Worse TSC location. 1st store is always unorganized. Everytime I have placed an online order it is always jacked up. never ready when they say it's ready then when you get there and jist go tp get it yourself the employees are supposed to help you they go back there with me , then someone else ask them something and they walk of lf with them . It has happened 3 different times! Like I am not even there and they were not helping me. One time a girl said give her 5 minutes. 25 minutes later she still had not come back some other guy come by me and said give him just a few minutes he will be right back. 20 minutes later no 1 came back Over an hour of my life I will not get back because of my online order that was suppose to be ready . so today I'll gavrle it another chance order online one bag of horse feed 1 salt block. Not ready, Cashier asked other employees to help. He looked at me like I was stupid. So I just grabbed the cart to get it myself. No feed on the shelf. Asked a girl , she went to the the back, came back and said, its on the bottom of the pallets. and they do not unload until tomorrow. I canceled my order and will not be back. Most ridiculous location. Smdh..

Always been a big fan of tractor supply, and always will be. The store here in Montgomery is definitely one of the best stores to me . The workers here are always nice and very respectful. I always find what I'm looking for here to clothes and tools . Truck tool boxes. Tonight I picked up a couple of nice warm and durable jackets. Very good prices. Thanks again tractor supply.

Waited 45 minutes for the vet to come. Nobody in the store could tell me anything about it.Even without the vet fiasco the staff is not usually very helpful or friendly the few times I venture out to the store.

Web site shows they have 18 in stock. Went to store and was told to return tomorrow. They were on a pallet that was cover by other pallets and cant reach them...SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called and ask to save 2 and was told to come back to the store they would get to them. When I arrived the second time I was again told they would not get to them and to return again.. lost a $150.00 sale. Idiots in charge.

The family went in to see the new hatchlings. The staff was great. My 2 year old grandson was afraid but the young lady was able to ease him enough to touch some chicks. She had the babies all talking to her 🙂🙂👏👏👌. Wonderful customer service and attention to needs.

We came to the store today to purchase some bedding Pellets. Ms. Beverly and Ms. Tina were the most helpful associates that we have seen in the longest at all Tractor supply stores we have been to. Not only they went out their way to explain why a certain item was not in the store anymore but explained the convenience of the new product. We continue using this Tractor supply as our primary source even we on the outside of Auburn, AL. Again thank you and you both greatly appreciated for the service you render.

I absolutely love this store! Most employees here know my husband and I by name. I love that this store feels like a small community of very neighborly people. They have always been attentive and genuinely willing to help us find what we need or help us begin or complete a project as they did when my husband and I took on fencing in 48 acres of land on our own. The product selection in this store is great and customer service is superb. From tools to clothing to home decor to live chicks and ducks and anywhere in between, you have to visit this store.

Great store! Very clean and well-stocked. Some items are consistently a bargain compared to the big home improvement stores, some items are not. Some items I buy consistently here are belts, birdseed, and ropes. They have a clearance aisle in the very back where I've found some great deals on dog treats and a few other things.

This tractor supply I don't know how the rest of them are but this one makes me feel like home and like they've known me forever every time I walk in they know who I am and I named what I'm looking for and if they found something that could help me out for whatever my chore was they have it ready I mean down to I was looking for a certain book to Farmers 2022 Almanac the guy seen it on the Shelf grab it and put it back for me and I came in two weeks later and he had it I tell you what this is the best place ever they make you feel like at home you need your s*** go there between this place would be better than Rural King but I can buy guns there LOL

I haven't been in a Tractor Supply Co. Store in years but wanted 2 of their galvanized troughs for my container garden. They had what I wanted and asked a young man for help in getting them and he was very helpful in telling me the procedure. I paid for my troughs and the cashier signed me up for their rewards program. After telling me to pull up to the gate, I drove around to retrieve my troughs. The same young man that I talked to earlier was the one to put the troughs in my car. He was concerned about water possibly leaking from the rims of the troughs and I appreciated that. I was concerned about the weight of the items and the young man looked on the sticker to check for the weight but it wasn't listed. I had a great experience at Tractor Supply Co. and will be back again.

We love this place... Great prices, great selection on so many thing. One of my favorite things in the whole world is wind chimes. They have so many different types and selection to choose from and prices are on point. I love all the whimsical yard decorations. Wild bird feed is a good price too. We will always patronize this store.

Bought a lowmore in March and use it for 1 month and it broke down and it has been in a repair shop since. Now after 8 moths they sat is ready for pickup and I have no way of picking this up and they say they don't deliver 😒 I paid over $3000.00 with insurance and they don't want to do a refund ither. Bad product and bad service

The worst shopping. I've ever had. All the way from the horrible customer service to the stickers that are on items are not the right stickers. I went in to buy a tire and I got a guy to help me finally after 30 minutes and the guy scan one of the barcodes and it said the time was $49 I get up to the front the lady at the cash register stand it but cans of different barcode on there and it rings up $89 and she tries to argue with me the whole time until I have to show her that the one she's standing doesn't even have the right tire size she didn't apologize she was very rude and the store is poorly managed and I would not suggest it to anybody and to be honest with you I'm calling corporate

What A JOKE!!! How does this place stay in business?? After ordering on line to expedite my purchase... and AFTER receiving a text msg telling me that my order was ready for pick up... I travel to the store. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes in line while the only visible employee is having a personal conversation with some guy. I finally got an opportunity to ask about my order. I'm then told I have to go to customer service (that's rich!!) I walk across the store to customer service and guess what? No one's there. I wait 5 more minutes for someone to come to customer service, ...nope no one. I will never go here again. Since I've prepaid for my order I'm going to try and get a refund... but if I dont... a small price to pay to be rid of INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES at this Tractor Supply!!

