I absolutely love this Publix! Always so catering and positive. But today in particular I encountered Sarah, in the Seafood department and she was such a pleasure! Great customer service! Very accommodating! I was rushing in last minute for catfish fillets; she was already busy prepping to clean but her willingess to finish quickly and gather food for me really made me happy! So to Andrew McGuire...Sarah is Seafood gets 5 stars from me! *all smiles*

This new store is beautiful. When we walked in we were greeted by every employee we can across. It was so clean and I love the layout. They're layout is totally different from all the stores I've been to in Georgia. I liked the new style also . They also had some items I've never seen before in my stores

Staff was friendly and like all Publix, very clean. Shelves were stocked not like other places that by the end of the day produce had been raided as well as items gone off of shelves in several aisles. Publix has been the best stocked for the most part since Covid

Always come to this Publix because it’s near my home and it’s clean and organized however I will not be coming back again afterToday’s interaction 1/25/24 approximately 3pm, I exited the store and walked to my car, I was approached from behind by an employee which then proceeded to put her hand inside my shopping cart. I had scan and left 3.2lb rump roast in the cart (due pain in my left shoulder).They asked if I had scan the meat (all while their hand were in the shopping cart)said yes receipt was sent to me electronically… I would’ve been ok with being ask before leaving the premise but this interaction was not it. I am aware theft is unfortunately high in some stores but this interaction was not it. Especially when this employee was hovering over me while scanning all items.

The Clift Farm’s Publix is a really nice store thanks to it being new. The staff were friendly and it had just as good a selection as other Publix stores so I’d be happy to shop here again.

Love it here! I was greeted right as I walked into the store. I had trouble finding a few items however, the store associates were very attentive and thoughtful making sure I had just what I needed. One had even noticed my hands were getting quite full and handed me a basket to finish my shopping. Thanks Publix! I will definitely be back.

I must say, this store is exceptional. The kind-hearted lady at the hot food section consistently treats me with warmth and respect. The workers in the deli meat section are truly commendable. Every staff member in the store greets me with a friendly gesture whenever I approach them. The cleanliness of the premises is noteworthy, and the food is impeccably organized. The variety of choices available is impressive, although I couldn't find any blood orange juice, which is my favorite.

I didn't actually go inside the store but every Publix I've been to has always been wonderful. Always clean, orderly, and easily shoppable. I also recommend their raspberry cake from the bakery, it's so good. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Even though we just stopped in the parking lot to meet someone for a moment on this visit, I would still recommend stopping in to check it out. I've never had a Publix let me down.

Joe in the sushi department is the real MVP. He’s always happy to help and will happily make custom rolls if requested. I will drive out of my way just to come to this publix.The store in general is clean and the produce is always fresh.

Aurora wasn't having a very good day on the cash register 08/01/23! However, that was the very first time I've ever been at Publix and was treated like I was at Walmart, so I would say this is a great store!Great pharmacy department with good service who works with our insurance.Our sons love the free cookies from the kind bakers.I feel terrible for passing the butchers up every time; they always look so disappointed when I don't stop. Are they on commission? 😜Publix is the South's best grocery store!Joey was my cashier 8/09/23; so nice! Made me laugh when he said, "See you tomorrow!". Pretty presumptuous of him. 🤭

I love Publix! The store has achieved its success as a luxury grocery shop by having friendly and helpful employees, keeping its store clean and organized, and by having both high quality and quantity of items. I hardly shop anywhere else because Publix makes a mundane task like grocery shopping easier. I also love the Publix app that allows you to clip digital coupons that come off your bill by putting in your phone number at the register and their weekly ads that are also found in their app. You can even save items from the weekly ad so you are sure to purchase those on-sale items. With their BOGO sales and digital coupons, I've saved hundreds of dollars this year alone. Thanks Publix for making my life easier as a busy mom!

I cannot say enough good about this location, as well as how Publix trains and selects staff. They are genuinely friendly, respectful, sincere, and attentive. As a former lifelong Kroger customer, I left once service was reserved only for those using online purchasing or drive-in pickup. Publix is the opposite. They make it clear the in-store customer is valued. Prices are higher but it is very much worth it for quality and service, and I am a bargain shopper, but service can't be a sacrifice. Thank you, Publix, for your excellence.

Publix at Clift Farm is absolutely amazing. I shop here for my groceries but particularly my collard greens. OMG!!!! The fruit is often times good as well. The store is always stocked, neat and clean. The check out lines are never too long and the staff is friendly.

I love the steamed crab legs! The freshly made salads and sub sandwiches are delicious. I also buy dinner here. The chicken wings lima beans and greens are great and easy when you need a quick family meal.

Ordered a chicken wings meal. Wings were dry. See pic. Cornbread thrown on top of the food. I was super disappointed as Publix is known for high standards. Publix to me is like Chick-fil-A. The on Hughes Rd does the chicken with sauce...so much more appealing.I must say though that the staff was A+ otherwise. Everyone greeted and smiled.
