The store itself is fine. Well stock and easily accessible, what is the…BUT lately the workers for the self check out have been EXTREAMLY LAZY!!!😡. they don’t take their job seriously at all. And it’s very simple. Just make sure there are paper in the machines and help the customer. If it was up to me, I would fire them all. I can’t wait until there is no need for them, because they serve no purpose.

So when you changed the register setup for my local neighborhood walmart, it caused a lot of confusion and congestion. You used to be able to stand in one line with one person at the beginning to direct you to the next available register. It was simple and efficient. Now it has been separated into several lines and you have to have several people directing where to go. It is so congested that you can't even get through in the front of the store and the lines are backed up down the grocery aisles. There is no sign to let you know if the register is card only. I watched as a customer went to use a register and once he was there the girl said card only and instead of helping him find a register that takes cash she just left him standing there and he had to go to the back of a different line. You need to put it back like it was.

Best thing for the northern side of Montgomery. No more going to Atlanta highway or Ann St. I'd rather shop online than visit those locations. Nice and helpful staff, clean and organized store. Being next to the crump center and a good walking distance is a great thief deterrent. Easy hassle free shopping.

I was at the self checkout scanning my items. Once I was done and paid I waited for my receipt to print out. The worker came by me in pushed 5 stars like I wasn’t standing there. I bit my tongue because I almost said something. That’s not your job. It's mine to select. I usually don’t post bad reviews because I understand we all make mistakes but this Walmart is really starting to rub me the wrong way. Most time the workers are on their phones and you literally have to say Excuse me very loud to get their attention at self checkout..

I went to costumer service on 2/5/22 at 5:30.it was closed,,the employee toll. Me someone was coming at 6,, i wait to 6:05.nobody show up to resolve my situation..by the way..the cashier on register 4 had a very bad actitud with the costumer ,steaming,yelling,triping on us ..I received a very bad costumer service this day..I ask for a manager,,they said they don't have a manager..NO GOOD..

Ol Wal-Mart. Sam you did it good and I am sure you would be proud. The store was clean and the staff was actually nice. The layout could use some love but it got the job done. Passing through and needed some items for a bbq. This Wal-Mart hit the spot. Someone please tell me what the heck is with the chicken paws?

It's easy to find and it was easy to get in and out of the Walmart Neighborhood Market grocery store... At the time of night that we'd went it was pretty clean on the outside and in the inside as well 🙂 and I really do like when a store is clean...And they had a wonderful 😊 selection of items in there meet Jesus vegetables fresh Frozen fruit expression Frozen they had on all kind of hair products and personal hygiene stuff for men and women oh also for babys and children...And the pet area had a massive stuff them...This actually was my first time in this Walmart Neighborhood Market grocery store...And when they say they are getting ready to close well they mean it to... And you can't blame them they are really, really busy and hard workers in there... And the employees were very nice 👍... I'm really glad that my two friends had taken me with them to that Walmart Neighborhood Market grocery store... ETA

Unless you are desperate, I would highly recommend you choose another Walmart location. The employees here are rude and they couldn't care less what type of "shopping experience" you have as long as you leave them alone and do not ask them to do their job. One star is very generous. Wish I could've given zero stars.

I placed an order online for pickup. Was notified that some items were unavailable. I declined the suggested substitutions. They put an initial hold on my card for the original amount. When I declined the substitutions, they put a second hold on my account for the new total. I noticed that the hold is still on my card pending after 6 days. Glad I didn’t have those funds allocated for something else. I called and they said that they can’t remove it and to call my bank otherwise it will roll off by the 27th which will be a total of 13 days. They need to pay me interest as I never authorized the second hold. Do better Walmart!

The store was stock really well, and clean. Some workers could use better matters, and better grooming for the public eye. It was hard ti get around because of flats in the way ready to be put up. Should be more employees working and not standing around talking, pay to work not talk.

Very chaotic! At 5pm rush, stockers are in aisles hindering traffic flow. Pallets of product sitting on floor back around meat dept. Self checkouts are a nightmare! Very little space between end aisles & checkouts causing huge traffic jam. Would go back to pick up but my last wait was over an hour b/c of lack of staff & lots of out of stocks so I'm hesitant to try again.

So very polite and helpful. This is a good store I like shopping there. BUT it is in need of organization around the paper good areas it’s always full of boxes in the isles and just not neat looking at all. I don’t like the fact that it’s a complete self check out I am disabled have to use a power chair to do my own and it’s very hard to do, and none of the employees that stand there which is several do not offer any assistance not just to me lol have seen other handicap customers having a hard time as well. So that needs some serious addressing and this store would be great.

If I could give this store a negative rating...it would most definitely be a (-10). This is by far the worst experience with Walmart I have ever witnessed, especially when it comes to ordering online for pickup service. Ordered online 8/25 a little after 3pm for pickup scheduled between 7-8pm. I was notified after 8pm that my order was delayed. Received notification that my order was ready for pickup. I checked in through the app, arrived for pickup and my order was still not ready. Waited another hour in the parking lot for an associate to come out and tell me that my order was still not ready. At this point the store is getting ready to close. The associate informed me that they will take down my name and my order would be ready for pickup in the morning...IN THE MORNING (08/26)!! I have a job to get to in the morning. So, instead of just arriving to pickup my order, I decided to call first. Of course, no one would answer the store phone line or the pickup phone line. At this point, I'm furious. I called the 800 customer care line. The agent took the complaint and claimed they emailed the store manager, in which I doubt they did. But I did request for that complaint to be emailed to me so that I can have it for my records. So, after I left work, I came back to the store and coincidentally parked in the same spot that I parked in last night. Tried to call again on both lines...no answer. So, I walked in the store and spoke with a manager, in which they alerted an associate to gather my groceries. I was told to go and wait in my car. As I'm waiting, an associate comes to my window and informs me that majority of my order is ready but some of it had to be put back and they had to go back and get it. In other words, I still had to wait. Thinking...I could've went inside and got my own groceries. Talk about contactless pickup is convenient...what a bunch of bull...

This visit gets 3 stars because the store was a complete wreck. It's always a wreck. There is a distinct and palpable lack of pride in this store. I've been shopping here right after they've stocked and organized, and it's great! Unfortunately, it's a mess like today more often than not. Huge pallets blocking the center aisle stacks and stacks of broken down boxes that could easily be removed so customers have room to move and negotiate past each other. Most of the employees are very nice, but there's a few that need "home training" as we say in the South. It's not nearly as welcoming and clean as my Publix, but there's a trade off if it's a big shopping trip, and that's why I go.

I am so disgusted that they got rid of check out lanes with cashiers. I would have never got a cart full of groceries there if I had known. Shoppers seriously deserve at minimum a 10% discount if we must ring up and bag our own purchases. I did not notice any savings passed along due to no cashiering. 😤 /// 1-22-23 *Addendum* They've added about 2 check out lanes again. Thank God! 👍😁

It is bad enough that there are no cashiers available to assist customers with check out. To add insult to injury the security guard is screaming at the customers dictating which line we get into. This location used to be top notch when it came to customer service. I tried calling to speak with a manager and they did not answer. Ghetto!!! 👎

Shopping in person is much better. The app isn't always updated about the amount of stock they have. Getting a refund for items not in stock takes up to a week and if you need the items right away you are out of luck if you are on a budget.