Tractor Supply is a great place to look for all things farm-related. They're also very reasonably priced. This store's greatest asset though is their staff, always friendly and knowledgeable. They stock a great deal of goods that you might not think about when you hear the name, especially pet goods. Reminds me of the old general stores and hardware supplies from years ago.

Awful customer service. Have called multiple times, told that I was being transferred to the appropriate department, and then no one ever picked up. Once I finally got someone on the phone, they told me my order was ready and to come pick it up. I drove all the way out there to have a lady tell me that the person I spoke to was wrong and that even though they had the product in stock I could not pick it up. Then the same thing happened again.Maybe all TSCs are this bad, but I'm hoping it's a cultural problem confined to this particular location and not company-wide. I was walking around the store looking for a particular product and had to wave someone down to get help. They seemed annoyed that I had bothered them. Even Wal Mart has better service than this place.Update, 9/8/2015: I was mistaken about one of the employee's names in the last review. Beverly is very sweet and, unlike some other ladies at the store, gives pleasant and accommodating service.

Excellent one stop shopping for all your farm needs. They have everything and more whether it's for your livestock or domestic pets. Very helpful staff, especially Billy, who didn't mind answering our numerous questions about the best products for my goats.

Very rude cashier. Purchased a pressure washer on sale and cashier said I could not buy it . She said it was on hold for another customer. I pulled pressure washer off the shelf and put on cart myself. No hold sign . What was so bad she refused to sell it to me. Another one was on the shelf. The manager helped resolve the problem and I appreciate the manager.Will not give them opportunity to do me this way again. To many palaces to purchase the products they sell.

I drove to get my propane tank filled here, and no one was there to fill it. I would understand if ii was 8:30 on a Monday night but Saturday afternoon? I think if you offer propane fills, you should have a clear defined and advertised time frame to which a customer could expect to get serviced. I used to tell everyone i knew how great of a deal tractor supply was....

As of writing this review I've been on hold (for the second time) for about 12 minutes just waiting on the person who answered to tell me if an item is in stock. On the first call the woman on the phone sounded very put out by my question, sighed, then proceeded to tell me (in that same tone) that I would have to hold because she had a long line of customers. I had the SKU number from their web site, but she just kept saying that she knew they had other items in that brand, but she never actually checked to see if it was in the store or not. Out of curiosity I called another TSC a little farther away and got a very kind person on the phone who took the SKU number and immediately told me they had 2 in stock... and it took less than a full minute to get that information.This would be my first purchase from TSC, and sadly it was a horrible first impression. Absolutely the worst. Because the first store I called was closer, I decided to try one more time to call since it's closer. I have a chronic illness, and that means my husband has to pick the item up. I didn't want him to get to the store and find out they don't have it in stock. A different person answered the phone this time, asked me the name of the item, but before I could tell her the SKU number she put me on hold.. without telling me she was going to put me on hold. She came back after a couple of minutes and asked for the SKU, then she told me they didn't have it in stock. The web site said they did have it, but that's why I called to begin with.. to make sure they did.I will be paying for the item online and picking it up at the other location. It may be farther to drive, but the employee that answered the phone at that store was polite and professional, and she had my answer in less than a minute. Actually, I would say she had my answer in less than 30 seconds.I really hope for the sake of TSC in Montgomery that they have a sit down with their employees and explain to them how important their customers are and that respect and courtesy to customers will bring those customers back. Terrible experiences like this will drive customers away.

My hubby and I drove to Montgomery from Hueytown (1.5 hrs) to get a propane heater. Walmart didnt have the cable needed to go from the heater to the tank. We decided to stop here and see if they had what we needed. Doug met us at the door and helped is find what we needed. He even let us bring in the heater to make sure that the parts fit!When checking out, he asked us if we had lunch yet. We told him no, we haven't. He suggested Sweet Creek which was down the street. Going off his recommendation, we decided to eat there! BEST DECISION EVER!We decided to make a stop back by here to say thank you to Doug for the recommendation! He truly is one-of-a-kind and is very helpful and knowledgeable!Doug,We cant thank you enough for helping us find what we needed and for the recommendation! Hubby is a diabetic and we were fixing to get concerned since there wasnt anything around to eat (and his sugar was dropping). Being the awesome guy that you are, you have helped him (not to get any worse) as well as help us find an amazing place to eat!! WARNING for Champion Generators!!!! On July 24, 2021 purchased a Champion 7500 Starting Watts with 6000 Running Watts Generator. After the 5 hour breaking in period, it performed okay for pressuring washing jobs. Then for the big test of running my camper AC. I let it run for almost an hour and had no issues. Then today August 28, 2021 I hooked up to my camper and it failed to operate my AC plus it cause my GFI plugs to keep popping out after resetting them. Now my 30 day warranty has expired and I'm left with a huge piece of $750 JUNK!!!! BUY ANYTHING BUT CHAMPION!!!!!
