We use Clawington for boarding and daycare. My 2 dachshunds dance, wag their tails and run to the door when I ask them, “Who wants to go to the Clawington?”. They nearly pull the leashes out of my hand trying to get inside. They love going to the Clawington. I enjoy vacations because I know Copper and Walker are in good hands. They always come home happy and tired after daycare because they had so much fun!

Clawington of Madison is the RIGHT daycare for my unique Pitbull mix, Hugo. He’s a combination of rambunctious & easily overstimulated, anxious, fearful & slow to acclimate, & a snuggle bug. The daycare staff have a special ability to understand him & work with him. They have gone above & beyond in reducing his anxiety & helping him to succeed in socializing & playing well with others, with their adaptive play sessions, & their knowledge of dog behavior & training. The front desk staff know every little detail about Hugo’s needs & are always on top of everything. They greet us every day with a smile & are always willing to go the extra mile for special requests. Above all, each & every one of the staff is very loving & supportive. How did Hugo get so lucky? I’m forever grateful!Felicia Prince is my Hugo’s hero. VP of Operations & resident dog whisperer, she is a dedicated professional with a keen, innate sense of dog behavior & a selfless desire to help. She is gentle & loving, while firm & guiding; calm, consistent, fearless & compassionate; respectful & understanding. She sets a high standard for herself & her staff. I have full confidence in her abilities & peace of mind in leaving my Hugo in her care every day. I deeply appreciate her invaluable support & guidance. ❤️

We love Clawington in our family! My dogs get excited when we pull in the parking lot! We love all the people, but the best part is being greeted by Melanie and Beth! They are SO friendly and welcoming! And they make my Jerry Lee and Allie feel like the most important pups!

Clawington has been the best addition to our weekly routine! Macon loves playing with the other dogs and comes home exhausted and ready to cuddle! The staff is very kind and gives us daily updates on our puppy and we are very grateful for being able to feel comfortable with where our dog is while we are at work during the week. The facility, which I toured, was very clean. The staff was friendly and courteous, and allowed me to see where my dogs would be inside and outside during their stay. A lot of kennels don’t allow that, but it was important to me and they didn’t hesitate.They require proof of all vaccinations and flea and tick meds before boarding. They also have a veterinary practice which they partner with in the same building. This made me feel that if my pups got sick, they had the resources available right there.The indoor dog suite was nice and had a glass door for easy monitoring of my dogs. They ensured that my 2 small dogs would not be in contact with any other dogs, as I requested.The online reservation system is easy for making reservations, but unable to cancel a reservation. So, I had to send a message and call to cancel and ask for a confirmation email or text which I did receive a couple of days later.I have been very happy with the care my dogs have received there. I highly recommend them.

Clawington of Madison is a great place to board. Felica, Joey, and the rest of the Clawington staff take great care of my two pups. I also love the piece of mind of having camera access when I'm away. It's so easy to use and instantly lets me see what they are up to. I will not take my pups anywhere else.

I phoned Clawington on January 30, 2024 to inquire about boarding my fur baby Lulu. I had a lot of questions when I called. Ms. Beth, answered the phone and let me tell you! She was so pleasant and willing to take the time to assist me. I had a lot of questions because my dog has anxiety, doesn’t always do well around others, and has never been boarded. I was extremely nervous. Ms. Beth took time to reassure me that Lulu would get excellent care. Ms. Beth spoke very highly of Ms. Felicia and her ability to care for animals that have behavioral challenges. Ms. Beth told me that Ms. Felicia is well trained, has years of experience, and she takes excellent care of all the animals in her care.Today I visited Clawington to drop off Lulu’s paperwork for boarding. I was greeted by Ms. Sam. She was helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. I also met Ms. Felicia and she took time from her schedule to take me on a tour of the facility. Ms. Felicia answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. These ladies were great! I appreciate how professional and patient they were. I know my sweet Lulu will be just fine when I drop her off on this Thursday. Thank you again Ms. Beth, Ms. Felicia, and Ms. Sam.

My dog Hank goes twice a week to play with his friends at Clawington of Madison. He begins to start trying to herd me to the door around 6:30 and doesn't stop until we walk out the door. He's always so excited when we get there and never looks back at me as they take him inside. I know they will take good care of him and that they love him as much as I do. He couldn't be in better hands!

