I've had great experience with Two Maids (Montgomery office). As a full time working professional with a multi pet household, I am always concerned about cleanliness and having Two Maids come on a bi weekly schedule is perfect for keeping the house clean and healthy. They offer various cleaning options and the one that works for me is the Premium reoccurring schedule. Ashley and Courtney are the two, young, professional women that are assigned to me and are exceptional and thorough. There has not been anything that I found they missed during their cleaning (and I would notice) . When I initially called to sign up for this service I didn't really know what to expect and my philosophy is if I have to clean behind them, then I don't need them. I can assert that I don't have to worry about that with Ashley and Courtney! I would definitely recommend any busy working professional to give them a try!

Chastity and Maxine did a fantastic job on a deep clean of my home! They even cleaned the oven, changed the bedding, and dusted the wooden window blinds. I’m so happy I called them. It’s now sparkling clean and ready for Spring! I will be getting monthly cleans after this. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Angelica ALWAYS does a wonderful job!!! She cleans my house as if it’s her own! I was sorry to hear that she’ll be leaving because she’s the best cleaner this company has. Since I started with them in March many cleaners have come through my home. Angelica was always the team lead, telling everyone what to do and where. If I had my choice I’d select Angelica and Adriana to clean my home for life, as they’re the best cleaners Two Maids have ever sent out.As for this visit, Angelica cleaned my home SOLO for 4 hours!!!!! When she left EVERYTHING was immaculate!!! It brought a tear to my eye knowing that she won’t be in this business anymore. She’s GREAT at what she does!!! Trustworthy, punctual, and the most skilled!! She cleaned my house from top to bottom last week and I’m eternally grateful!!! This company has definitely lost a FABULOUS worker!!!!My rating is on the company, not Angelica!! They seem to lose every good worker they have! I won’t trust anyone else in my home without Angelica or Adriana on the team. Since they’ve both quit, I don’t think I can continue with Two Maids. I scheduled this company to do a move in/move out clean. The majority of the items from their check list were not completed. I contacted the company and they graciously offered to do a re-clean. When I sent the list of what was not completed to the company, Danielle called me. While I appreciate the call, I do not appreciate her yelling at me, not allowing me to speak, and asking for a list of incomplete items that she already received. I do not want this company on my property and would not recommend that anyone do business with them.

Update 2024: New owners/ management reached out to apologize for my past experience there. I was impressed with the new owners and considering giving this company another chance.Original post 2020: So very disappointed. Deep clean was not as described & Wasn't fixed with 2nd visit to correct. I have many texts, emails, and pictures that document the poor service even with our willingness to invest more time and effort to allow the company the opportunity to rectify the quality of work and honor their word. The return visit lasted approximately 30 mins and the individual just disappeared without notice and not fixed as promised. I will be investing time to follow up the chain and sharing this experience so hopefully it won't happen to anyone else. 1st and last time using this company.

The team that came to clean my apartment were fast/efficient, professional, and helpful with all of my questions. I cannot say in words how impressed I was with their work. I am in Montgomery for my grandson’s wedding and wanted to set up monthly cleanings for my disabled daughter. The reviews I read were good so I set aside the day to help prep for the cleaning. Very disappointed. The floors in each of the three rooms remained extremely dirty after the crew mopped. I called to report my dissatisfaction and sent pictures. Tomorrow is the dress rehearsal and I must unnecessarily meet again to have the floors mopped. Will see if the second time will result in a cleaned apartment.Service: Standard cleaning

The ladies did a fantastic job. They had a lot to do and were very efficient with their time. My house looks so much better. I’m not embarrassed to have someone come into my house now.There were a couple of things that were overlooked, but like I said, they had a huge job and they conquered it. I’m very pleased with their work and so glad that they will be coming on a regular basis. I was uncomfortable in my own house and overwhelmed with the amount of work that needed to be done. I waited to write a review until service had been provided several times. Two maids and a mop has done bi-weekly cleanings for me now for about 3 months. My crew is excellent. They are punctual, do a great job and are so incredibly friendly. I work from home and they are respectful of my space and remember Amy requests I made to ensure they are done each time. They always ask me if I would like to look around and if I notice something, they take care of it right away. Everyone has their own things that they are picky about, but with a mention it is taken care of and not overlooked the next time. There are always things that you as the homeowner are going to have to really deep clean yourself, but these ladies do an excellent job of doing the basic cleaning that is expected of a "touch up" - which is the package I requested. Also, once I needed an out-of-cycle cleaning and they were so accommodating - that's super important to me. I get a reminder call before every cleaning also. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Ladies!

This was a really poor experience.They brought several broken vacuums before ultimately just using mine. Which was alright but….they mentioned a strict “we can’t touch your things” policy which I found strange. They then proceeded to leave the broken vacuums at the house. Any time my husband or tried speaking to them they were just incredibly rude. They also didn’t clean very much/at all.Please be weary.Services: Moving-related cleaning, Deep clean

Today, Hannah and Steph from TMAM came out to clean my home. I've actually had the monthly service for over a year, and they always do a phenomenal job, making my home so much more pleasant when I get home from work. However, today, they went above and beyond, and my house looks and feels incredible! They took care of the big stuff, and my house smells wonderful, but they also hit the little touches, like throw pillows and blankets being arranged more nicely than I would even do myself. I've had Kayla in the past (up until her maternity leave), and she has taken wonderful care of me too, with more energy than I can even imagine at that point in pregnancy. Autumn, in the scheduling office, has been so wonderful about scheduling around my constant travel and abnormal needs. I'm grateful for all of these ladies!

Well, I am not going to bash the company I will say I will not be returning as a customer. I was really looking forward to my home being deep clean. Kayla & Shantel did a wonderful job last week on the home we were closing on. They were polite, courteous and friendly! And we deeply appreciated Kim's military friendly policy. The new owner was very pleased as well with the job they did and the appearance of the home after their service.
