Juno has been going to daycare since K9 Bath Body & Boarding opened. She begs to go everyday!! When I need to board her I know that she is in the best of hands and do not have to worry at all. They are so good to the pups and they have the best time. We love our K9 family!!

This was my puppies first ever experience at a groomer and spa, and she absolutely loved it. They took such great care of her and Kandace did a phenomenal job!!!! Wonderful people wonderful place. So glad I found y’all. Just look at the before, and after 🤣

Worst experience ever! We boarded our dog here twice thinking it was decent. The fact that they offer in home care where smaller dogs can roam was a newer concept to us and we have a calm yorkie who is very chill but is a grazer with food and likes to wander. Upon pick up the first time our dog presented dirty and had some eye goosing which we though was maybe due to his allergies and assumed he was dirty bc he had a great time. We aLao assumed he had gotten a stomach bug as he had diarrhea for a week after his return home and we had to take him to the vet to get it under control.After the second visit we learned that was not the case. We were offered a bath prior to his pick up which included nail trim, bath, and brush out for $35. We thought ok well that will solve the dirtiness at pick up so we went with it. Upon pick up we were surprised to find him still dirty, even more green puss this time coming out of his eyes which one swollen so much he could barely open it and of course another vet bill to take care of it, and when we arrived home none of the food we had packed was used. Our dog requires special food bc most small dogs have allergies to food. He ended up again with diarrhea which is a normal response if he is not on the diet provided (which was explained and individual bags of food sent for each day). My husband pack 6 packets of wet food although we knew he only needed 5 so it was a big surprise when all 6 packets were still in his bag along with the dry food.We discussed with the facility and the owners response was that “I fed him myself so your husband must have packed more” which tells me they have way too many dogs on their hands which I should have know bc when they sent me a pic that I requested to check on him….their outdoor walkway had dog crap in the background which means they do not maintain things in a clean matter. She did refund the bath as I have photos of his eyes with puss and gard crust in them telling us he was not washed.I normally do not post negative reports on here but I felt that this should be told as I do not want this situation to happen to someone else’s dog.

K-9 Bath Body & Boarding never disappoints! They work magic with our two Golden-doodles cuts every time. They are always so easy to communicate with and are so friendly. Pick up and drop off is a breeze and so is scheduling. I can’t not recommend them enough. Our girls also stay overnight in a suite and did wonderful.

We moved here from Houston, TX almost two years ago and have searched for a groomer that truly UNDERSTANDS Doodle cuts. We took our youngest, Livie, today. I am always so scared I’ll end up with a completely shaved poodle face cut. We’ve tried 3 other groomers in the two years we’ve been here and just couldn’t find anyone who compared with our groomer in TX. They were so friendly and understood we didn’t want our Doodle Poodled ha.Well WE HAVE FOUND our new groomer. I'm SO glad we found y'all. In the two years we’ve been here we have found each groomer to be way overpriced- not welcoming and not knowledgeable about doodle cuts.Feel like we've hit the jackpot wirh K-9!! 💞My husband dropped Livie off today and said everyone was SO exceptionally friendly and you could tell how much they all love the pups- AND everything was just so efficient, organized and so clean. The staff have been so incredibly friendly and SO knowledgeable about doodle grooming.I love the fact that they will communicate throught text messaging. We will be taking our 8 year old Doodle, Lexie, on Thursday of next week. It feels so good to know they’ll be in good hands when they are getting their grooming done. You can just tell when you’ve found the RIGHT fit.Livie looks FABULOUS & we can tell she loves her cut when she prances around after she gets home from a grooming.Happy doodle Mom & Dad!!

Kayce grooms our miniature schnauzer (Remi). Every time I'm so shocked at the magic she performs. Unfortunately, Remi is not the best client, possibly the worst. I know from experience. She hates brushes, combs and anything to do with getting groomed. I truly don't know how Kayce does it, but I'm so thankful we found her. Thank you Kayce for always making Remi beautiful. I know it's not easy! You are truly appreciated and your hard work does not go unnoticed.

Love everything about k-9 Bath Body & Boarding! Our golden doodle (who is like a child to me) is boarded and groomed here and has been since day one! I love knowing our dog has play time and gets to run around instead of being in a crate all day. We love the owners and the staff as well!

