Today was my first time trying this restaurant. I've never been to a chick salad chick before. The service was so good I felt that I must leave a good review. The people here are so flipping friendly. Not just friendly but they all had good attitudes and didn't act or sound like they hated being at work! They helped me and my friend pick out something to order as we were very confused by the menu. The food is good, fast, and actually a good price which these days is a rarity. We decided to sit outside today and ome of the workers noticed immediately that out table didn't have a napkin dispenser on it and rushed one out to our table and came back out later to see if we were doing ok and asked how we liked our food. I was honestly blown away.

Very great experience at this location. Service is fast and friendly, and menu is quite extensive with great variations. My food was prepared and served fresh to order, and the Barbie-Q Chicken Salad was delicious! I highly recommend "The Chick" $8.99 special, as it comes with your choice of one of three select soups. Will definitely be dining here more for lunch on the go.

Fresh ingredients and great customer service for the past few years!However,the last visit was underwhelming. My bread did not appear to be fresh and my chicken salad sandwich did not include lettuce or tomatoes.All 3 employees were observed sitting outside upon my arrival while online ordering (which I typically use) was disabled. Again, I've used this location for years with no issues so I'm hoping the review will reach management and encourage them to provide refresher training.

I had a wonderful experience ☺️, and enjoyed my meal every time I visit.Parking: Across from a major fresh supermarket.Kid-friendliness: This place is immaculate. Always a place to sit and dine-in with an outside table area as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Establishment is on ground level. Sidewalk, and entrance is built to accommodate ♿️ accessible.

Great restaurant with a super friendly and efficient staff. If you like chicken salad this is definitely the place to go. They have numerous varieties of chicken salad to chosen from. You can put it in a sandwich or just have a scoop on lettuce. The sides are also very good, especially the grape salad which is basically dessert. If you're not sure which chicken salad to get, try the Classic to start with.

My coworker surprised me with lunch for my and purchased a salad. The first salad had wilted lettuce to the point it was like slime in the salad. I called the store and the manager told me to return the salad and they’d replace it. I returned the salad that I had already ate out of and they replaced it with another salad. My coworker brought the replacement salad and it too was full of wilted slimy lettuce. I called again to the restaurant. No apology was made, I was just asked would I like to return the salad or be refunded my money. I truly felt the way this was handled was EXTREMELY wrong! This isn’t a anything to take lightly. Rotten lettuce carries many bacteria that are deadly. I’m still unsure to how the same problem persisted with a new salad. Obviously no one checked or changed the lettuce. Praying I don’t get food poisoning on my birthday. If I could score -1 I would!!!

This place is really going down hill. It used to be a nice restaurant but my last 2 visits have been TRASH. A week ago i ordered the chick sandwich with a CUP of fruit on the side. These infidels put fruit in a compartment. By the time I made it to my destination the juice from the fruit soaked my bread. Last night I decided to give them another chance... their closing time said 7pm on the website. I arrived to order something to go at 6:40 to be told they were closed with music blaring and saying they thought the door was locked. Unacceptable!

I would give this place a 0 rating.A middle aged white friend of mine went in there a week ago. Was first in line with a small order. After she ordered a group of black people came in behind her. The black cook stopped cooking her food put it to the side and started on the others order while occasionally looking at my friend. The cook finished theirs and then started back on hers. They left and she was still was there. First in line last to leave. She shared with me that the cashier apologized very sweetly for her order being late like this might happen alot. My friend is not a complainer but this made her mad. She said the cook kept looking at her as she cooked the others food like watching her reaction. My friend said if they didn't want to serve whites they should put a sign outside. She complained to the main office but I called the manager and complained because it made me mad she would be treated like that. I tried finding the owners contact info but couldn't. If anyone knows it please send it to me. Thank you.

I hope not all chicken salad chick's give the same service as the one on Zelda. On her phone texting while taking our order, had to correct her three times. The attitudes with both cashiers were as if we were all bothering them. Ordered three meals, only got two. Went up to ask for refund since had to get back to work, was told by manager had to wait because was busy with something else. My first time ever coming here, will be my last.

I love Chicken Salad Chick, but I think maybe this location just doesn't get quite enough love. All the food tastes more or less like it ought to, but there is something just a hair off. As an example, the grapes in the Fancy Nancy aren't cut -- they're whole, which makes a bit of a mess when you're eating it.That said, in a two-week visit to Montgomery I ate here three times, so if you're looking for a fast, healthy, delicious meal, try it! For first-time chicken salad eaters, the Fancy Nancy is a great option, and the Buffalo Chicken one is delicious with a kick. The current southwest special salad is also super good, and the poblano flavor comes through clearly, which is very pleasant.

