A very polite and understanding Megan in the pharmacy went above and beyond her duty to help me and my husband today. You dont find that often in the world today. I would like to recognize the pharmacist Libby. She always has a smile and is very helpful and informative. I would also like to recognize Megan the pharmacy tech. She is always courteous and goes above and beyond to help us.

Horrible pharmacy!!!! The people there are rude and slow and horrible. They refused to refill my prescription and it took them 45 minutes to tell me that! If a DR AT THE ER gave me a prescription and has my medical history and knows I just had surgery and complications from it who are you to tell me I cannot have it filled!? Meanwhile it hurts me to breath due to complications in my lungs since surgery! And because it took so long for them to just tell me I couldnāt have it filled I had to go to Walgreens who then couldnāt fill it because it was too late so here I am 20 minutes away in severe pain at another Wal greens. On top of everything else last time my husband was there he was told and extremely long wait time. He said he would wait there for it to which the pharmacist responded WHATEVER! These people are the slowest rudest pharmacists I have ever seen! Iām disgusted. We go to this CVS a lot because we live on Sollie but you couldnāt pay me to buy a stick of gum there at this point. Thanks to the pharmacy for leaving me in pain, wasting my gas and my time and making me go a total 40 minutes out of the way because you refused a Dr prescription. Total garbage

Took the Pfizer vaccine from this location and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the pharmacist and staff were. Both shots, (different pharmacist) were administered promptly and with a great attitude. Thank you to those working hard with a smile on your face thru these trying times.

The staff recognize my family and I every time we come in and are always so sweet and helpful. Iāve been using the pharmacy for three years now and know each of the pharmacists and techs. I appreciate their quick turnover for medications and communication when they have to await a delivery before filling a medication.

This place rarely if ever has ice. I said something to Clerk about it. She said, sorry and went back to work. It's convenient for me to get ice here. Why they give out of ice so much I do not understand.Update 6/17/2021 (830 to 845am) - Went back to this place for the first time in about 2 years. This time they had a self-checkout. No problem, but it would not let me punch in my code for my debt card. The machine automatically notifies the manager. He came in a huff as I was attempting to checkout. He never acknowledges me or even responds when I said thank you. No problem, I won't be back, CVS. If all your employees are like this guy, you need to just go completely to robots. A robot would have been nicer than this guy.At least they had ice this time. So, there's that.

This CVS needs new management. The pharmacy does just fine, but anything outside of it good luck! Even the store manager himself gives the runaround instead of actually helping with an issue.

CVS stands for Consumer Value Stores - by number of locations, they are the largest pharmacy in the United States. In general, I have no issues with CVS or their service - they seem to do a pretty good job; however, the one thing that has always dumbfounded me here - is the fact that CVS sells alcohol but they donāt sell cigarettes - isnāt that kind of like selling guns but no bullets?!?

I went in with my friend for a few items and was not impressed. There was a worker sitting outside smoking a cigarette on her phone speaking loudly and cursing. When we went inside there was no one around to assist us in finding what we needed. When we went to check out there was no cashier. We decided to leave and saw the same woman was still smoking and yelling at someone on her phone. We will not be returning to this store! We walked around for more than 30 mins with no assistance and the worker was outside on her phone the entire time! We would have spoken to a manager but we didnāt see anyone else in the store area to help us.

My family and I have moved all of our RX needs to this pharmacy and have always been very happy with the service. I have never had any issue with the pharmacy staff or the sales associates.The one review I saw was from a profile that reviews with one star no matter where they are. You can even click on the name of Max Rodman and you will see that the profile rates everyone with one star. His one star effects the overall score and it should be removed. Now that makes since that there were no comments or reasons. I am glad that I am glad that one persons rating did not effect if I did business there or not.

I moved my prescriptions and my husband prescription to another CVS. This one just couldn't get it right. And know one seemed to care. I'm a medical professional and when a person takes a drug daily , weekly some multiple times a day. U depend on ur pharmacy to get it right. And if a mistake is made do everything they can to make it right. If it wasn't for our insurance company requiring us to use cvs I would have left the entire brand. That's just how irritating my experience with this store was for the past 8 month

Wait times in line and on the phone are ridiculously too long. I do not know if they are always short-staffed or what, but I always have to wait long periods of time for Pharmacy. I have waited 30 minutes in line once before and I was the first car in the line.

CVS, add some staff to your pharmacy! These people are clearly overworked. Customer service suffers when employees are frustrated/grouchy/unhappy at their jobs.

Pharmacy is under staffed and overwhelmed. Called pharmacy friday afternoon and was confirmed they do accept walk ins, saturday morning we got denied and got told only appointments!

Worst CVS yet. Never have prescription and treat you like a criminal if u have certain prescriptions to fill. Shouldn't feel this way at any pharmacy.

Very slow services. I received the courtesy called that my baby prescription is ready but when I go to pick it up they say they couldn't find it and tell me to come back later. This is the second times it happens. They're always having trouble of finding the prescription.