I would consider going somewhere else if your dog needs medicine. One of the phone ladies is very rude and the excuse for not giving medicine for 4 days “we got busy”. Good thing it wasn’t heart medicine or insulin.

Baxter loved coming here! He had such a great time that he did not even want to leave when we went back to pick him up! The staff is so nice & they did an amazing job with Baxter’s bath!! He is not an easy dog to bathe, but they got him cleaner than I have ever seen him before! I highly recommend bringing your pets here!

I took my dog here for grooming. Let’s just say I will NEVER consider bringing her back to this horrific place. I don’t know who hurt her, but she came back howling and crying every time I left her alone. I truly believe she was mistreated and badly. PLEASE do not leave your dog with these people. My first red flag should have been when I tried to park and the man outside wouldn’t let me bring her in myself. There is much more to this that I cannot possibly type out all of it. It’s been awhile since I brought her, but I’d like to know who groomed her and who all handled and interacted with her because I am taking this a step further.

K-9 bath body and boarding goes above and beyond caring for my senior standard poodle. She finds it difficult to be groomed due to her age and declining body condition, and lays down a lot so matting quickly becomes an issue. The groomers and staff have been so kind and loving to her, the manager Dusti carefully listened to her needs and personally conveyed the information to her groomers. They have been a godsend to our beautiful old lady! It means so much to drop off and pick up a very happy and content dog. She’s no longer sore or exhausted after her grooms and looks better than ever.

We have used K9 Body & Boarding for both grooming & long term stays of our 50 lb baby. On the front end, I was impressed with their eagerness to make sure all of his vaccinations were up to date, a kennel check was done to see how he would tolerate their kennels, & a temperament test was done( this makes sure all of the pups safety & well-being is safeguarded). I received wonderful descriptive updates on how he was doing any time I called. Whenever he leaves there, he is happy to see me, but you can tell he loves his people at k9 because he no doubt gets all the love & petting he needs while he's there. Special shout out to Gracie & Emma who always go above & beyond in make sure our baby is taken care of. I am thankful to have somewhere I can take him where I know he's being treated like 1 of the family.

Title: Disheartening Experience at K-9 Bath Body and BoardingI feel compelled to share my recent experience with K-9 Bath Body and Boarding, a facility offering boarding, grooming, and doggy daycare services. Sadly, my encounters with this establishment have been anything but satisfactory, prompting this negative yet sincere review.In 2020, we entrusted our German Shepherd/Husky mix to K-9 Bath Body and Boarding based on a recommendation from an animal control agent. Our rescue dog, dealing with anxiety, requires special care and medication management. The owner, Tim, appeared knowledgeable about dog behavior, and the staff assured us of their ability to handle her needs.Over the years, we occasionally used their services for half-day visits and boarding when necessary. Every time we picked her up, the staff praised her behavior, solidifying our trust in their services.However, our trust was shattered when we tried to schedule daycare in late July, only to be told our dog was no longer welcome, even for a pre-booked boarding stay. This abrupt change contradicted our previous experiences.We were told our dog damaged her crate during her last stay. This surprised us as they had previously praised her behavior. Furthermore, their boarding page only mentions crate options for dogs up to 25 lbs, while our 60 lb. dog clearly needed different accommodations.Despite our initial rapport with Tim, when we requested to speak with him, communication broke down.In conclusion, if you value your dog's well-being, avoid K-9 Bath Body and Boarding. Our recent experiences left us deeply disappointed and questioning their commitment to their advertised services. It's disheartening to see an establishment shift from promising beginnings to failing to meet their own standards.

