Nasty place… floors dirty food goes out before date and one of the customers begs for money all the time saying my pay check is small…. I wish I had a drink… I wish I had this and that. A customer came in the other day saying you look like you had some dope.. to the employee with short hair and she said I haven’t even had my beer yet the same lady who begs all the time for money… I guess they hire whoever now…

This store is always in a state of nastiness the staff has no idea what they are doing and if charged twice there is nothing that can be done other than dispute the charge with your bank the staffs appearance is about the same messiness the store is in. Extremely rude and unprofessional the whole atmosphere left me feeling ripped off and extremely uncomfortable

Ila the store manager has a terrible attitude was not helpful nor friendly she snapped and claimed she was an EXPERT on chime because she has had one for six years the store was also unable to resolve the money that was double charged.

DONT TRUST THEIR POSTED HOURS. Doors were locked at 7:30pm. At least have the decency to change your hours online if you are always going to be closing early.

The old manager was always outside smoking. She always had someone else working after 8 or 9 am. The new manager is usually by herself,she was left with no help as all the old help had left including the manager. She is by far the nicest,but she has a lot to do and help that is reliable is hard to find. Yes,this store had to close at first a lot because the manager can't work all the opening hours by herself. Things have improved but it has been very hard on her .people just don't want to work and some that do want to call in sick or just not show up,and things r improving . she has done a very good job considering the circumstances that she inherited as the new manager.this lady has to cover for those that don't show up or call in sick..but she seems to be finding better help a little at a time.but it's a struggle. She's always in the store but has more to do than just stay at register. Try to be patient with her,she's working hard .

On 9/17/2022 came in this store to pick up snacks. We were heading to a baseball tournament.as we were going up an isle two ladies began arguing. They were yelling so loud, it was frightening. Next thing I knew it was the cashier and a customer. The customer knew the cashier from coming in the store. But the customer felt the cashier had done something wrong for going to the bathroom. Neither one of the two were going to stop. There 8 customers in this store. This was horrible!

I'm officially done with this store location. They had a major change in staffing and management resulting in weeks of not being open when they were supposed to be open. They have even removed the hours of operation from the door. This store just seems to have devolved into being perpetualy dirty and full of unstocked product sitting on carts. The air conditioning system seems to always be broken.

Couldn’t get service. Elderly lady several minutes for assistance at register. I had to go to the back room and call several times to get anyone’s attention and the response was “Well we left a note on the register to use self checkout.” It’s an absolute shame that DG won’t hire enough employees to have a real person on a register for the elderly and those that can’t operate a self checkout. Some people are disabled or not tech savvy enough, legally blind, etc. Ridiculous!

It's like DG couldn't care less about good service, well stocked aisles, customer service or decent prices. Most DG stores I see are a hot mess.

Clean store friendly staff... I retract my statement. It is now the worst dollar general that I've seen. It went from getting better and cleaner to being barley ever open,and filthy. Floors are nasty boxes in the floors in the aisles shelves hanging down. Rude manager that refused to help people when she was in the office people waiting in line for 15m. Absolutely the worst store I've ever been into. You all need to get some help in there that will take pride in the store!

This store is not orderly and often has sold out, empty shelves. Boxes, crates, and carts block a few aisles.Today was a day of stocking for seems like "one" main employee. What happened to "teamwork"? @Dollar General is notorious for only having 2 to 3 employees working, and they wonder why they get robbed.😔My cashier was quite cordial and so were the customers. With more stocked shelves, I would stop here more often instead of bypassing it and going to Wal-Mart or elsewhere.

The Dollar General on 12/21/21 located at Main Street in Millbrook, Alabama had no products on their shelves. Nothing but empty cardboard boxes stacked in the aisle. I thought perhaps they were moving but no…. The two employees were outside smoking. When I asked why the shelves were empty their reply, “We don’t stock shelves .” There were at least seven people who walked out empty handed. Way to do business DG!!!!!

2440 Main St, Millbrook, AL 36054There's so many racks in the aisles that you can't even walk through some of them. Some you have to walk up and then back up just to see what's there. Get to the cash register and the cashiers are chatting and on their phones while we're completely ignored. Grabbed some of the half off Christmas wrapping paper and get told they can't sell it because the system won't scan it. They can't do anything because the manager isn't there. They grab another roll from the box and same thing so an entire box ended up needing to be removed apparently.

It was a horrible experience didn't give me back the correct amount of change I brought it to the attention they took the drawer in the back to count andcome out and said everything was fine but that was supposed to get $6 I mean $8. 43 and all we got was $2. 43 worst trip I've ever had

Employees are great, the building is very old and size of store is too small. When they have a truck to unload it's hard to maneuver around the boxes in the isle.

This store does not look like the other Dollar Generals I have visited in this area. The staff are nice but the store could use a good cleaning especially the floors.

Staff are pleasantClean store but they never have more than one register open and ur ALWAYS gonna have to stand in lineSeveral times there's been 3 employees on dutyOne young man is always running the register and the 2 female employees are just standing around talking when they could be opening the 2nd register and yes same 3 employees each time

There Tidy Cat Litter is cheaper than anywhere else. They also carry certain flavor of Friskies dry cat food that my cats like but not all have.

Millbrook DG always has plenty of goods and groceries. The staff is friendly and bags your groceries. Phone cards, reloads on Green dot cards and nice parking. Clean store.

Have always had issues with there card system and today it charged my account 4 times for one visit and of course you can never get a person to answer phone, so my account will pay them 4 times today and I will have to wait 7-10 days for them to reimburse me!!And they don't care!!GREAT MANAGEMENT!!

I went in to the new Dollar General store on Fairview Ave. The store was nice and clean, they were still stocking shelves, but overall a good shopping experience.

I always find what I need (and sometimes dont need) here! Since covid-19 though things have been a little scarce. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely reccomend shopping here.

Great place for bargains and clearance sales ...if I run into one and they got a good sale going on I hit all the ones close to me...and it is funny that I have 7 total Dollar General stores that I can go to...all are within a 12 miles radius.
