I travel frequently for work and always bring my dogs here! They are so friendly and accommodating, especially as my trips can sometimes be last minute. My dogs love going which any pet owner knows is the best sign when boarding. I have 2 poodles so I also get them groomed and am always super pleased. I’ve definitely been guilty of a matted dog a time or two which makes it a lot harder on the groomer but always have perfectly groomed babies. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have two poodles one is a toy and one is a standard. I really wanted them to look like a poodle because they look rough. Zeus my standard poodle is very nervous and was very nervous when I dropped him off for his first haircut. But when I picked him up he was so happy tail wagging jumping running in circles in our toy just look amazing thank y’all so much for doing such an amazing job on my babies they actually look like poodles now

We recently boarded our two cats here and have to say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. I stress over leaving my girls, much less having to board them. The staff here were all so wonderfully nice from drop off to pick up, not even fussing over our occasional calls to check-in. Our oldest girl is very grumpy, but she didn’t scare them (I think they were more bummed she didn’t want to be friends lol). They made the boarding experience less stressful and my pockets happier. Other local boarders cost an arm and a leg with minimum care, but the price here was amazing for the whole week, plus feeding them daily.

I hate to leave the lil fur babies but when I do pet parlor is where I go. When I first moved to Madison it was hard finding a new second home for the babies but everyone here is like family and always Caring for the pups. You can get it all done here Daycare, boarding and grooming.

The ladies there were very sweet. They were highly recommended and I see why. First time I've been away from my pup for multiple days, so I was praying everything would be ok and it was. The owner lives on site which is awesome.

The first time we brought our dog in, the service was fantastic. The quality of service is why we came back, but that's where the positive ends.The second (and last) time we brought him in, the service was red-flag terrible right from check-in.They asked for his immunization records, which we advised them we gave them to them the last time. They lost his original records and argued he had never been in before. After a textbook example of terrible customer service, they looked him up in the old appointment book and accepted him in.After picking him up and bringing him home, it was apparent that he was never bathed, just "deodorized", he wasn't de-shedded, his nails were trimmed too short and not rounded out (they were just left rough, jagged, and still had remnants of blood on his toes), and he was only trimmed on his haunches. Not the belly, tail, haunches, and chest as requested. This pet salon isn't charging a bargain rate, yet we received bargain services at an inflated cost.Buyer beware. This place had lost our business for good, and I pray you don't have to throw your money away like we did.

I just dropped off my dog baby abs I'm very impressed. Very cean ouside and office is so inviting! My baby even got to go to the fence and watch me drive away...he looked very content. I will be so looking forward to seeing him at the end of my Ireland trip! ND

I was in Madison Alabama visiting my father for Christmas. My golden doodle Bodhi desperately needed a hair cut. Pet Pawlor took him in right away. They have the friendliest staff and took amazing care of my baby. He's had several hair cuts and sometimes it's difficult because we hike a lot and his hair gets matted. This is by far the best he has looked since I've owned him. Thanks to everyone who worked December 29th, yall are amazing!

I have a 77LB Vizsla & miniature Dachshund, their groomers gave them the *best* shave-downs they've ever had in the City of Madison! It was even, smooth, and well-blended. My daughter is a Professional Pet Stylist in L.A. for a lot of the Stars with over 15 years experience, and I showed her the pics and she complimented their work. She is a perfectionist, and it is a high compliment coming from her! "Well done!"

Needed a place to kennel my dog for an afternoon while traveling through. My other plans fell through and was lucky to find this place at the last minute. They were awesome! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and took great care of my dog for a very reasonable price.

Omg , these people were a Godsend for me upon an referral! When I tell you ok, a little pricey but it was worth every penny! Mrs. Kathy first and foremost a sweetie pie 🤗 her Groomer “ Delaney “ she is amazing! My Chloe not only looked awesome but her smell and coat is amazing! I can’t say enough about these ladies! They are so nice & patient. My 1 yr old lab/pit mix is a handful when he is in a new place with new people & animals. He looked so good after his bath, nails trimmed, ears cleaned & other stuff. The price was great & everyone there is fantastic. This is our 2nd time taking him & both were great experiences. We will definitely be back. Big thanks to you all!

Took my maltipoo and labradoodle in to be groomed and their cuts look great. Unfortunately the service was less than stellar. I dropped them off at 7am and around 2-3pm called a couple times to make sure they were ok and see if they were almost ready to be picked up, no one answered. When they finally called to let me know they were ready it was 4:10, which wouldn’t have been a big deal if when I got home my dogs hadn’t had to go to the bathroom so bad my labradoodle peed for a minute 1/2 (not exaggerating) and both had to go #2 2-3 times. When we got inside they both immediately drank a ton of water and ate 2 bowls of food because they were so hungry (I brought food for them when I dropped them off). My labradoodle is now terrified to go on walks for some reason and won’t touch grass which was never an issue before I dropped them off. He also doesn’t want to play at all, he’s attached to my hip and just lays beside me all day which was never the case before I took them here. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ashley did an extraordinary job with my typically difficult to groom 75 lb Sheepadoodle. I couldn't be more pleased with the cut and completeness of the work she has done. Thanks to her craft, my boy is the most incredibly handsome young man, EVER!!!

We took my golden retriever there on the 21st. I told them my dog had bad hips. When I picked him up he was limping. They over worked his legs. It’s been almost a week now and he is still limping. Never again will I take my dogs there.

Always a positive at pet pawler. The two dogs are always treated well and actually like coming here. Of course they're excited to be picked up but they both seem fine when dropped off. Baths and grooming are an option and it is a convenient service. I give two thumbs up and 4 1/2 stars.😊

My pup stays here regularly when I go out of town. The workers are always friendly and I've never had any issues here. I only wish I could get photo updates or videos during her stay just to ensure she's doing ok. But otherwise this place has been great.

Always loving and caring for all animals. One example is when I saw a rescue dog enter and the extra love and kindness shown to this animal. It had been neglected and The whole team at pet parlor jumped right in and showed love and compassion for this little one from the time it entered till it’s person picked her up. The team did an amazing job with her. The pup was scared at first but with all the love and attention shown to her her confidence was bigger and brighter when all was finished.Very clean, well kept business with loving, caring and compassionate team. I would highly commend this business to anyone.

As the season changed my doggie blew his coat. He looked so scraggly with patches of loose hair hanging off. Pet Pawlor was able to take him in, and did such an O'Mazing job! After 3 months I have not had any loose hairs to vacuum up! When he was done, he had a little blue bandana on...soooo cute! Also the prices are very reasonable. I luv the liitle cat that sits in the waiting room.

I have been using this place for 3 years now. Never had a problem and the staff has been very friendly. I have stopped taking my dogs to other facilities because of how my dogs react when we arrive and their demeanor after i pick them up. However, my dogs never cower when I arrive to drop them off and seem to be very happy when i pick them up. Most people just like to complain and they are the only ones that leave comments so things can get very skewed. You should have no worries leaving your dogs here.

I have taken my dogs there twice now and left them for a week, my dogs love it. Lots of lad to run. The last time I left my dogs one was just a 22 week old Doberman pincher and they even posted his ears up when he shook them out. I just provided the items and instructions and they did it and my I add dis an awesome job too. Most places wouldn't even bother with it or charge and ungodly amount to do that. Will definitely be using them again and again.

Gave them 3 healthy dogs to care for. Got 2 back with kennel cough and one with an abdominal rash. Both of these point to less than clean kennel conditions. This is the second time I've gotten my dogs in less than clean condition. Never going here again and would not recommend them to anyone. Called and complained. Manager never called back.