I believe this is either a new location or new staff. They didn't have the fancy Nancy chicken salad that 4 of us ordered, they changed our order, then a customer noted that the chicken salad we all ordered was in the 'to go' cooler.Overall the service was good, friendly staff and the chicken was good. I had jalapeno holly and another spicy one. They were pretty tasty..... I believe the cost was around $10 for 2 scoops, nothing extra.

Chicken Salad Chick has a truly amazing menu that won’t leave you with the “Itis” after you eat. You know, the overwhelming feeling of fatigue and the need to take a nap. The menu is varied based on the simple concept of delicious chicken salad. Since I’m watching my weight, I figured this would be a nice alternative to the numerous burger places. So, one quick check on Google let me know I have 30 minutes until they closed…yippee… I only needed 10. The internet says this location is open until 8 pm, so imagine my surprise when I pull up to the Zelda Rd location to find it closed! It was only 7:30. The hours posted on the store clearly state they close at 7pm … hold up..somebody really needs to update the website, like yesterday!

Horrible service...Was there on Thurs 5-18-23 at around 5:30pm. The young lady at order intake/register was on her cell phone when I walked up and never bothered to look up. I stood there staring at her while she continued her phone convo. After a couple minutes she looked at me and said, "I'm ready..." I was stunned she still had phone tucked under her chin. I gave my order, to which she asked me to repeat when I had stated it clearly. Afterwards she rang it up then reached her hand out for my payment without providing my total. At this point I just handed her my 💳. She attempted to swipe it twice then stated that it wasn't working. I asked if she'd like me to try, she turned the unit toward me and walked away yelling to another coworker to take over her duties at the order intake/register. Another patron and her toddler were there before me. Their order was discovered by another worker and handed to them. Oh, and I was able to successfully swipe my 💳, completing my payment. At $14 for a large container of chicken 🥗 y'all need to do waaaaay better, but that terrible service wouldn't be acceptable at a hole in the wall rib shack. 👎😐

Such a shame. Service was great. The chicken salad was plain and mushy. It had no taste and the consistency of baby food. I wish they used cubes of chicken instead of shredded chicken to avoid that mushy considtency. A little crunch would have been welcomed too. A layer of crispy onions or a toasted croissant would help so it's not mush on mush on mush.

I did not even want to give 1 star but had to in order to submit review. We are extremely disappointed in Chicken Salad Chick. Today is Veterans Day and my husband had his military ID & Drivers License with Veteran acknowledgment on it yet was turned away and was told that his Veterans card did not qualify for their Veterans Day special. My husband proudly served through Gulf War and Desert Storm. We were treated as though his brave service to our country meant absolutely nothing. We are regular patrons and always stop by on Veterans Day and have never been turned away until today. We appreciated the owners story and supported her but will no longer.

By far one of my faves.. great coustomer service....I'm from st louis Mo and traveling with my sister. And we were hungry decided to stop . The atmosphere was great. And we were greeted soon as we came in the door by a lady named crystal it was so welcoming . She has the best attitude and made us feel right at home. She waited on us hand and foot. She greeted everyone who walked thru the door. Just the best time there even if it was jus 30 min. Definitely coming back. Hope crystal is still there . Someone needs to give her a raise.

I love chicken salad chick! It's delicious the staff is always polite and kind and if you've never been there you can taste test their menu! Or at least you could before COVID lol! I haven't tried recently so I might just try it and then get back to you!

I decided to have lunch here and when my food arrived it was missing a side which I informed the cashier of. I proceeded to eat and noticed a bug in the pickle I was consuming. I notified the cashier who just stared at it and walked off with it saying nothing. I was disgusted and went to the counter where the manager said from the back, " Can I help you?" I said, " I would like a refund. " The manager just told the cashier give him a refund. A kitchen worker came out picked up the receipt and said "She didn't charge you for the scoop." I doubt that but I didn't eat it either. No apologies at all up to this point. When I received my cash the manager said, "Sorry. "and walked away. This is my second time eating here in a few years and the service has greatly declined.

I ordered through the Waitr App, and when my order arrived I did not receive half of my order. I called Chicken Salad Chick gave them my name and explained the problem to them. The woman was very kind and understanding. She asked me if I could come to Chicken Salad Chick and pick up the rest of my order. I explained to her that I don’t own a vehicle and that’s why I order through a delivery app. The woman then asked me for my address and re-made my entire order & sent another employee over to my house and hand delivered my order to me, in less than 15 minutes! I am beyond pleased with their service and willingness to correct the problem. They went above and beyond today & I am very grateful. I will be from here on out spending my money with this particular store. Thank you so much!

As always great food, friendly service. The nice lady gave me some of my favorite broccoli and cheese soup for the freeskie... Whoop, Whoop!!! Their cookies are divine. They were out of Kickin' Kay Lynn, but I forgive them they had everything thing else. Love Chicken salad chick.
