I come here for my dog essentials and dog wash. When a company changes there policy they usually let their customers know. Well they decide to make customers pay for the pet wash FIRST. I’ve been to other locations in other states like Texas and Louisiana and I’ve NEVER had to do that. “NOT THIS YEAR EITHER” not even last week!!!!! I asked why and “Ms Kristi” really couldn’t give me a straight answer. She was kinda rude and I really just wanted to know why I have to pay for a wash before I go to the back ONLY because it’s been plenty of times that I’ve came in and saw it was a lot people already using the pet wash and I decided to go home. So I guess if decided to go back home after I pay Ima have to go to the front and get a refund…..I’m sorry I don’t agree to the “New Policy”It’s like paying for merchandise before u even see what u really paying for. I’m not sure if that’s even a policy I seriously just think she made it up but it could be. I just don’t agree to it. Cause I hope and pray people aren’t stealing $10 pet wash 😒Please hire nicer people cause the people working the front, u can tell there are only there cause “it’s a job”

This particular Tractor Supply is just a few minutes from my home!! I’ve been here several times for pet supplies and recently bought some fly catchers!! This store has always had everything I’ve needed for my two pups and the fly catchers I bought from here worked better than expected!! The staff has always been very helpful and I’ve never had a negative experience here!! I am excited to try their pet washing station!!

Whoever the lady is answering the phone had a smart remark to say that I overheard as our conversation ended. All i asked was if she could by any chance help me find a screw I'm looking for. As she left a suggestion and went to hang up I can hear her getting smart as if i was supposed to KNOW she DIDNT KNOW about the screw I was asking about. If you don't know how to help no need to be rude about it.I don't usually ever leave reviews but I'm never rude to anyone. I'm already not a very social person as it is, and to get treated this way for no apparent reason doesn't help either. Thanks

Went in to get a propane tank filled tonight about 8:40 and he said the outside was closed. After I called asking if they can fill propane tank and he said yes we have 30 minutes before closing. Ridiculous! Think someone just didn’t want to do their job!

I always come to Tractor Supply to buy 4Health food for my pet. On 04-29-2023 I was automatically greeted by Brian (Bryan?)…he was extremely helpful—going above and beyond. I learned a lot about nutrition and he helped me pick the best 4Health food for my pet. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly!

This place is the best! Everyone is so helpful. Was nervous about purchasing a riding mower but they helped me every step of the way and even provided free timely delivery to my house. The delivery person arrived with the lawn mower fully assembled and showed me how to use it. He even videoed me using it for the first time! Thanks so much!

Terrible Terrible place of business in very unprofessional They Have inconvenience me in the worst way and sadly right before Christmas.....I put a mini bike on layaway For my 11year old daughter because she wanted it for Christmas "if I could have afford to pay for it out right that day I would have but unfortunately I didn't" So on the 16th of December 2022 while searching at tractor supply I noticed they had one and ask the attendant did they do layaway with plans on picking it up Friday December the 23rd he told me they did we went forward with the arrangement and I paid the sales deposit of $18331 which was fine with me, today is December 21st I have just received a call telling me I have to pick it up today and if I don't have the money they're going to put it back on the shelf to sell it for Christmas because it's a Christmas layaway but I have a payment plan it says it's due March 16th 2023 IAM Truly disappointed and don't even have the money to get my daughters layaway off

Really glad they put a Tractor Supply on Schillingers Road. You can get all your outdoor supplies, dog food, horse feed, and hay for your animals. There is farm equipment and utility trailers. They have worm pills for your animals. Any time you're in the neighborhood, check them out.

Very rude cashier ! Went in to get a propane tank filled this afternoon about 11:15 and she said no not in the rain! Yes it had rained earlier, but not even sprinkling at the time! Ridiculous! We had other items we were going to buy but went to Lowe’s instead! Think someone just didn’t want to do their job !

