Terrible pharmacy service. Missing prescription that was sent by Dr office. It took 4 phone calls to straighten that out. Sat in line at drive thru for 15 minutes only to pull up to window 1 minute after posted closing time. They refused to wait on me. I spoke to another Walgreen pharmacy and was told this was not company policy. They should have served anyone that was in line and put a cone out to keep others from joining line.

Pharmacy has terrible customer service. My baby's prescription showed ready for pickup so I went to the drive through and they told me there it would be a 2hr wait. I couldn't wait with my two young babies so i came back the next morning. My prescription was still not ready. I was told it would be at least 30min wait...with two babies screaming- it was miserable. The attitude of pharmacy workers was unsatisfactory also. There was no issue with insurance either, it was just a pharmacy issue. This is one of several incidences. I use to love this pharmacy but it has really gone downhill.

I am a frequently shopper at this location. There is no public restroom at Walgreens at Cottage Hill + Knollwood. But never an out of order sign. This is an ongoing situation. So I proceeded with an employee if i could use employees, restroom she said they dont have one. So no public restroom / employee restroom. But only at this Walgreen.

Would not recommend this pharmacy. I was given two prescriptions from the doctor and I went to the pharmacy to ask if they were ready. I was told that they will be ready later on that day so I left. Before I did leave I asked how much the prescriptions were and was told the total price. Somehow one of the two prescriptions magically disappeared with no explanation! The one medication that I was able to get they did not provide a measuring cup with it and it also is not enough to cover for a whole week barely three days even. I have been calling to speak to the pharmacy manager to hopefully get an explanation as to why one of my prescriptions got axed, but no one will answer. Two days I have been calling the pharmacy and no one has bothered to pick up and help me. I was told to call after 12 to speak to the pharmacy manager, but still no answer. Completely dissatisfied!!

The store itself is okay! The problem that I have is with the pharmacy. This pharmacy lacks all kinds of communication to its customers. I understand that pharmacies are busy but to drop an Rx off, be told that it would be ready and come back to find out that “it can’t be filled”… don’t you think reaching out to the customer and letting them know that it’s not ready or can’t be filled should be a priority? Also, these techs are something else- the attitudes are disgusting and all they do is give you the runaround instead of helping you. Do better, Walgreen’s Pharmacy. Period.

I have never seen a decent review of a Walgreens pharmacy in years. I can't help but think that there is a pharmacy out there that could rake in so much success if they moved here. The attitudes are horrible and it's at every single one of them. And there are various reasons for the lack of convivial treatment. Most of the people working at the pharmacy are just simply vituperative, unhappy individuals but I can't help but think that others are utterly racist.

Horrible automated refill system. I've received text messages several times telling me that my prescriptions were ready for pick up and told at the store that I had none ready or ordered. I can understand how this might be a rare occurrence, but it isn't. If it isn't the refill system, then the staff can't use it properly. I'll definitely be looking to change to a different drugstore chain.Their voice answering service is terrible too. I tried returning the pharmacists' call but was put on hold and then disconnected. I called back and the machine sent me to the wrong option from which I couldn't back out of.It's a shame they closed all the Rite Aids in Mobile. I never had as many problems with them over the 20 or so years I was with them.

This is an excellent pharmacy store. I'm glad I can get prescriptions here. They are efficient and have good helpful staff. After getting prescription you can shop for over the counter meds, food, drinks, cards, beauty supplies and oral care. Prices are good at this store.

