the front hand side, he nicked him giving him what appears to be a small child part, but it’s not a part.We are NOT pleased with the service. First time going to Mr. Cameron after speaking with the amount of experience he informed us he has in the trade, 30+ years

This is CRAZY. Everything I come to Chantilly Walmart Their customer Service Department NEVER opens on time. They supposedly open at 7. But it's always 730. HOW IN THE SAME HILL do you run a store like this. It is unprofessional on all levels. You know you are open 7 days a week. How at 7 am you don't have a till/cash drawer. My purchase was credit card. I just need paper for you to print my receipt. And this is supposed to be the "nice side of town". Say what you want about the west side. They are timely.

Shelves are always empty, staff is rude, and prices are outrageous these days. A week of groceries should only be $100 for a family of 4. Not $400. Also - never have registers open checkout takes forever. Then they ridicule at the door for doing their job. What a joke.

I would say my experience was pretty great every time I visited. It has more options than other Walmarts I've been too. If you have a chance, grab a pizza from Domino's. I would say the lines are long, but at least they keep cashiers on the registers if you don't want to use self-checkouts.

My husband and I went to Walmart to get an oil change. When we pulled up my husband checked the tire pressure and everything l. Everything was good. The lady came out put us in the system and took the keys. She comes back about 5 mins later stating that they don’t have our filter because we have a brand new car. We get in the car and all of a sudden the car alerts us that’s something is wrong with our tire. We check there was 3 razor blades mark!!!!! Someone had to slash our tires. I will never go back to that Walmart for an oil change!!!

No denying Walmart is great place to find everyday things. But now that they have brought in food, the expectation is for them to stock up foods on regular basis. Spent a considerable time to find ‘Just Eggs’ especially when it showed online that they have it but the shelf was empty.

Y'all know how much I love Publix! The public in Prattville is a really big store. They have everything you want and then some! Their deli is great! The baked chickens are so good and fresh! The meats look so fresh also. I recommend you go to Publix in Prattville and check them out people!

Located on mid Chantilly, this Walmart has a good curbside pickup system. It is often crowded on the weekends and weekday evenings, but that’s to be expected. They added more self checkouts to both sides of this Walmart, which I’m on the fence on if it’s a good or bad thing.Like many businesses, this particular Walmart does seem to be low on staff.If you need to come to the customer service area you may be in line for awhile. I often purchase gift cards for my business here. I do wish this Walmart had a money center like the Atlanta highway Walmart. But I’m usually told to go to the customer service area to get a large amount.The employees give you whatever energy you give them, so try to be chill.

Been here twice, gotta say its different and not in a bad way, has to be the biggest walmart i've seen personally, and there is a lot to chose i can honestly say ive never had a bad experience at this walmart will be going here again soon.

If you are looking for toys for boys like transformers, power rangers, batman, dragonball z action figures then definitely don't come to this Walmart. The good thing is that there is a target 5 minutes away that's always stocked good. Most of the time I come here only self check out open so seems they have a problem hiring cashiers or they have a problem paying them. The video game cases are practically empty so again I'd just go to target. Other than these complaints, it just seems to be another Walmart.

I have lived in this area for over 10 years and the quality of this Walmart has gone down hill so badly. Today I had an employee watching me while I was in my car after I picked up groceries, literally watching me to see what I was going to do next. I guess I wasn’t moving and leaving quick enough for her. Even when I was driving off this employee was still watching me as if I was suspicious after picking up my groceries.If I had a different Walmart to go to, I would. Because all the workers in the delivery pickup area have such terrible attitudes and are so unprofessional. I’ve had a young man literally on the phone having a conversation as he was putting my groceries in the car.

