Bought a lawn tire 13”…tire will not hold air yet tractor supply in Millbrook will not replace it !!!!…very poor customer service!!!

Great store with plenty of choices at really good prices. Just about everything you could use for at home yard work. The customer service is really good. The store is clean, well taken care of, and stocked really good. I enjoy shopping there.

Really like this place. Reminds me of the old feed and seed store where I grew up. Great selection of products and parts. I have purchased a utility trailer and several tools over the past few months. Last visit I purchased parts for my portable propane heater. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I hope they build one in Wetumpka as this store is a bit out of the way but definitely worth the trip.

Over priced, under worked staff that don't care, just one unknowingly about technical issues, she claims to know. She about killed my family member(pet). Compassion is fake, rolled her eyes on my dispare. Will not go with her there!They don't ever last long, employees, can't wait!!!!!

I enjoy it every time I go into tractor supply. They have the most friendly people working there, and if you need anything from pet supplies to clothing, they got it.

Large store, well stocked. Their stock is focused on many things for farming and land management, but also has things for the homeowner. Some examples include clothing, footwear, truck and towing and trailer accessories , compressors and accessories, UTVs, trailers,chain saws, welding tools and accessories, animal food (cats, dogs, sheep, fish, horse, cow, chicken, birds etc), etc etc. They sell chickens and ducks seasonally (update: 21 Apr - they have them now!). Fun to browse too!

There was a few issue's I had while there and one was getting a team member to help me, their inventory was low, and they had tools in random places with no prices on them. The one upside was the one team member who finally did help was really nice.

It's always a wonderful outing to our local Tractor Supply. We have 5 dogs, and they love it when their turn to go ❤ they have great deals and a very friendly, helpful staff. Everything is very easy to find, and the store is always very clean.

Bought some live release animal traps. Got home and was trying to set them and found out that one was broken. Took them back for a replacement. No problem except one of the other trap was broken too. Found a set that was okay. Took them home and set them thought they were okay, but animals go in eat the bait and leave. A waste of money. Not Tractor Supplies fault. Manufacturing problem.

They had everything my class pet rabbit needed for a quick move home from my classroom. Pest control comes tomorrow. I was in and out in just a few minutes with hay, pellets, water bottle and woven hideout.

One just has to love the people at Tractor supply ! Imho,,, they are the best! Always polite & patient. If they don't have the answer, they'll get one for you PDQ! And, If you have a problem with any of their products, they will sort that out quick/snappy too !

I'm only giving them three stars because they have never ever offered to help me out with my hundred pounds of food. I love this store, but it would be nice to be asked if I would like some assistance...although I did see another lady getting help out with her 20 lb bag of food🤷

Awesome customer service! Carlton, the store manager at Tractor Supply in Millbrook. AL, is probably the best store manager I’ve ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. When my wife & I decided to purchase a safe recently, Carlton (store manager) & Mike (sales rep) went the extra mile to ensure we understood differences in various safes & helped us determine which safe would meet our needs. It was refreshing to have a store manager & sales rep put the customer’s needs above just selling a product. They’ve made a believer out of us, we’ll not only go to their store for all our needs but highly recommend them to others. You need more people like Carlton & Mike.
