Employee was very nice and helpful, but the store is always a mess and boxes of inventory is stacked everywhere and the shelves are always empty. Someone's going to come in and hurt themselves and have a lawsuit. I'm surprised they haven't already had one.

This store has the worst customer service. The women this work in this store are rude, lazy, and the most of the shelves are empty. They don't greet customers, and have 2 employees there but only one will be running the register. It seems all the manager do is sit in the office while the cashier has a long line. If it wasn't so close to my house I would go somewhere else. But it just down the street. Plus the don't have any knowledge of policy of Dollar General. I'm referring to the new Dollar General that has just been open on the corner of Lower Wetumpka Rd and Coliseum Blvd. Montgomery Al.

It's not the best place to shop by any means. Unorganized items and boxes being everywhere doesn't help the experience. However, if you just need a quick snack, some school supplies, toilet paper, towels, et cetera, they will likely have what you're looking for. The employees from my experience have always been tolerable. I take issue with the Karens in other reviews speaking badly about them. I mean, who *wants* to work in a Dollar General; especially one in this area?

This is the General Dollar I use because it is close to work. Today the male cashier was slow and bossy. I normally have no problem getting in and out without delay. They are normally well stocked so no problem finding what you need. I haven't had a bad experience and I find what I need. The male cashier today was slow and too bossy don't know who he is but put him on another shift not at lunch hours we are trying to get in and out.

Nothing in stock and the store looked like it had been intentionally trashed. They allowed a woman screaming cuss words at the top of her lungs to remain, even though other customers were complaining or flat out leaving.

Store has been changed around since I have gone into it. The last time i came to this location was over a year ago. It looks a lot better and is very organized now!

I called to check the status of my application and the manager on duty I wish I would have gotten her name she was rude and not polite. She claim she didn't hear me but I don't believe that she hung the phone up so loudly in my ear!!! I feel like she should be fired !!!!!

Rude employee's had to ask for management and she her self was rude... Employee's on the phone talking about them put him as a cashier on day one.. I'm looking like what ever happen to good customer service

I love dollar General! This store has great prices,and is the perfect store to go too when you don't want to go too the grocery store.If you have not been go! YOU will not be disappointed.

The store is dirty - the parking lot, the hand baskets, the floors. Employees continue to be indifferent to customers (with the exception of two young girls who have recently begun working there). I'm moving my business to the new Family Dollar across the road.

Apparently it was stocking day. Boxes everywhere, no employees putting anything up, cant even walk down the aisles. We get to the register and one cashier is on her phone texting, the other is ignoring us. Will never shop here again.

Only location close to me but junky. Boxes of inventory always sitting in the aisles. Things you always see online in other locations are not available in mine. Shelves are a mess with no organization.

Most of the time this store is very unorganized and the employees are not very helpful with the exception of Stan and a couple of others. Stan is their best employee and deserves a raise.

It is now under new mangment and is well stocked and much cleaner, the check out line takes way tolong and the lady working as manger is very rude and has went as far as calling me names

The cashier Lloyd may be bipolar..he had a meltdown over a tinfoilvoid and proceeded to throw it and then announced if you have a void dont get in his line!!😰

Much better place to shop than the Dollar General on Perry Hill Road over run with people that do not not know how to park handicap spaces are always taken up by people with no handicap really sucks