I just drove a round trip of 45 miles with gas prices above 4 dollars per gallon specifically to pick up a riding lawnmower that was purchased online. We purchased the mower and 2 years additional warranty through the store. I got there to be told the mower was not in stock, their computer was wrong but for an additional $250 they would be glad to order me the same mower I had just purchased from their store. Is Tractor Supply this hard up for money? You going to charge me to get me the mower I had already bought from your store without having to pay for shipping? Tractor Supply can not just get me the mower that I had already purchased without trying to gouge me for an extra $250 for shipping? Does the store even do inventory? Wouldn't you think something that cost better than $2500 would be noticed if it was sold or disappeared? I'm very disappointed in Tractor Supply for their attempt at gouging me for an extra $250 for shipping instead of getting me the mower I had just ordered for the same price. It appears they wanted me to pay for their inability to keep accurate inventory in their store. I would have waited for them to get the mower but I wasn't willing to pay for their shipping which was above the cost of buying the one shown in their inventory.

One of my favorite places to shop the variety of things you need everyday in different depts and your pet the pet wash is awesome you have every thing you need right there to wash dry and groom your pet all for $9.99 where else can you spoil your fur babies! The prices are reasonable and the employees are courteous to you and your needs. Thumbs up 5 stars for me ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We love this store. I can get everything I need for our chickens and our dog and cats. The people who work there are always helpful and nice. I've called them on the phone and they never are in a rush. Just helpful and nice. And they know how to smile😊

I love the TC. Outside of ma & pa feed 'N tack store.. General stores, it's my #1 go to for feed for my livestock. Their brand name is feed is very good. The protein % to crud fat is good. The workers are helpful, and they have nice sales on bare root trees... berry bushes and grape vines. Check them out.

I like the store. They have anything you can ever need for a farm or just raising a few chickens. We bought the large chicken coop, its 10x10 cage and a coop for up to 14 chickens. We were only going to get 4 chickens. Well we have 13 chicks now. We got everything we need to raise them. The people there is very helpful and nice.

So me and my wife go into the store looking for a brake controller for my truck - we ask for some help from one of the employees and notice some weird guy had been following us like a stalker - so we continue talking to the employee and when finished, proceed to leave when we notice the weirdo and employee join up and follow us out of the store ‐ trust me tractor supply, you have nothing that I can't afford or would have to steal - and rest assured that I will never step foot in another one of your establishments and will continue to post negative reviews for the disrespect and the way your employees made me and my wife feel today...

Went to two different stores. Employees were very helpful. Still unable to get 4health skin sensitive dog food in 25lb bag. This is not uncommon. Please order enough to keep it on the shelf.

Very quick with curbside pickup and they have the Hill's for cats and dogs. Mostly farm related stuff and pretty spendy on tools and such, but maybe it is higher quality than big box stores? You can find some things for kids you might not find other places, like horse stuff. on my way through to get pet food, picked up a flannel shirt for about half the price of mail-order one. It was better quality and held up way better, too. Garden stuff like waterproof shoes and plants they move to discount fast.

We love Tractor Supply. Everything we need is always in stock and they typically have multiple options to choose from for each item which wish to purchase. The staff are always willing to help. My only complaint is the person working the register usually appears to be tasked with also working in the clothing area either stocking or straightening. I always have to search around for someone to check out my purchase. That can be pretty frustrating when you’re in a hurry.

Seemed to be understaffed. I went by on a Saturday to pick up a package I'd ordered online and waited at the customer service desk several minutes for someone to show up. Store traffic didnt seem all that heavy. I finally called the store and when an associate arrived they were friendly and helpful. But like I said, it took a while.

5 stars all day, best customer service I have ever seen. we had been to another tractor supply that was unable to fill propane and made the 40 minute trip to this one to get it filled and although they were not able to fill it either the manager paid to get my tank filled and gas to get to the next nearest tractor supply.

Good friendly people, but they don't know enough about country to help with your farm needs, e.g. tractor repairs, horse nutrition, cattle swine . the people just don't have the experience to answer those questions. Other than that they are great. We've been going since it opened.

They have a wide variety of farm type needs. The cashier was a bit slow, and acted like it was her first day, although I have seen her there for months. Definitely need to train or move her go another department.

This is a great store. They sail a variety of products. The customer service is good and it's not like having to deal with the traffic and lines that you would have in Lowes.
