I'm actually a lowes person myself. My husband and I went to The Home Depot for an item that he wanted to purchase for our home that the website online stated that we could get it in Store. A nice older gentleman In the appliance and cabinet section where their customer service desk are listed assisted us and advised that they weren't in yet. He couldn't even order it. Because he advised that it was out of stock. He went on to show us what they could order, trying to help us find something else. My husband thanked him and advised that he had been a big help, but that was the item he wanted, which was a little over $700.00, so we ended up just going to Best Buy. Thanks-A-Bunch, though! We gave them a shot.

Kong the lighting department manager made my day! He went above and beyond to help us get the lights we wanted and was kind and generous and very professional with his time. We will definitely be going back there to get more items for our new house in the future.

There needs to be a negative stars option. Ordered online at 5am, got text that it was ready at 8am. Went to store at 7pm to pick it up. Waited 10 minutes at the pick-up counter just to be acknowledged. Spent the next 45 minutes listening to the employees try to figure out where "Bin number 1309" was. Someone FINALLY found the order and one out of three items was completely wrong. We are talking about a countertop here, not a light bulb or screw. Lady argued with me that it was right. I had to pull it up on my phone and show her what was wrong. She finally agreed it was wrong then asked me, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" Seriously??? I cancelled that part of the order, took the other two items with me and THAT IS THE VERY last time Home Depot will ever get my business. I own several rental homes and I rehab old ones and flip. Totally disgusted with the lack of customer service.

They like to close early and not put it anywhere but on the door. So you might want to call before you drive all the way to the store. Didn’t know franchises and corporations could do that. I work for a franchise and we don’t get to put a sign on the door . Highly aggravated and p’d tf off

I went in to buy one small item. When I went to check out there was only one register being tended by a person. That one had a long line. So I reluctantly went to the self checkouts. There were 6, but only one would take cash. Why only one? What's wrong with paying cash? Anyway I went to that one and scanned my item. The total came to $4.81. I already had a pocket full of change so I did not want 6 more coins which is the minimum you need to get to 19 cents. So I deposited and nickel and a penny into the machine And followed that up with a $5 bill hoping to get back one quarter instead. I guess that confused the machine because it took a long time to process my payment. Time enough that an actual cashier person could have completed my sale at least 3 or 4 times over. Finally the thing finished and the words on the screen showed that I was due 19 cents in change. Since I had deposited a total of $5.06 my change should have been 25 cents. But to add insult to injury the machine didn't give me any change. Then the employee that was attending the check outs told me that I would have to wait a minute and that someone would bring me my 19 cents. I did not want 6 more coins in my pocket plus that would still be 6 cents less than the one quarter that I was owed. So I left. Seriously whomever had this idea of trying to get all your customers using self check outs and paying by card should be fired.

Customer service in this store is absolutely horrible. Went in to get some small storage boxes app showed they had 65 but did not show where in the store. I walked around the whole store looking couldn’t find them so I went to customer service (who was not busy girl was playing on her cellphone) she said she didn’t know that I would have to look at the app or find someone else that could help me. Walked all back to the back again found someone they couldn’t help me either because they were looking for something for someone else. I never once asked with workers to go get them just tell me where they were stacked.

Very hard to find help. Stood in electrical for over 30 mins waiting on the managers to find an "electrical employee." They never found one and told me to come back later.

It’s one of the two big hardware stores. It’s a nice place to shop and can find good deals in the store. Went to check on Halloween decorations and they were either nearly sold out or didn’t have much to begin with. They are loaded with Christmas l8e most other stores. I wish they could wait til after Halloween to start pushing Christmas ( I mean all stores) they did have a lot of inflatable and one in particular was a dragon. Have seen a lot of dragons for Halloween the past few years let’s thanks game of thrones for that. They have a great selection of all hardware needs at good prices along with cleaning items, plants and appliances. Go and check them out never know what you could fine

if I could give zero stars, I would do that. I had two people to call for help and no one showed up. I waited over 25 minutes for someone to come and assist me. When I called the manager, she could care less about it. neither one of the two employees who called for help tried to answer any of my questions, or reassure me that someone was coming.

This is a wonderful home depot store. You can get good appliances here for your home. They have good painting items to make your home look nice. They have lovely plants and flowers to put in your yard. They have lots of lamps and light bulbs. Staff is nice and helpful and prices are reasonable.

Typically have what I need in stock, and prices are about the same as online shopping. Lumber is pretty good too. I don't have to pick through 8 boards to get 2 good straight ones. Which is a huge time saver for small projects.