Went to the pharmacy at 945pm and the sign clearly stated the closed at 10pm. Apparently I interrupted the young African American pharmacy techs “me time.” She was brisk and lied to us telling my wife and I. “They pulled our registers so we can only take credit cards.” The product we wanted to by we were using a card for. The pharmacist stood right there the whole time and said nothing. She rang us up for vitamins but not the over the counter medication we asked for. We were told for that we’d have to drive across town to the 24hr Walgreens pharmacy. On the way out my wife stopped at the front counter and waited in line. The manager and cashier were dealing with a “difficult” customer. After several minutes my wife became flustered and put back what she had. The manager and cashier both told my wife. “Go to pharmacy ma’am.” My wife said she can’t take cash. They both looked at each other and said “yes she can we just called back there.” We left anyway. Who has time for games like this. Walgreens you need to get your employees on the same page and back to serving the customer. You shouldn’t have to look to far to see why you’re losing customers. This is not the first time we’ve had a problem at this Walgreens pharmacy. We won’t be back for anything. There are literally 4 pharmacies closer to us. Customer Service is all that separates one location and brand from another and yours at this location. Well it perpetually sucks. And that’s just the pharmacy everyone else is fine. Perhaps you need to find out what motivates your pharmacy techs. Let me help you I already have figured it out. It’s standing around talking, being rude, lying and driving your customers away. And let me tell you they are great at it!

I went online and made an appointment for my son to get his COVID Vaccine Booster shot and the Flu Shot. The website said that location had appointments all the way to 8pm and stated you had to set an appointment in order to receive the shots. I set his appointment for 3:45pm. An email was sent with a form to be completed and brought with him. When my son and his grandfather got up there, the first issue they had was that Mary told them that my insurance didn’t cover the vaccine. Even though my son had already had his 1st and 2nd dose using the same insurance she was trying to say didn’t cover it. My son called me and said she told him to have me call the store to speak with her. While I was on hold for literally 10mins (even though again she told me to call her), my son calls me back and says never mind it went through. On the paperwork Walgreens provided, there was a place for your medical and prescription coverage. I provided both but apparently Mary only ran one of them. Why require the form be completed and brought to the appointment of all the information wasn’t going to be entreated.Then the second issue came when my son calls me back and says that after Mary ran the insurance and signed his vaccine card, she has them wait only to come back and say that they were out of both! I can see the flu shot because it was an add on to my COVID vaccine appointment but how can you be out of the booster @3:45pm when 1) your website states you have to schedule an appointment to even get the booster and 2) the pharmacy doesn’t close until 8pm and the website had available appointments through 8pm. If you are making people schedule appointments you should have as many appointments available as shots. Why have people go through the trouble of signing up just to get to the store and be turned away.On top of all of this My son said she was very rude towards them the entire time and then I called back to the store just to see when they would have a new shipment in Mary was the one to answer and was very rude over the phone. My son’s grandmother also had a bad experience when she went to this location to get her booster as well and I should have listened to her and not went there. But I thought maybe the person she dealt with was just having a bad day. But nope judging from my son’s experience and the many bad reviews on here about the Pharmacy it’s not just “a bad day”. Something should be done. There are too many reviews all saying the same thing and the Pharmacy staff.

I really felt humiliated, today by an employee of the pharmacy, she got angry because the two people with whom she was going to get the covic vaccine, did not understand her and also did not want to check me in to vaccinate, she yelled at us and with a very bad attitude, he told us that their ID did not work for them. i have been a wallgreens customer for many years and this is the first time it has happened to be so embarrassing. she made us feel discriminated against today.

Pharmacy technician was extremely rude, I went to ask question for my wife and didn't feel comfortable saying it loud because of the music. She gave me an attitude, cut me off and told me to talk to the pharmacist. There's no need to be the disrespectful when helping individuals

The store manager is great, and I enjoy shopping there. Today was the last straw with the pharmacy's poor service, though, and I will not be using them again. In the past, they've repeatedly failed to communicate with my doctor's office when needed to fill prescriptions, and today, when I took a card to the counter to sign for some time release Sudafed, instead of telling me they were out of it, (I didn't know, they had cards out on the shelf) the tech switched it for another formulation with naproxin in it, which I'm allergic to. She had already put it in the bag behind the counter, so I didn't notice it until after I had paid and reached my car. When I went back, saying, excuse me please, there's been a mistake, she immediately began blaming me, saying we don't give refunds, and you should have checked it before you paid (she didn't hand me the bag until after), and we're not taking that back! I explained that I didn't ask for a refund, I wanted to exchange it for a formulation without the naproxin, which I would never purchase. After some more argument from her, she stepped away to ask someone, then let me switch it out. With attitude. Who switches medications on people without telling them? I didn't say anything, and didn't stay at the counter after she finished ringing it up, but went and found the store mgr. to let him know what happened. He kindly listened, gave me some bonus store points for my trouble, and said he'd take it up with the pharmacy mgr. Done.

