Bought the buy of the year here! A recliner that the employees put together incorrectly and had no idea how to operate it, discounted it because they had only the display and then got to register and received another discount overall I purchased along with it! Very pleased, one because I knew how to put it together correctly, two sales associates called their manager and was able to sell display, and three made my mother in law super surprised and happy to receive the chair! Great place for unexpected surprises! All employees who helped in the effort we're spot on and went above and beyond for a special situation!

This Ollie’s is my favorite bargain / discount store. It’s well organized and the staff are friendly. The selection has always been good with great prices on things I can’t find anywhere else. Every time I’m shopping in Madison I like to stop by this Ollie’s to see what’s new. Also the Ollie’s rewards app works fairly well and I’ve used several of there digital coupons to make things I get from here even cheaper.

I like the place. I got a chair for my patio. It was the greatest thing ever for me. I am 72 and an amputee. Just to find the perfect chair for the perfect price means the world to me.

The prices was good customer service was terrible we had one of the employees followed my granddaughter and I around the store all the time that we was there it did not make me uncomfortable I know that he was doing his job but a lot of people don't shop there and it made her uncomfortable and the cashier we didn't get a good welcoming for boys checking out customer service was horrible no smile no good greetings at all I understand people have bad days but we have to smile through those bad days when we working with customer service and customers that come in that's why I graded store with two stars

It really is GOOD STUFF CHEAP!!! I Love this place! There are always delightful finds! They have blankets and home decorations and furniture covers and toys and garden and hardware supplies, flooring, appliances, stuff for electronics, health and beauty, and a list just keeps going on. My favorite places are pets, beauty, household products, and books! What it's terrific place!

Items from ad were not in the store and only one cashier with a line literally halfway through the store. I eventually got out of line and left without my purchase. What a waste of time. This is a regular occurrence.

Pretty good bargains to be had if you dig around. The store was relatively neat and organized. The only negative part of my experience was that there was that the clothing racks had too many hanging items on them. You couldn't even look at the clothing for the clothing.

We purchased decorative curtain rods here for our entire home, after searching EVERYWHERE ELSE, and paid on average $19 per rod less than what we were about to pay by ordering online! And what I like just as much as saving a great deal of money, is every room now matches and is in the style/color of what I want! Another nice buy of the day was several sets of blackout curtains; which I paid $23 less, per set, than the ones I recently bought elsewhere, and will now be returning! Moral of the story, take your time and walk the store; you may end up with exactly what you want, and money to spare. 😉

Store had a few bargains but nothing very exciting. I found a nice candle at a good price and a cookbook that I didn't know I needed. Just because it has a red sticker on it doesn't mean you can't find it cheaper somewhere else.

Ollie’s always has a great selection of stuff. It’s usually well kept and the aisles are easy to navigate. Tried some new K-Cups and very happy with them. Cocoa and Butterscotch perfect for this time of year.Had an issue with the register ( yay technology!!! ) and the manager was right there and assisted. All the staff were friendly and I highly recommend coming and checking them out

We love Ollie's!! They have a little bit of everything in there and really good prices!! I love the book selections and always find at least one that I have to have. They also have a great toys and games section for the kids. It's a great place to find kids items for Christmas or Birthday gifts!! Every time we've been in, the people that work there are very friendly too.