I only gave it a four because every time you go inside the store, no one is around to help you. A few are helping other customers or doing stuff around the store while the rest are literally standing around doing nothing but chatting. I'm glad another customer was able to help me locate what I was looking for.

Mobile home depot located just off airport rd is a little lacking in parking lot, but store is well stocked; even if laid out slightly different from their warehouse stores. The staff was very nice, and they do have self check out, if you do not need customer service or pro services.1.19.23, again, really only 1 check out; the contract checkout. Rest, self service; which is OK, unless you have tile or something that needs keyed in..Bridget was wonderful, and assisted myself and two others while at self check out.. this young lady needs a pay raise for her ability, niceness, and for retention..

I have been receiving a veteran's discount for many years from Home Depot. On April 16, I was told that I had to go online and fill out my information and I did, leaving everything that I wanted behind! Today is May 13, I decided to go to Gome Depot and get what I wanted for the yard. Had three carts filled with shrubs, soil, planters and fertilizer. Totally came up to $621. Asked for my service discount, I get told I'm not in the system. Requested the manager, but she was no help either! Other then saying I should have received a email with a bar code! I got feed up and just left everything right there!I'm hoping that other veterans read this and avoid Home Depot and take their business and money so.eplace else!

Rented a floor scrubber that requires a special power cord which I was not given. I called and told them of their error and not only did they not apologize, they said they were too busy at the moment and sent me to a different Home Depot. This 2nd store refused to support products rented by the first store so I had to drive all the way to this original store. I asked for some type of discount for the gas and 1:15 of my time but was refused.

I would suggest to go to Lowe’s after me, and my fiancé had the worst experience in the tool rental. A very ghetto troll looking lady that was very rude has no class at all unprofessional and has attitude by the name of Brittany, and this is the second time with that same troll looking lady Brittany. I’m surprise that no one has fired this woman and the manager Alex is also the worst manager ever because he does not know how to manage, he was no help and seem like he didn’t even know what he was doing. We rented out a machine that did not work and they charged us for two days and have the audacity to be very rude. Yelled at us as if we did something wrong after the manager Alex promised that he will fully refund us back the money we were still charged , the worst experience ever, I see why this location does not have great business Home Depot you need to do better you’re going to lose a lot of contract, workers and more just because of your employees. The training is horrible number one you need to train customer service and customers are number one we are personally taking this to corporate and I would suggest anyone that has had bad experience at this location to write a review and also call corporate and let them know who you spoke or dealt with and what manager was on duty and hopefully they will take care of it. If not, they will soon be hearing from attorneys. Most definitely after we spent over $50,000 last year and just this last month we spent $15,000 this shows me that I need to take my business elsewhere.

No complaints on the store, the layout, cleanliness and/or the employees. It's fairly simple to find what you need and, if you can't, employees are usually close by to help. I like that you can rent specific tools and equipment. Also like that I can shop on their app/website and pick up the item(s) from their local store or have the item(s) sent to my home. I'd shop more often, but distance is a factor on why I don't as often as the other home improvement store.

I don't care very much at all for the employees they are extremely rude and offer no help ... After standing there 45 mins I know of , spending 200.00 on 2 sheets of heavy mdf wood , lazy cashier that didn't care one bit to page anyone or to even answer my questions she took her lazy time checking me out and then wouldn't page anyone to help me load it ... I had to take it out and my daughter and I was trying to load it and another customer seen us and he ran over there and loaded it for us with 2 employee standing there doing nothing but talking about females and going to the club . Wowww why to go on hiring useless people ... And that's as nice as I can say it ... Without a doubt you lost a customer and a lot of business...

You guys had the air filters I need at an awesome price. For the price of one filter from Walmart I was able to get three with Home Depot. Most importantly my cashier was awesome. Letonya was so helpful and kind. I could talk to her all day if I could.It is rare to find people like that in customer service nowadays.

I purchased garage doors and the openers in June and were not installed until December. The communication between this store and myself was horrible. A couple weeks ago I reached out because I was having an issue with the openers and never received a call back. I drove there to get an answer and was told he had emailed me. Like how was I suppose to know that was how he was going to communicate with me. When I found it I still could not get a correct answer to my problem. I finally got some help from precision door. And then it cost me just under $150 to have the doors serviced. No parts just labor! I paid over$5000.00 for them. If you need some thing like this go directly to Precion Doors. Never use Home Depot again.
