My dogs absolutely ADORE camp bow wow!! They are the absolute best and provide so much love for my fur-babies. The staff and owners are wonderful and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. On top of the care, I LOVE seeing all the pictures from the fun activities and being able to check up on them via cameras. I love knowing I can trust them with my animals <3

My sweet, docile 6 year old Siberian Husky (Lucy) was viciously attacked by another dog while being boarded at the WestMobile camp Bow Wow location! The bite and laceration injuries were just barely under her eye and went down to her zygomatic bone before tracking up her face. She required transport to a vet, sedation, wound debridement, sutures and antibiotics. Her injuries were dangerously close to her eye! She could have lost that eye!“Campers” are supposed pass a “Camper Interview” to be evaluated for aggression and any issues before being allowed to be boarded and placed around other dogs! Camp Bow Wow claims “Safety is Our Top Priority”… they ascribe to having all their Camp Counselors “Certified and extensively trained in dog behavior, CPR, and pet first aid”. The dogs are supposed to monitored while on the play yards for safety.No first aid was rendered to my dog. She was just placed in a counselor’s vehicle and driven to the vet. Clearly dog behavior wasn’t adequately evaluated on an ongoing basis or my dog would not have been attacked. Where were the “counselors” when the attack was happening?The phone call I received at work started with “Lucy’s fine”…..well apparently that is not the case at all! After leaving work, rushing to the vet, running back to CBW to get her belongings while she was under sedation and being treated, then back to the vet to wait for her to be able to be brought home; I finally arrive back home with her just in time to receive a call from Camp Bow Wow staff requesting that I pay for Lucy’s boarding! Are you kidding me? My dog could’ve lost her eye! She had to undergo sedation and wound closure. She will still need a follow up visit for suture removal, and possibly more if she develops an infection or vision loss. Where were the staff when she was being viciously attacked for no reason whatsoever? The staff even acknowledged that Lucy was not the aggressor at all, she didn’t even try to defend herself!If you’re taking the time to read this, you’re a dog lover like me who’s going to great lengths to do your due diligence when selecting the right place for your fur baby. We all love our pets, they are family members. Lucy is my battle buddy. The guilt I feel right now having boarded her here after what happened is enormous! We try to never board our pets. Unfortunately our home was being treated for mold in the crawl space underneath the house, and the professionals told us to remove our pets and ourselves for a few days until the mold was gone and the chemical odor was out of the house. Boarding her wasn’t for a vacation or “me time” (not that anything’s wrong with that), but I was trying to protect her from dangerous chemicals and she ended up almost losing her eye in an unprovoked attack! I trusted Camp Bow Wow with my best friend and when the unthinkable happened; instead of kindness, understanding and genuine concern for Lucy and my family, they just called wanting payment. Honestly, if they weren’t calling for money, I don't think they would have called to check on her at all.I will never board my dog here again! Lucy is a loving, kind, talkative classic husky. She is so sweet and endearing to everyone. From the time I picked her up from the vet, she has been frightened, withdrawn and traumatized. She whimpers whenever we try to pet her head or love on her. I did not get back the same dog I dropped off.UPDATE: the regional manager just called me and was very genuine in her apology for what happened to Lucy. she offered to let me come by the location and view the video of the attack so I could see what happened. She confirmed their commitment to pay her vet bills and assured me that I didn’t need to worry about the boarding fee. She felt bad for the way it was handled, and seemed very concerned about how Lucy was feeling. She welcomed updates from me on her condition or need for future care. Genuine compassion and concern for Lucy seemed to be at the forefront of what was concerning to her, not the money. That made all the difference for me.

This is our first time boarding our 3 babies they have been there 5 days we will pick them up in 3 days, and so far my favorite part is being able to watch them throughout the day on the camera.

I bring my pup here any time I have to leave town for a weekend for work. She is picky about boarding places but she loves it here. The staff is always super friendly and I can tell they all love the dogs just as much as we love our own.

My dog loves when we pull up to Camp Bow Wow; they always take great care of him and have the best activities planned. Seeing the pictures on Facebook and watching the dogs play on the live webcam is the greatest. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The staff is incredible! They are kind, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, professional and they truly love dogs. My pups LOVE day camp. They are excited to go and don’t want to leave. The premises are beautiful, clean and safe for dogs. I really like being able to check on my pups via the cameras. Knowing my dogs are happy and well cared for makes me comfortable and anxiety free. My pups come home happy and exhausted after a great day of play. I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow. There is no place that compares to Camp Bow Wow!

We have been taking our two pups to camp bow wow in Mobile for years. They have been amazing to our dogs and have been so kind to us and our babies throughout the years. Every time we tell our pups they are going to camp bow wow they get so excited. We are very thankful for the staff at camp bow wow for treating our babies so well.

Super friendly staff and they are great with the dogs. We watched the live feed and were really impressed. That was the first time our dog had been boarded and we were concerned as he had never been around other dogs. Great place!

Visiting mobile for a couple months with a dog. Need a place for day care so we stopped here to get the application and interview done. We left the pup for a few hours. Everything went smoothly. Dog enjoyed it. Nice to view the camera shots at any time. First visit is free. We're happy and will be back, likely a couple times a week.

