It was the best experience of my life. When I called Enterprise to fix something with my car, they brought me here to Pep Boys but they didn't want to pay Pep Boys. I had the worst experience with them. In spite of the back and forth, Courtney stood up for me and did everything in her power to keep me calm. She ought to get paid more! She truly cared about her customers and had excellent customer service skills!

The customer service was exceptional as always. The only disappointing thing was i tried to use my pep boy credit card and found out my account has been closed. When I called the customer service agent was less than helpful and tried to give me another number to call for answers to my questions. I was very frustrated by this and unimpressed !

I came in yesterday and I was very happy with how everything went! The gentleman at the front desk (Joel) was very professional and kind. I was in need of all four tires and he was very helpful. He made sure to keep me updated throughout the process. Even though it was very cold yesterday, the staff made sure they got me out and ready to go in an orderly manner. Very satisfied and will be back!!!

Attendants went out of their way to ensure I understood what they were doing and was in agreement. I was very impressed with their professional yet personal demeanor. The complimentary water bottle was also a nice touch.

So very terrible, I visited there around 4pm yesterday to get transmission fluid changed. They drove my car to service area and gave me a quote $267 ( $70 labor fee + fluid + ...+... ). After an hour, they called me and told me that they could not do that and told me to go to Transmission Magicians. The big problem is that they drained out my fluid completely, no more a drop and let me drive without telling me. Surely, they knew well it is so dangerous if the car does not have fluid or oil, and the car can be damaged. I did not know what they thought to do that. NICE person never do that.

Still experiencing the issue. Whoever “fixed/inspected” our car, left parts disconnected so now we having to get the engine cleaned from all the oil. Our car was slowly losing power as a result and could have locked our engine up. We would not return to this location.We found out from new mechanic that you need a computer to finish calibrating the brakes otherwise we keep experiencing our issue. They don’t have computer/equipment at this location.

I really hope they understand that they can't be rude when addressing a customer. A job taking 20 minutes took over an hour. I hope to see improvement but I won't be returning. I also almost lost my job because they were ignorant after I told them I would be late.

Had a flat tire.Joel is a friendly guy.Joel was slammed with the phone.Please buy Joel a new computer and better internet. Neither would barely work. It took a half hour just to create a work order for a flat tire.

Went for a tire patch and they did a "complimentary check" of my air filter, pried the thing apart, put the filter backwards, and didnt even screw it back in. Absolute geniuses working here.

Had a 10am appt for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment as it’s not honored. Took over 3 hours to complete this service and I waited in the lobby. Had I known this I would have taken vehicle elsewhere. Additionally, I Had to request truck be put back on lift for tire rotation because tech didn’t do it or realize it needed to be done even though it was on the order. The reason I got was the tech wasn’t wearing his glasses that day. The fact that we have techs working on vehicles without wearing their prescription glasses is alarming.

I'm very activated! My daughter went in on a Saturday to have them look at some error codes on her car engine. The older gentleman working the counter told her that they didn't have enough time to get her in due to them being fully booked but told her that if she could be there at 8am the next day, they would get her car taken care of. I followed her so she could drop her car off. We were 2nd in line when they opened. The gentleman working the counter this day was a VERY nice man however when my daughter told him how she had come the day before and was told to come back, he replied that they didn't have any mechanics. My daughter asked if he meant right now or the whole day. He replied that they don't have ANY mechanics right now. WHAT????? Sooooo disappointing! Won't be going back there again. I know I'm only one customer but someone else just gained more business!

I made an appointment a few days in advance for 8AM on a Thursday, showed up on time, and was seen ASAP. I had a wobble on my car and was unsure of the cause but thought it needed an alignment due to it feeling like it was coming from the tire. They determined the main cause of the wobble, the tie rod, and a few other things were brought to my attention but they did not push for me to get those services on that day. Thank you, I will return to you guys in the future! My car drives so much better now!!

Our truck was taken in by wrecker after it nearly lost a tire @ 60mph due to a broken ball joint. This group was helpful, professional and an overall pleasure to deal with. They had us back on the road the next day. I highly recommend this store.

Ronald did an amazing job! We are from Oklahoma and drove to Mobile to pick up a car my grandfather left to me. The car needed a bunch of work on it before we could drive it back home. Our truck also needed new tires. Ronald stayed late to make sure it was finished. If I ever come back to mobile and need work done again I would go back to him. Great customer service and caring staff.

I brought my Honda Civic in to replace a bad wheel bearing. When the vehicle was given back it was still making a bad noise. We brought it back 4 times to have the issue corrected and it was not ever resolved. We were so fed up, we took the vehicle to our regular mechanic. He said the hub was bent when the wheel bearing was replaced. He fixed it up and have had no problems since. Since I spent just under $1000 at Pep Boys he advised to try to get some of our money back. I brought my receipts up to Pep Boys and explained what I wanted. I was told it would be given to the district manager and have not heard back. If this is not made right, I will never go back or recommend. Update - the store manager contacted me and got us a refund on one of the bearings. They made this right - thank you!

I have had a horrible experience. Do not taje your vehicle unless you want to return every month. I had shocks and struts put on in April. My vehicle has been there two days because the struts have already worn. That is not the kicker. This will be their third time replacing the same part! Corporate will definitely hear from me 🤬🤬

I needed a patch for a slow leak and they couldn't do it. Every time I go here, they can't fix my tire and need to sell me a new one. They told my mother in law that she needed her entire brake system replaced as soon as possible or she might have problems. Gave her a ridiculous estimate for the repairs. She is in her early 80's and it really scared her. All the car needed was front pads, and the ones she had would have lasted a long while. Shame on you pep boys. I used to recommend your store to everyone. Not anymore. I'm done with you.
