My yorkie Coco is loved and cared for here. So I trusted to bring in my puppy Meeko. he was well taken care of, as expected. I like that the veterinarian let me branch out when requesting prevention meds. I had something in mind that wasnt more in my budget range, but it wasn’t in their online pharmacy. No worries, they heard me out and then helped me out. They put up with my young children, my puppy and I. I know we were a handful, and I appreciate how welcoming they all were. 10/10 love the care

Dr. Pinto is an amazing vet who truly cares about her patients. Her and her entire staff took their time to make sure our nervous dog was comfortable through her exam and shots. Dr. Pinto made thoughtful suggestions on our dog’s care and answered my many questions. If you are looking for the vet that will put your pet’s needs and comfort first look no further!

They made my Australian Shepherd super comfortable and relaxed. Everyone is super sweet and created a welcoming atmosphere. We didn't feel rushed and they took the time to talk with us and come up with a game plan. Heritage will definitely be our vets office!

This place is absolutely wondeful! They have an easy online appointment scheduling, great text appt reminders and an quick online "check-in" form you can fill before you go. The staff has been incredibly friendly, and the vet has been super knowledgeable and caring to my little Jelly when she was unwell. I would recommend this place 10/10!

Excellent service and attention.Took a chance and tried this place out, since it is closer than my previous clinic. It was nice and it still has the new car smell. Everyone had a smile and was very attentive to all our needs. My standard poodle is a nervous nelly, and the staff was gentle and loving. Dr. Pinto was thorough and experienced. She found an issue with my pup’s ears and had him in great shape by the time we were done. Will return again!

Dr. Pinto is willing to try anything to help get your furry kid better. The Vet Tech however needs to learn the difference between a sick and dying pet vs stubborn pet. She could stand to be a lot more gentle. The vet tech is why we will not be returning to this clinic.