The pharmacist, Feras, refused to give me my second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, even when I showed him an email confirmation of my scheduled appointment. He stated that it wasn’t showing up on his end and that they do not accept walk-ins.My first dose was also done at Walgreens, so I was confused as to why my second dose was so problematic. Judging by the exasperated sigh that Feras let out when I showed up to the counter, I would have to assume it was out of laziness.I drove to the next nearest Walgreens, and they happily gave me my second dose.

Edit: I'm sick of this location. Just go to the Dauphin St location.Normally I have no issues with the pharmacy. Today at 10AM in the pharmacy drive-thru, the woman running the drive thru did not listen to my husband at all and proceeded to interrogate him, despite him telling her we have a drive thru code (I was the passenger). She said he'd have to pay and provide his ID; the ID I get but aren't drive thru codes provided only for a paid Rx? After confirming my order, she claimed she'd send it through the tube, but instead she helped the other car in the other drive-thru instead before sending over my meds. The way she handled the transaction was incredibly rude and unprofessional, but maybe she was having a bad day; regardless, just because you're having a bad day does NOT make it okay to create inconveniences for others.

Pharmacist there was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. This is not the first time but it will certainly be the last time I ever use this pharmacy. Ever. I will tell as many people as possible about the horrible guest service experience I had and will likely not ever use Walgreens again.

Been with this pharmacy for years.But today I pulled all my meds.very rude. I have doctors script for my pain meds.they told me I could not get it filled. They think they are doctors. They are nothing but a pill filler, and that's what they should stay at.needless to say,went to another pharmacy and had no problems. They don't deserve one star.i will never go back.I need my medicine to live a somewhat normal life.wallgreens suck.

Update this store makes sure you don’t want to come backHad to come here so I figured I’d grab a few things get the the register & the price on the sticker is not the price is rings up & its within the sale date it’s nice to know this store is still doing this time just to stay at cvsThe pharmacy is very lazyMy wife had a very serious spine surgery ( C1-T1)so the dr call they said they had the medicationThey said they didn’t get the order pretty much they gave us the runaround I had the dr call them personally & the pharmacist said oh we just don’t have itSo you’re going to leave some that you know is in server pain give them the runaround because you don’t want to pick up the phoneThis garbage is why we quit using Walgreens over 20 years old over the same laziness

This is the closest Walgreens to my house but I bypass it every time because of one reason... ITS TOO DAMN HOT IN THERE! I feel sorry for the people who have to work in this building all day. Walgreens do better!! Until then I will not be shopping with any of your locations.

I got my prescription filled here once a few years ago. Last time ever. The pharmacist violated HIPPA, started guessing (wrong) which medicine I was on until he finally got it right in front of everybody. And tells me falsely that they cause drug interactions. The doctor disagreed with him. And the doctors I've had for years must also disagree as well because I'm still on the same combo of meds with good results. Here's the clincher, while I'm rolling my eyes while he's going down the list of psychiatric meds embarrassing me to death, he goes "Are you okay?" in that smug way people do. Total discrimination.

Bad Service, closed early and while busy with other customers, locked the doors and had as wait until these customers qhere taken care of before letting us know they couldn't allow us in to get one item. We wanted to get medicine for a toothache and wouldn't have taken longer than a minute we could have gotten had they not closed early and not given us the time of day.

i stopped using this pharmacy years ago because of all the problems. I went to pick up my moms medication and it took 4 trips to get it because of poor service. I will not go back , I am sorry to have to write this but maybe it will help improve some of these problems.

Can't seem to read a prescription that says 90 day supply refillable 3 times. I get shorted quite frequently, have to call doctors when this pharmacy said they denied it, didn't receive the authorization. I'm done.

Customer service is horrible and rude, even if you are a quiet patron. I have spent so much money in there and everytime I go I get treated poorly. Never going back. Have a great time visiting this one.
