This location needs new management. Customer Service is horrible and they take so long to ring up a transaction. It’s never enough registers open. No one speaks to you or try to help you while you’re shopping. They need to price all of items in the store. If you purchase a big item you can’t use the cart because they got a rule about the cart going out of the store. All of the employees shirts looks dirty which I feel like that unprofessional.

This is my all time absolute favorite store, customer service is great, clean and organized. It's all the great products and items they have for me. This store has just about everthing you need and will love for your home, from decor, household supplies, shoes, clothes and so much more, for a very reasonable price. I love Roses discount store especially the Tillmans Corner location.

This is a pretty cool store to browse through. I love to wander around in here just looking. They carry a wide variety of merchandise, from clothing to toys to housewares, domestics and furniture. I always discover something new that I can use or didn't even know I needed. I never make it out of there without buying something!This location has an all-new management staff and they appear to be dedicated to fixing the store up and getting it back in shape. They are working hard to get the store stocked, priced and merchandised correctly. I have noticed a lot of improvements. Great job!

Purchased Microwave from Roses that only lasted 15 mths. Found out today that Oster manufacturer would not refund me for the microwave due to fact item was purchased at a DISCOUNT store instead of an AUTHORIZED stores like Walmart, Target, Lowe's & etc. My question is this, How was I to know ROSES wasn't an authorized store? A sign should have been posted and stated, "NO MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ON APPLIANCES PURCHASED HERE". I'm a senior citizen and don't appreciate companies taking advantage of me nor others. Tillmans Corner Store needs to make this right and refund me for my entire purchase. The microwaves I've purchased during my life time have lasted 20 yrs each. This microwave only lasted a fraction of that time. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
