This particular store has been reset and it's easier to find what you're looking for. The associates are very nice. I found quite a bit of stuff for a baby shower and a couple of things I saw on Pinterest.

I give this dollar tree three stars. Mainly because it usually only has one cashier and a pretty good wait in the check out line. I will say that you can find some items here that you can't at other dollar trees. Which is a huge plus. I do feel bad for the staff they need to fix that ac for them.

This Dollar Tree gets 1star. I'm sorry to say that but I have the same complaints that other customers who have rated this store have. I would like to add that to day I bought a bag of cheese puffs and they were very stale. They were from August 4. I was so disappointed because I have tried to keep supporting this Dollar Tree and they let me down everytime. I can honestly say that I have never encountered a person with a bad attitude. For the most part the people that have served me have been friendly.

Don't know what I would do without the dollar tree.I really save.Every thing there is just as good as any Store I know.Dollar Tree is my world. When I worked. I WENT TO ALL THE SURPOSE TO BE THE BEST STORES SPENT BIG TIME. FOR ME THANK GOD FOR THE DOLLAR TREE. LOVE IT.5 Stars.

I wish I could go on TV to tell everyone out therer who thinks customer service is dead. That the manager Tonya should be a corporate trainer because I was shocked at her willingness to help me. She isn't a level I have t seen in years . Guys you would be smart to make sure she stays on ur team cause the competition gets her it over.

I am at this dollar tree right now and have been here since 8:45. As I Walked in store he told me closing 5 mins I said sign says 9:00. Anyways closed soon as I left 8:48..at least 1 customer tried to go in. CLOSED

They rarely have what you are looking for. The shelves and cooler are almost bare. The lines are always long and they have one register openI still go there because it is close to home and hopefully they will have what I'm looking for.

Always a mess and today, a line out the door with three employees in the back I over heard say they wasn't going to help the girl in the front no matter what because they didn't like the girl and they wanted her to quit and she was going to learn today. This was at 12:50 p.m. Oct. 19, 2021.

This store expects customers to pay to use shopping buggies.Everything else is ok. It's clean and they have the typical Dollar Tree selection. The buggy thing is ridiculous though. I will try a different location next time.

The store was very trashed and disorganized. If the management here in Central Alabama would go to South Louisiana and look at their stores and how they operate, these stores could go to the next level.

This store is located in a less than ideal area. The staff seems jaded and unenthusiastic about being at work. They have a low selection of items in stock as well.

I went to the one on Ann St but the clerk was rude so we left and went to the one on coliseum blvd and they are so much better staff is friendly I give them a 5 the one on Ann St they don't get any stars
