He was actually good visit this time I went to the money center and the lady at the desk was very nice I could tell she had a lot going on and maybe it was a little frustrated but she kept her composure was very own professional and also I mean very very again professional about what she was doing even though there was a lot of going on there and there's a pleasant time and I was having problems getting the money out and see you soon enough took care of it for me and let me get it

This review is for the bakery in Madison Supercenter in Madison, AL (the one on hwy 72). I have ordered two custom cakes so far from this location. Each time has been DELICIOUS, very moist and fresh. They taste the same as super expensive cakes! Everyone is shocked when I say the cake is from Walmart.

I had to wait about 10 minutes for a salesperson to open a cabinet because he was in a meeting and no one else could do it. Once he arrived, he was courteous and apologized for my wait. He got me checked out quickly.

So today I went to Walmart on a little run and found everything I needed I went to check out at a register. Where I approached a younger lady with braces as the cashier. For one she was on the phone with her ear buds she was not attentive at all. I asked her if that was all the bags and she claimed that it was later to find that when I got home I was missing my eye lashes and eye lash glue. I tried to call the store at least 12 times and tried every department to let them know I will be back with a receipt but nobody answered this was round 4:30 so I’m sure they could have answered the phone. It’s not hard to give decent customer service. I just hope getting my items tomorrow will not be an issue

I hate AI and anybody spying on me, but here I am on a computer generated program, the reason for this is, when I was in Walmart today. I GOOGLED some information on products in the store, the best way to get a good experience in that store is to get your food and use the self service machines, That way you don't have to talk to the humans. They are hateful and not friendly.

I spent over $500 on my shopping trip yesterday so I chose the only register that was open with a cashier. The young lady was miserable, she never spoke to me once even after I said Good Morning. I had her check me out before and she had the same attitude. Most likely will be my last visit there.

I made a pickup order with 4 items. Went to pick up and got an email it was delayed 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. No one answers the phones there. I decided to go the next day and get it. 2 items were not available. At this point I should have just cancelled and went inside myself. While waiting on the pickup order I decided to go in and grab a few necessities. I go to self checkout and use the option to text the receipt. When I’m leaving some older white b!tch with glasses that was at the door asks for my receipt, I show her the text but it would not load because service in that area is trash. She proceeds to tell me to get on WiFi and do all this to show her. I’m in a rush. I’m trying to get back out for the pickup and still have to go pick up my child. So she proceeds to make me go back to the register (someone else had checked out since) and print the receipt. It was for $8 and I immediately told her no that mine was $92 and some change. She asks the workers if they saw me check out which of course they didn’t because they are teenagers who are not paying attention and are in their phone. Would not take me to her manager. I then told her I was leaving I didn’t have time to be accused of stealing when I got the message for my receipt. She told me she was allowing me to leave and print the receipt next time. I told her no that I was leaving on my own and that it shouldn’t be an option to text if it’s going to be difficult. I used to love this location but after these two encounters I will never shop their again. They obviously do not care about their customers because they do not answer the phone or even respond to any reviews. Turning out like the Walmart on Madison blvd. TRASH. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

The Walmart Supercenter on Hwy 72 is a national franchise chain of supermarkets. We usually shop at the local Walmart Neighborhood Market as it is close to home and has a great produce and food inventory.But there are times when we needs to shop for clothing items which the Neighborhood Market does not have room to carry. The Walmart Supercenter is usually busy but is well stocked for the number of customers it serves daily.There are a vast variety of brand name clothing, food items, electronics and pretty much anything you might be looking for. We've found as far as grocery and household items the Walmart brand is equal quality to the big brand names but is considerably cheaper cost-wise.The Walmart Supercenter always has various items on sale. This makes shopping there a bargain compared to most other super markets. They have a good stock of items on their shelves and if an item is out of stock on the shelf you can always ask an employee to check and see if there have more of the item in the warehouse.My wife has purchased several brand name laptop computers for the Walmart Supercenter because they have great prices which is always less expensive than the electronic stores.The staff is always polite, but there are times I have spent ten to fifteen minutes looking for a Walmart employee to assist me in finding an item or to check the warehouse stock. We enjoy the self checkout but occasionally with go to the checkout that has an employee at the register as it is quicker with a large amount of items to purchase. The Walmart greeter at the front door is always courteous and polite. This is a great place to shop.

Had to pick up a few things tonight. No one was there at the self checkouts and people were waiting for help. By the time the first girl came around she had an attitude with everybody along with throwing out the f bomb in front of people. A second girl came around after another five mins cause you couldn’t just pay. Her attitude was no better. She had taken off her name tag and when I asked for her name she refused to tell me. The late night crew has made shopping at Walmart a horrible experience. You should consider retraining or hiring better people to work at your store.