I received a disturbing text that my little dog would "flip out" every time the groomer touched his legs. She would wait for him "to calm down before proceeding." He seemed "very stressed." She told me I should get him a sedative from my vet. I text back it was extremely unusual. What do you mean by "flip out"? Apparently they hadn't contacted me when this was happening but allowed it to continue until he was ready for pick-up. Another text, "I would have to give him a second for him to realize nothing is going to hurt him." I said, "Please, please just leave him be; I'll be there as soon as I can and I want to speak to a manager or owner. The receptionist that she was in charge and neither the manager or owner were there. "Have one of them call; I need to know what transpired. I was told my dog was "very stressed," and seemed in pain as the text from them also said, "he jumps around and tries to get away . . ." while the grooming was taking place. Please know this is highly unusual behavior for my Yorkie. The receptionist met me outside; and I asked her to please get my dog. She opened the door into the reception area and he was fighting to get out! He wasn't in a crate but running loose in the reception area (the only dog in the area). I quickly picked him up. He was whiny and shaking. The receptionist said that she had to process payment. I told her I wanted to speak with someone in authority. She said the owner would call me some time next week. I said, "Then that's when I'll pay him--sometime next week." She called the owner who proceeded to yell at me for not yet paying; defended his groomer; said there were cameras on them and (although he was not there nor had he seen any camera footage) assured me that his groomers were great and would never do anything and I had to pay. He yelled, started telling me about his family and a moving truck, and he didn't have time for me. He talked over me, would not listen. You get the payment done and I'll call you Monday. I said alright I will pay you Monday. He said, "No, you're gonna pay me now. The receptionist picked up the phone; took it off speaker, but he was yelling so loudly that I could hear him say, "DON'T GIVE HER HER DOG UNTIL SHE PAYS." The receptionist said, "She already has her dog; she's holding him." He responded, "TAKE THE DOG FROM HER." The receptionist said, "I have to take the dog." I said, "Don't even try." I said let me out of here. She said, "YOU CAN'T LEAVE." I told her she could not hold me there and that I would call the police. I realized the owner was still on the phone as the receptionist said to him, "She's going to call the police." Then she unlocked the gate; let me out saying loudly, "Yes, I will close her account." It was an extremely frightening experience. I was not allowed to speak to the groomer, view any camera footage, nor would anyone explain to me why my dog was running loose in the reception area. I've been going to K9 BBB for many years; had never had a problem; had always paid my bill and been very generous with tips. The most horrifying was DONT GIVE HER HER DOG; TAKE THE DOG FROM HER and YOU CAN'T LEAVE. The owner is suppose to call me on Monday. I would like some answers; to see the video. If all is well, I would be happy to pay. I will update this review after that conversation. The owner, Tim, just called my daughter (had her number as she had been a customer) and threatened her that he was going to call the Sheriff, report it to the DA and have me arrested/served on Mon. for non-payment. He won't show camera footage until payment is made! OUTRAGEOUS!!! Owner tried to run my old card that was on file after I left without my knowledge/consent (acct had been closed months ago).UPDATE: Owner, Tim Edwards, had sheriff's dept contact me promising to issue a warrant for non-payment of services if I did not send them $66.55. Never received any further information on my dog's treatment nor was sent the camera footage promised. Tim would not resolve any of my concerns with me; just wanted money. You want to deal with this man??

We got a rescue pup that is Bichon/poodle mix. She was abandoned and I was hesitant to take her and leave her somewhere. She was amazingly calm! Even went to one of the gentlemen there without a fuss! We loved the overall feel of the facility. They even gave us a mini tour! I went to pick Izzy up and she was adorable! She pranced around all happy and proud of her new “do”! Kayce did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend taking your pup to them!

K9 bed bath and boarding always takes excellent care of our pup, Ivy. ❤️They always go above and beyond for us and our family! They were able to get Ivy a place on a last minute reservation when our Rover petsitter fell through, including a drop off on a day they were closed.The most important thing, though, is that Ivy loves everyone there! She’s always excited to go see the entire team!

My dog had been going here for daycare for once a year now, she LOVES IT. I have piece of mind knowing she's having fun and taken care of while I'm at work. We usually go 3 times a week. Great staff and great environment for her to interact with other dogs. Staff does a good job of pairing dogs in groups that they get along in. My dog has a lot of energy, but usually sleeps very well at the end of the day when I pick her up after work. ❤️

I have been taking my golden doodle and golden retriever to K9 Bath and Boarding for the last two years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. When i brought home my doodle I knew that grooming was going to be high up on her maintenance list. After a fail at the first groomer I took her too, I was recommended to K9 Bath and Boarding. Immediately I was extremely impressed with Tim’s knowledge of doodles and his love for dogs. Then we had our doodle groomed by Krista Hill and we knew this was the place for our girls. Krista is so wonderful with our doodle. She always makes her look amazing and Millie loves to go “get pretty.” My favorite thing about Krista is her communication with me. She always contacts me if she has a question or suggestion. She has such great knowledge and she really is wonderful at what she does.
