My golden doodle still looks exactly the same. The sanitary trim around her eyes was bare minimum, she has hair hanging where she wasn’t properly brushed after the trim. I also was overcharged until I caught the discrepancy with the cashier. It went from $104 to $60 to the correct price of $23!!!!

My groomer Ashley Mcgeorge is very knowledgeable, helpful, loving and caring towards Lily. Ashley is helpful, and knowledgeable about maintaining good health for Lily.All I have to say to Lily, " Are you ready to go and see Ashley?" Lily will run to the door eagerly to get to the car.

This was our first experience for us with grooming. We brought in our 7mo old goldendoodle. The staff was gentle with him & took their time so that he was comfortable. Overall the cut was nice & our puppy looked & smelled great when we picked him up.

I took two of my dogs & one has been there many times. The other dog is under 30 pounds I believe & needed a bath & cut. I asked for nails to be trimmed & paw pads cut. My Husky still had hair all between her pads. I can see getting charged the extra $15 for brushing her but I was charged for the little one who did NOT have long hair at all! I don’t know if it’s the groomer who does the billing or the person at the desk. My husband picked them up, not me or I would have asked about the charges! I shouldn’t be charged as much as a Husky when he’s a small dog with short hair. I don’t have the bill in front of me but why the product fee???? I don’t get charged for products when I go to the hair salon! It was over $200 for 1 big dog & 1 small dog plus the big one didn’t even get her feet done like I asked. 🤦‍♀️

I went in for a $50.00 water filter and the employee stopped me before she scanned it to let me know I could save half through price matching their website. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and kind to their shoppers and actually care about the customers.

Not happy with the service nor the comments Crystal made toward my wife about "you can cut your dogs hair at home". Referring to comments that we weren’t happy with his face cut. Wanted full cut and no accommodation was attempted to meet our needs and the service wasn't fully performed. Tried to reach out but no answer on phone or text.

Took our two dogs for a bath and de-shedding. Crystal( spell check) was in charge of our chow-chow mix. She is an uncharacteristically submissive and sweet dog. There was what seemed like zero de-shedding done on her. The groomer even commented on how cooperative she was, so that can't be used an excuse for why we paid for a service that wasn't done. Here are pictures of the pile of fur we got off of her a day after her grooming was done. I'd say not worth the money. Will use our local groomer next time, even with the wait lists it's more worth it.

Absolutely terrible experience. Price went up $20 from the time I scheduled the appointment. They didn’t clip his nails or clean his ears like they were supposed to and he came out looking like a giant rat dog with way too much cut in some areas and nothing in others.Plus, since he got back 2 weeks ago he has not been himself. I don’t know what they did to him, but definitely never going back

They were not accurate in time estimates and kept pushing back when they'd be done. Causing me to have to cancel dinner plans. Took 6 hours to complete.The grooming was I'd say adequate but not excellent. Would have been ok with it if they could've just been accurate it'd be completed in 6 hours so i could've planned around it.

Not really happy, as this was my first visit. First of all they had me go through the line and pay before you can even see my baby. When picking him up, I noticed they shaved right between the eyes to the skin almost. Did not look good.. also when getting him out of my car, his nails were cut too short causing bleeding all over my car and floors when I got him home.

We did not have an appointment scheduled, and the ladies at the salon fit my boys right in to their schedule as soon as we walked in. This was extremely generous of them seeing as I had 1 German Shepherd and 1 Belgian Malinois (both large dogs). We only had a nail clip and buff, but the job was really well done and all the groomers were extremely pleasant with us and our boys.

Tareka is wonderful. She had my Zoey eating out of the palm of her hand...well, until she went for those nails. LOL. Tareka really did such a wonderful job with Zoey and we will surely be returning. Zoey's trip to the spa will definitely be a regular part of her life and I hope Tareka is always there to greet her. <3

I like the store, groomers and staff. The groomers did a good job especially with Bailey's paws, but they did not trim as much as I wanted. Otherwise, great job.

The appointment was at 11am. He was not ready until almost 5pm. Other than the time it took for him to recieve the service he was there for, he was in a cage the entire time (and no doubt without food, water, or being able to go relieve himself).
