A city treasure found in Mobile, Alabama. Year round Christmas decorations including Easter and Halloween. Great assortment but bring your wallet for the very nice items. They offer a densely packed, but very large selection of items. It's worth the trip just to see what is here. Very beautiful items.

I lived in Michigan a while back and would go to Bronners. For those not familiar Bronners is like a 5 acre complex of Christmas paraphernalia. This store is like a miniature version of that. You could easily spend a couple of hours just perusing. If it has to do with Christmas decorations they probably have it, the selection is amazing. We came from Pensacola and turned it into an excursion with a Costco stock up trip. Worth the drive!

If you love Christmas, (or any holiday)this is a must stop shop! Everything you can dream of is there. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Mr. Moore is always happy to stop and chat. At Christmas he even showed us pictures of his Christmas tree at home with his vintage ornaments. I fell in love with a specialty coffee and when he found out I live 3 hours away, he offered to ship it to me if I ran out. Will make the trip there every year from now on!!

In 2021, the day after Christmas we purchased a 9 ft pre lit tree (regular price around $1500) off of the floor “as is” for $700. It was fully lit in the store and if there were out bulbs they were not noticeable. In addition to the tree, we also bought several hundred dollars worth of Christmas ornaments. We live in Texas so on the way back home we went by the store to pick up the tree which they had packed up for us. The tree was very poorly packed. So poorly that when we got home we had to repack it so we could move the box to the attic. This year we unboxed the tree, set it up, and to our disappointment about 30-50 percent of the bulbs would not light up.after troubleshooting, using one of those guns to send a current through the wires to repair the bulbs, and checking all of the plugs we still had at least 30 percent of the bulbs out. So we started replacing bulbs circuit by circuit and after I had replaced 100 bulbs (which is very meticulous and difficult work) I decided to call the store and ask what we could do or if they could help in any way since we felt the damage to the tree was as a result of the poor handling in packing. We had even researched the issue and found that if a tree is placed in a box with hot bulbs, the bulbs with burn out. I spoke to the manager and very nicely (because I wanted help) explained what happened and asked if they could help us in some way. The manager was rude. She snapped “Well I wish you would have said something before you replaced all the bulbs because it could have been as simple as sending a charge through the wires and repairing the circuit.” I informed her that we had done this and still had burnt out bulbs throughout the tree. She put me on hold and returned saying we bought the tree as is, and that it was working when they boxed it so they could not help us. I got irritated and reiterated to her the situation, that we had spent over a thousand dollars there that day and was that her final answer? She said the best they could do was send us some replacement bulbs. I said please do and also thanks for literally nothing. I continued replacing bulbs. After over 8 hours of replacing bulbs over several days, I have replaced over 400 bulbs (see pics of discarded bulbs, all black as they are burnt out). I was frustrated so I called the store again and the owner happens to answer. Awesome! Maybe he could help me. Wrong. He doubled down that 1. We ONLY spent $700 on the tree and it was as is, 2. He has sold hundreds of millions of dollars in trees and we would be the first to ever complain of this, 3. He remembers us attempting to pack the tree in the truck for transport and hypothesized that we were too rough when we packed it and that was the problem and they were already sending me replacement bulbs. Great again thanks for nothing. My retort to his statement would be that the bulbs were not broken, they were burnt out. Also I would not be so cavalier to say we ONLY spent $700 on that tree, because you can buy a pre lit tree elsewhere for under $300 dollars. It’s a high end tree fromA high end store. It should work when we plug it in! Sure we purchased it as is, but it was working when we saw it in the store. I feel they were incredibly dismissive to me and that they gave us a broken tree and will not take responsibility. It’s unfortunate because I love the store and it has a lot of great items, but I don’t trust them to do business with them any longer.

An absolutely charming business!! I make it a point to visit a year round Christmas Store on all of my out of state vacations/trips, and this place is my favorite. Wonderful selection of Christmas, Halloween, and collectibles. I want to be Robert Moore when I grow up!!

The past couple years we’ve made a trip to Mobile (from Pensacola) just for this shop. Our kids choose their annual Christmas ornaments from the hundreds (if not thousands) available. We love to see all the decorated trees in different themes and styles. The staff is very friendly and can find a needle in a haystack there. :) Highly recommend supporting this local business for your holiday needs year-round!

A true Christmas Wonderland! It is a specialty store, so not Walmart prices, but the value vs cost is on point. I recommend visiting, even if not interested in buying, but to see the creativity of the different arrangements and scenes.

This place was a Christmas lovers dream, the selection was incredible! So many types of Christmas villages including Harry Potter! There is also a section of non Christmas nautical items. We could spend hours in here!

This place has the most beautiful decorations that I've seen in my travels, with a variety of sizes and colors to meet anyone's needs. I've been visiting Mobile at least 2 times per year for about 15 years now, and had no idea that this jewel was here. I can hardly wait to return in the fall to shop again, and visit the resident greeter, the lovely and gentle Noelle, a Husky, German Shepherd mix!!

Walked in, never were we acknowledged. Walked all around the store, got a few items to purchase. Went to checkout, cashier didn't say anything besides the total. Great shop full of all kinds of Christmas decorations, too bad the people working there are miserable. Definitely won't be shopping there again.

This was a trip for my mother and I. It was really neat. Price points vary. They also carry themes for just about any theme. Most of their ornaments are individually sold. My favorite section was the Department 56 Village Assortment. Very cool. We plan on returning before Christmas.

The owner and the shop are so delightful! I could spent hours there, looking at every ornament and other Christmasy things. Price range is very reasonable as well. The dog at the entrance is the cutest thing ever, please give her a pet whenever you go.

Whenever my mother comes into town after the holidays she loves coming here. I must say from walking in we met one worker who was extremely helpful in what my mother was looking for. After doing some more browsing and checking out we were then assisted with (I assume) the owner and he was also very helpful carrying out our large purchase placing it in the car. I appreciate that kindness and helpfulness!

I have always loved shopping at Robert Moore. I remember the first time shopping at Robert Moore when they were located at Springdale, I purchased a beautiful set of Foo Dogs and I still have them to this day. The store is like none other, it's a wonderland and the staff is simply amazing.

Christmas Town is like Disney World. If you don't shop here and leave with a smile, you have problems. Just an awesome place to look at all the stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even the dog is friendly!
