The store is understaffed, unorganized, small, and setup completely wrong. I'd highly recommend a bigger place so the organization can be better and select to have the baskets inside the store rather than outside which leaves guests to try and open the door while pushing the basket. Makes no sense right? Anyways, staff is always friendly and the prices are always good, the stores appearance is what makes the flow even better.

Will tell you the truth I love working at general Dollar store I have came into some of them some nice people playful at times by also at working hard people at times they're enjoyable they're just like we all in this together we get it done together and we live together if one person is out there waiting on their ride we all stay until that person is picked up if someone is out there and one of the cars broke down we wait on each other until somebody come to pick them up or get their car but it is joyful and I really do like it and I like being an employee at general Dollar store so keep the good work up

I visit this store frequently because it always carries what I need and it's very seldom out of stock of Any Given item. The prices are acceptable and the workers there are friendly. This is a very clean store in all the items are organized. You will not trip and fall over shelves or carts left in the aisle.

They never open on time. They barely be there and whenever they are, they are very rude and disrespectful. Just stay home. Sad to say, but this store needs to close down until they can figure out their staff.

Just take your money and go down the street to the other dollar general. It’s usually not stocked, they close whenever they feel like it, and the employee are extremely rude.

Good place to get a good deal. Never a long wait. Store could be better organized but always fully stocked. Customer service is great. Plenty of friendly employees like Angela at the Lower Wetumpka Rd store in Montgomery AL.

I have lived in this area all my life. This store has changed management numerous times. I have to say that this is the worst shape I’ve ever seen this location in. The shelves are never stocked with sale items, and usually the first day of the sale. The store is crowded, often times you can’t walk down the aisles. Outside the store is just as filthy. The store is understaffed, no cash back on debit card purchases...EVER LOL. They keep that sign up on the monitor at the register. I remember a tall, dark skin older lady that has a twin that use to run this location years ago. Don’t know what happened to her but you all need to get her back ASAP. The store is a MESS! I travel across town to go to the Perry Hill Road location. They are friendly, store is clean, well stocked, and neatly organized.

Love to shop there but only one person on register and had to find someone to unlock beer cases. Very nice employees, just overwhelmed. Store needed straightening up.

Kind of crowded and disorganized but the store is very convenient. Employee named 'San' is extremely unhelpful and kind of rude to customers, other employees are really nice though.