Great Walmart - so long as stay strapped (and always watch your back in the parking lot - just ask Montgomery PD about this location). The place regularly reeks of skunk weed from the time you park your car, throughout the store, and straight back to your car. Employees REALLY must hate their jobs cause they are awful to customers. This location never pays a cashier, so you need to do all the checkout process yourself - but they are sure to make sure you did a good job checking yourself out with their receipt police by the door. Need to ask a question? Forget something at the store? DO NOT bother calling because they absolutely REFUSE to answer the phones (back to the employees hating their job thing). They can do better. They just never will.

I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes to get something out of a case. Every employee I meet tells me “ that’s not my department”. I even called the store phone and asked the operator for help and got hung up on.

My family and I purchased two sets of tires for two of our vehicles and had the worst time at this location getting the job done they were very unprofessional and took half a day to do a job that should have taken an hour or two tops on top of that the people behind the counter at the automotive center were very unprofessional had no idea how to do customer service properly basically told us that we did not know what we were doing or talking about when we told them they were putting the tires on the wrong vehicles this has to be the worst automotive Care center in the Tri-County area

This is one of the major reason we need stores like Amazon and Dollar General to expand and offer other services to compete with the failing Walmart chain. Waited 30 mins before associated came up to the automotive counter. Update: After having a oil change on Feb 27th here, On Feb 28th, I almost crashed on the interstate when all of my oil leaked out. My vehicle was taking to a major dealership who discovered the oil pan cap was gone. The Assistant service manager did refund back my dealership shop cost that fixed there negligent service correctly but had a poor attitude and told me to never come back which no way he is doing me a favor. He also tried to cover up the incident by wanting to keep my original receipts .Avoid Walmart Auto Center at all cost or if not your life can be a risk.

3lb onions sticker price was $1.48 but rang 4.48, same way lot of price error's but the supervisor guy was rude and not honored the actual sticker price. They are too lazy to override or not knowledgeable to do that. Customer service is a joke in Montgomery chantilly walmart..naah stealmart.

They will tell you they don't have time for "this" if you ask for help in the Wireless Mobile department.The one star is specifically for the Walmart Wireless department. I was waiting behind a man in a suit asking the wireless rep woman for a phone. He had just finished paying for some tablets. She was understandably frustrated having been on the phone with customer support for another customer and the only one by herself but she doesn't have to take it out in the customers. All he wanted was for her to show him the stack of phones she revealed behind the cabinet. She only showed him the phone in the top and said they were all the same. I just didn't like how she kept saying "I don't have time for this" over and over. He then asked for a support manager and with no fear she called an assistant manger since the support manager wasn't in. The manager basically parrot parroted the woman's behavior and call of "I don't have time for this". What are you doing clocked in at a walmart if not to sell customers merchandise?

I'm an RVr had to stop for the night. Christine is the manager and she was welcoming, polite and very friendly. Thank you Walmart for the supplies, for the professionalism, for the nice clean area to walk my dogs and for the security.

This Walmart has seriously went down hill. This one use to be the good Walmart. It’s never clean. Always something spilled in the grocery aisle . Last time I went it was pickles and I told and employee there and he ignored me. This time it was broken glass from a seasoning jar. I didn’t even bother telling the employee in the same isle. The clothing aisle was a mess. The graphic tees were piled on top of each other none were folded. Oh an don’t even try and get groceryies through pick up 😂 not unless you don’t mind waiting 2 1/2 hours for your groceries. The whole place is a mess and some of the employees are just rude!

Spoke to 12 people saying "hello how are you today?" And not a single person said a word. Even the cashier that checked me out. It was dirty with trash on the floor and the shelves looked like the middle of covid-19. Not goin back unless it's an emergency! Horrible experience! Went to Publix just down the road and 3 people said hello to me first before I walked 20ft. And everything looked like it should've!Back here a year from original review and nothing has changed except the produce looks a little worse and they roll their eye when u say hello or hey or anything similar. But honestly that seems like so many places in Montgomery now.

I love this Walmart. The employees are friendly, the store is neat and organized, bathrooms are clean, and altogether a more laid back shopping experience. No gates to go through, no one following you around when you shop or check out. It was a very relaxing shopping trip at Walmart.