Why does employees of this store stand near the entrance and smoke? Do they realize that it's a trigger to asthma for many people?Two instances, I have seen this. Checkout counters are dirty, seemed liked it hasn't been cleaned in years, while the staffs stand around talking or on their phones. Take some pride in your job and store.

It has been months since I've stepped foot in a Walmart. If Walmart is going to play on the mindless masses, they should staff the facility adequately. The store looked destroyed. Probably because of the under staffing of the holiday season. Also, the staff seems to not really care about their jobs. "Mediocre service" would be a compliment for this store.I feel like Walmart makes the slowest, least friendly, people at the store work the registers. I think that this is to entice people to work themselves for free, so that they don't have to wait an eternity to get out of the store. Next, we'll get a "discount " to unload trailers and stock shelves.

It's a standard Walmart, and the staff are relatively friendly. Their crafting section is a good size for the size of the store too. I typically come here for all my minor crafting needs.

I ordered about 5 bags of groceries online for delivery. I picked the free delivery for 9-10 pm the same day. I got a message saying that the delivery is delayed for 2 hours. I stayed awake waiting. I then called, nobody picked up. That’s when I figured out they were closed. Even the next day, I received message after message saying that my groceries were delayed, that there are substitutes, but never that they were never coming. I haven’t shopped at Walmart in years, THIS is why. I ended up having to go pick up my groceries. Even though I just had major surgery.

Never do grocery pick up from this location. For multiple orders they have delayed my scheduled pick up for several hours or until the next day. The times I have been able to pick up they have taken over 30 minutes to bring out my groceries.

I was shocked with customer service for Walmart on 72 5 I always have a bad experience with the Walmart on Madison Boulevard it was a nice change to actually get great customer service they made me and my granddaughter feel welcome and I will be returning back great job at the Walmart on 72 Highway keep up the good work

This is a nice store, had plenty of room in the isles. I didn't walk all over the store but i did not see carts of stuff sitting everywhere. A very nice experience. The only thing I didn't like is i didn't see a huge Walmart sign.

I won’t be back!!! I shop at this store once to twice a week. Upon checking out, my dollar got jammed in the self check out. No big deal. The lady over seeing that area was very nice and I waited for a supervisor for 10 minutes. Again, not a big deal. Where my issue comes into play is the man at the door wanted to check my receipt. I asked him why. He said it was his job to do so and I told him no I wasn’t showing my receipt especially since if I was trying to steal something, I’m sure they would’ve seen that as I waited for the supervisor at self check out to unjam my dollar for 10 minutes. He told me to stop and I kept on walking and told him no cause I haven’t done anything wrong. It is a violation of my rights. It’s 1030 Thursday night and I’m in the parking lot writing this and I WILL NOT be back to this Walmart!!! Completely uncalled for!!! Extremely uncalled for!!! I don’t steal and have never stolen anything in my life and if I did wanna steal something, best believe,it certainly wouldn’t be a made in China item from fricken’ Walmart!!!

Had a 10 dollar headlight locked up where no one could get to it and the manager apparently took the keys home with him so noone could unlock it at all and had to drive home with no driver headlight, thanks wal mart management, there are plenty of other places to get them

Yesterday I stopped by this facility to do my weekly shopping since it was around the corner from where I work. I will not be returning. The shelves seemed bare, the employees were rude, and most were just lumbering around yakking with one another while others played with their cell phones, and there were only two "assisted checkouts" open. I got the impression that they're going to slowly phase those out in favor of self-checkouts. As costly as goods are these days, they should bag them, carry them out to the car, and carry them into our homes and put them away.Still, what really got me, was the yahoo standing at the door checking receipts as you leave, as though you stole something. The Walmart I normally go to does not do that, so I will continue using it even though it's fifteen miles from my home. Suffice it to say that my experience was NOT positive.

Just not a fan for a variety of reasons, and believe it or not, it isn't because they didn't have staff. They had plenty. Most of whom stood around talking to each other instead of doing anything. Not very friendly. Not a single cashier, they only had self checkouts available.I understand going through a remodel... I've worked in grocery. Ran a store... but if you're going to be open to the public at the same time... it might be a good idea to actually care that you have customers in the store.

They've replaced most of the gardening supplies with seasonal goods already (frigging Christmas decorations--it's not even halfway through October yet!) So, even though the website said they had the hose-end sprayer I was looking for, it wasn't out on the shelves.Early fall is the ideal time to apply beneficial nematodes to kill grubs in the soil; it's also the best time to (trans)plant trees and shrubs--not to mention split bulbs. In short, there's a lot of planting going on, and they're just losing money by gutting their garden center for Christmas decorations that no one is going to buy until November anyway 🙄

I am thinking about not going to this location unless I have to pick up my prescription. Because their produce section is never stocked up, especially fruits. If you ask a staff about it, they act like they are also surprised that not much is there.

Seems like everything I'm there all they play is Christian County music. This is walmart not a Baptist Church. It's insulting to other religions to only play music from one religious group. Play all or none.
