Let me state that since this location ( Store at Government & Catherine,) opened, I've not met a more intuitive, product knowledgable & helpful employee (on 12-03-2023 @ 6:10 pm). as Will B. Extraordinary service by this man.I'm a very lazy man! That Will B. inspired this much typing in me brings me to suggest you need to investigate fast tracking the young man. I'm telling you he's 1in5k if not 10k+.If the competition HH's him out from under you, don't allow you were not advised.Dr. Robt. E. Anderson

It’s ridiculous to be shopping in a store patronizing a business and you’re not even allowed to use a public restroom….. is it legal for a public place to be open for business and don’t allow you to have access to their facilities(restroom)….. I mean where do they go when they have to use the restrooms when they’re at work? 😔👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

It’s sad that you have to give a star just to give a review.. this is the absolute worst store in Mobile.. even though it does no good to complain to the dm it just gets worse and worse if that’s even possible..nasty.. junky.. waste of so much company money it’s embarrassing.. you’d think there would be someone in corporate that would actually care that all they do to ship merchandise to this store and it never gets taken out of a box before the holidays it represents is over .. is just money down the drain..pathetic

Went in the store this morning. And it wasn't a mess but it wasn't clean either. The cashier didn't greet me when I got to the register. He just started scanning my items. When I asked if I could get two 10's instead of the 20. He told me that he didn't have change. But I clearly seen 1's,5's and 10's. Guess he didn't feel like making the change.

Very rude this time around. She didn't speak to me, she only spoke to the worker behind her that found a bag of stuff that a lady purchased and couldn't wait to take it all home with her. Very rude, very ugly demeanor, and just all around poor customer service.But, as far as the items for purchase there, it is one of the best

You have to have exact change at this store. Your money isn't any good at this store. They don't want your business. They are rude. If you have over $10 worth of stuff they will not check you out. You have to go to another store to purchase what you want. They even have signs on their doors stating this. Sad, because I use to love shopping here but I will no longer ever shop this location and will let everyone I know to never shop here because they don't want business or your money.

I was in your store today and Eulene Jackson was very rude she said some very aggressive words to me and I felt unsafe. I asked another employee her name. She rude told me she would give it to me in a very rude and belligerent manner. She should be fired unless that's how and who your company wants as a representative. I will follow up as she suggested

Worst dollar tree I’ve ever been in. Stuff just thrown everywhere. & was told my service dog was not welcome. Very RUDE employees. Save your time & go to the one by the mall!

What can I say? It's a Dollar Tree. This location is a bit smaller than others I've been to, but still found plenty of things I really didn't need, but hey, the stuff is cheap
