Today I picked up someone’s online pickup and Justin brought out the order. He was very neat, well organized, and asked me to check my eggs before leaving and asked if I wanted any delicates up front rather than the trunk. Awesome job and great service!

I visited the automotive center for a service. The young lady who checked me in was nice and polite . The tech that came to get the vehicle remembered me from a previous visit and asked did I get my problem resolved. The cashier inside was nice and efficient. The service was performed in a timely manner, and I was on my way.Thanks!

I had a pickup order and Joe did such an awesome job!! I’m surprised because this Walmart in particular has pretty terrible customer service at any register you go to and the employees or floor support always try to turn away when you have a simple question. However, today was the complete opposite!! Joe greeted me with a very welcoming attitude. He was courteous and made sure all my bags were in my car seated properly. He even said have a great evening with a genuine smile! To walmart HR, keep hiring people like this young man and maybe Mobile, Al will stop calling yal “The Ghetto Walmart” Lol! ❤️❤️

It was rough weather. I choose to order online and pick it up. I love the pick-up while sitting in the car. The pick-up parking area was totally filled with other cars. With that being said, I waited 15 minutes and was greeted by a very nice young man. He politely and quickly loaded my groceries and thanked me while inviting me to come back again. I purchased laundry supplies. However, this was the star. It's hard to find these particular chips 🍟. I'm so excited 😊

Definitely a weird experience at the auto care center! I was trying to get my tires installed a big over grown fifty plus man was being playful and rude! Him and the check in attendant (Flauejae look alike)! I just came to get serviced not be subjected to stupidity!

Me and my family went here, and it was okay but I rather go to the neighborhood market 🤗 well we asked one of the workers for direction of where the rice dressing would be and she never said anything just pointed with her fingers and where she pointed it wasn't there. So we asked another worker and she tried to help us the best way, she even looked it up on the machine but it wasn't in the store we would have to order it. Me personally I don't think I'll be back, I love the neighborhood market better it's smaller and way easier to find things on our own

I've signed up for Walmart+ to make getting groceries delivered cheaper and easier. The delivery guy, Paul, was very nice and made this a seemless and easy task to accomplish in my day.

Last week I was heading out for the St. Patrick's Day festivities in downtown Mobile, and I needed to buy something festive to wear. After I left home, I stopped off at three other stores thinking I could make a quick purchase, but had no luck. One young lady at one store had never even heard of St. Patrick's Day. That was messed up!As my last resort I stopped by the Walmart Super center, and was happy to find two large kiosks in the very front of the store. I quickly picked out my hat and necklaces, put everything on in the parking lot, and headed downtown to the party. Thanks Walmart for saving the day.

Do not do pick up. Waste of your time. You’re better off running into the store to get your groceries. I waited almost an hour and half for my order. Called the number 3 times. No answer. The 4 th someone answered and said my order would be right out. That was a lie. It took probably another 20 or so minutes before anybody came out. Then I get home and some of my order isn’t correct. They substituted stuff with random stuff that doesn’t even match what was originally ordered.

On February 28, I went to the Walmart on I-65 service rd in Mobile Alabama to buy a Money Card and deposited $375.00 to make some purchases online and not use my card from my bank account. They inform me that I have to enter their app and activate the card, I did it and it gives me the correct balance and that I have to wait 60 minutes to be able to use the card. After 3 hours I am going to buy some parts on Amazon that total $200 and they decline the transaction, I verify the card number is correct and the payment does not proceed. I call customer service and the card is out of funds. I contact a person and they inform me that that card number is under someone else's name and the money was used in purchases. Today, April 1, 2024, they have not yet returned my money, every time I call they tell me something different, I have the claim open and I filed a complaint with the Police. They inform me that this is very common, not only in that Walmart, this is happening in everyone and it has been happening for a long time and Walmart and Green Dot, who is the one who manages their cards, are irresponsible and knowing that this problem is not new, they have not done absolutely nothing. Be very careful with transactions at Walmart.DO NOT FALL IN TO THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

I wish there was a zero stars for this. Went for an oil change. No filters for the last 2 weeks. I said change it without the filter. "We don't do oil changes without a filter". Attendant was rude and useless.

It's a convenient location and the store itself is fine. It's the "clientelle" or normal patrons there that can be sketchy. It's near a rough area amd while you're never in danger (at least not that I've ever seen), you may meet some odd characters.

If you order through the Walmart app from this store you can guarantee you won’t get half of your items saying they are unavailable when they are. I tried again after stopping a few months and first time back they marked half the order unavailable. I ended up going to the store needing one of the items still and ALL of the items they marked were right there on the shelves. It’s pointless to pay for something the employees are too lazy to actually do even when you need the convenience of the app at certain times.

Don’t bother with the delivery service. It’s is inconsistent with getting my orders correct. Items are frequently left off and despite my leaving comments on why I’m requesting refunds, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative taken to fix the problem.

Don’t use Walmart delivery they are taking people food and you can’t get your money back for two weeks. They’re not even willing to send the items after they see the mistake. Just disregard that a person with a disability and a family to feed on limited income has to wait so long without food. This should be a crimeAnd pay close attention to the price change on items at the register and even the in my state is a tax break on food they are not applying this break to your total.

Worst Walmart ever for online pick up! Do not do it! I gave it a second shot after 6 months of the last bad experience. Lazy and dishonest people! Why would you mark an order picked up that hasn’t been picked up and when I call the store they say oh we were waiting on some items for your order. Makes 0 sense. Worst. Just the worst. 3 hours of wasted time.Rude “Operator” who says I’m just the operator and not customer service. I asked her if she was sitting in the store and she says yes. But all I can do is transfer you. Horrible.The lady at the 1800 number was super helpful however, but Walmart still gets a 1 star from me for waisting my time!

When ordering groceries online I shouldn't be missing stuff that was said to be picked. I shouldn't have to go through my bags to make sure everything is there after they are put in my car... I was missing 4 items and also 3 of my items were disgusting. I get home I unload my groceries and throughout the day I realize I'm missing stuff.... money was paid for these items and I shouldn't have to run back and forth to the store to make yall give me what was missing. Also, I couldn't reach anyone on the phone to handle the situation. I called got transferred and then got hung up on.tried calling that number for pickup and it went straight to voicemail. I really wanted my Avocados so since this is the only way I can tell yall my sister works here so she grabbed my avocados for me!My order number is 7531217803593