The cleanest, nicest, facilities with the most caring and kind staff! I never worry about my dog, Moose, when he is at Camp Bow Wow. I love that I can check in on him having a fun time with the other campers through the webcams. That's always a nice feature when you're missing your pets while you're away. I will never take my dog somewhere where they don't offer to give me tour on our first visit. The Camp Bow Wow staff was enthusiastic about taking us around and showing us all of the different spaces. Everything was so clean and nice. It is evident that the staff cares. Camp Bow Wow is worth every penny.

The staff is super sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They love on my dog all day and give me updates on how my dog did that day. I am so comfortable leaving my dog with them. I also love the cameras so I can watch them play. My dog is so excited to go to Camp every day. He runs out the door and sits at my car so he can go. He loves the staff as much as I do. It’s so refreshing knowing that he is going to a place he loves where he can play all day, in a safe and secure environment. He is learning so many wonderful skills in socializing and playing with other dogs and people. I’m so appreciative of this organization.

My baby girl always has so much fun when she goes to ‘’school’’. The staff is great, I love the different atmosphere they created here. They are constantly checking on the dogs making sure they’re being nice, playing, cuddling, and keeping their play area clean. Plus, you get to watch them on cameras anytime. Which is basically what sold me on bringing my dog here! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The team is very friendly and is always happy to see us and our puppy. The recognize us and our puppy not only when we bring her in, but also when we are out in about in the community. We feel we are getting a very good service for the price we pay, and are very happy there is something like Camp Bow Wow in our community. I have a 4 and a half month old black lab puppy that LOVES going to day care! He has so much energy and its so helpful to take him there and let him play all day while I'm at work. I hate kenneling him during the day, so this little break a couple times a week really is helpful! I like that I can watch him on the camera and see that he is playing with other dogs!! The facility is surprisingly extremely clean, the staff members are so friendly and organized!! I would recommend Camp Bow Wow to all pet owners!!

Wonderful group of people who take the best care of our babies. Love the day camp and the boarding facilities. We are very happy with our experiences at Camp Bow Wow! When we board our baby, he comes home content and happy. Definitely helps our hearts when we have to be away! Love the staff and love this business! The puppy camera is a very nice feature! I can see my pup interacting with the other dogs and see him having fun and playing when I am out of town. The staff seems all very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely be using them again!

Totally loved this place and that says a lot. I have never kenneled my dogs, ever. I liked that they were attentive, kind and it's clear that they love dogs. We used the day care first to make sure the dogs (we have 4 large ones, all girls) were happy there and comfortable. It also showed them that we will come back since all are shelter pups. The staff was outstanding! I highly recommend them for both play and kenneling. Other kennels keep them cooped up except for 2 walks per day and then you have to pay extra for additional play time. Not here! It's all day long and you can watch your dogs on the cams. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

We were told about Camp Bow Wow after a bad experience with another boarding facility. We could not be happier. We have had a wonderful experience with boarding and day care for our Great Dane. She gets the socialization she needs, keeps the boredom down from being home in a kennel all day and gets the movement she needs rather than laying around. The staff is friendly and greets all of us by name every time we come and go. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for every dog.

I love Camp Bow Wow and I know Salem does too! I love how cheerful the staff is there. You can really tell right when you walk through the door that the staff has a true love for animals and they are passionate about what they do! Whether it's for the day or a week, I feel confident leaving my pup at Camp Bow Wow. She's exhausted from playing every time she goes!

My dog Bertie LOVES Camp Bow Wow! She goes 3-5 times a week. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they truly care about your dog. They greet us every morning by name and also give treats when we leave for the day. Bertie loves daycare so much that most mornings, as I’m gathering my things to leave for work, she sits in front of the door waiting to go! This is a fantastic program for any high-energy dog that requires exercise. As an Irish Setter, she has endless amounts of it and after a day at daycare, she actually sleeps/rests when we get home!

This facility is an excellent atmosphere for dogs. I love having a place for my puppy to go to socialize and burn some energy while in a supervised environment. The free full access to live cams is a great perk to allow me to see what my dog is up to. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable of providing a safe place for dogs to spend the day (or night).

My pup seems to love it here. He is much calmer at home because he has other dogs to play with during the day. The staff is very friendly. When he receives a bath he smells amazing. Also the price is not outrageous.

Stitch my hairless puppy had such a great time his first time going today. I loved the cameras I could watch him on. I was a little worried about how he would handle his first day meeting so many new dogs and people. But yall had him happily playing and getting love in just a few moments. lol I don't think he thought about Me not being with him at all. Can't wait to see how excited he gets the next time he gets to go.

The staff is very friendly and sweet to our fur baby. The cameras allow us to watch live what is going on. It is a great way to get some playtime for our Bear when we are not able to do so and to give him a safe a place to just be a dog

A top notch facility with very professional and amazing employees. They take the effort to get to know you and your dog needs. They have multiple size rooms include suite with 24hr camera. We have we out of town and used them for boarding and had no issues at all once we return. They is by far the best dog care and boarding in Mobile.

I’ve been taking my dog here for almost a year, and I can’t think of a better place for him to go. He loves going and hanging out with the other dogs. I pick him up and he’s so happy and excited. If I could I’d give this place a 10/10!!