Today I had an appointment to get my little tuxedo’s claws trimmed. We walked in and were greeted by Mercedes. She is so friendly and perfect for the front desk! Trey came out and gave me a cute photo holder in the shape of a bone. Thank you!Josh then took Cinder (the aforementioned tuxedo) to trim her claws and was done in about 5 minutes. Very professional! Oh! The new lobby is beautiful! 😍Highly recommend. 👍🏼

Thanks for ALWAYS taking good care of my sweet Arya while I’m away traveling and everyday at daycare. She gets excited as soon as we turn into the parking lot and when the staff gets her from the car, she doesn’t even loook back at me lol. Love this establishment for my pup. The people are nice. My first time taking him here for a feet, face and fannie touch up and the stylist trimmed his ears which was a huge no no because I never asked for them to be trimmed so why would she touch them? He has had long long ears and tail since birth and I never expected anyone to trim them without me asking for it. So he won't be back to this establishment.

I am always very pleased with the daycare at Clawington. The staff is very accommodating of last minute scheduling when needed, and are always very patient with my dog. And Olivia are always great with my dog.

Clawington is the place to be! The folks there & at AHCC are top notch & have done a great job caring for my boxer. All of the staff is kind & attentive. But Drs. Brooks & Mann, along with Renee, Joey, Sam, Felicia, & Beth are phenomenal to work with the many times we visit Clawington.

My 10 year old cat, Lily was in need of a good grooming. She’s not as consistent with bathing herself well anymore. So, I did my typical research to find the best place. I’m so glad that I found Clawington! From the moment I walked in they were so welcoming. I got Lily signed in and they went to get the groomer to come up and meet me. I was surprised that the groomer was the veterinarian and the owner, Dr. Cruzen. She made me feel comfortable knowing that she would not sedate Lily to bathe her. The last place that I had boarded her, I had her groomed and they sedated her twice! The initial grooming. Then, a second time when another cat urinated on her in the cat condo. I was very upset about that.My husband and I decided to get her a Lion haircut after her bath. Dr. Cruzen did a fantastic job. Lily looks beautiful and is so confident with her new look. Our other kitty doesn’t know what to think. I think she’s jealous! lolWe loved our experience and will be using Clawington for our grooming and boarding needs and Animal Health Care Center (the attached Veterinarian) from here on out s as our Vet. I’m so happy that I found them!

Chai is nervous around new people and places so we were hesitant about leaving him at a kennel for a week. To our delight he was well taken care of and in good spirits when we picked him up. We’re thankful for the peace of mind Clawington gave us and will be using their services in the future.

I had my 2 mini schnauzers groomed at Clawington for the first time and I was so impressed! From scheduling the appointment to drop off and pickup! Everything was so easy and everyone was so friendly! I was pleased with the grooming job and loved the cute flower collars the dogs got!! I can’t wait to try the doggie daycare and boarding! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience here with our dog! Loved the ease of being a new customer, and being able to drop him off for boarding where he was able to get his shots and be evaluated for daycare on the first day of his stay. Also love the ease of the partnership with the Animal Health Care Center (vet) next door! The lobby is also very updated and welcoming and the staff was friendly! They were very accepting of providing me updates when I called while my dog was boarding with them.

Clawington is the best! They took excellent care of our sweet kitties! Bella, Buddy, and Luna had a great time staying in the Cat Luxury Condos! Nice staff and very clean facilities. This is an amazing facility! I was able to set up a walk thru tour of the boarding area (they have designated tour hours and appt needed), and I've never seen pet boarding this sophisticated. Clawingtons is set up for all things comfort, fun and safety for all our cherished furry family members. (And they also have Veterinarians as a co-business next door to the boarding space so it's a one stop shop) Highly recommend, they are all so very very nice. :)

We have searched for 2 years to find someone who knows how to groom our sweet Sheepadoodle. Clawington went above and beyond, & had very affordable pricing. The groomer took her time, and carefully attended to our sweet dog’s needs. We highly recommend them for grooming!

I had an out of town surgery and at the last minute I decided to board my dog. Our vet was full and we had a bad experience at a stand alone boarding facility. I always feel more comfortable when the boarding facility is at a veterinarian’s office. They were able to accommodate my doodle and also get her in for grooming. The staff was very friendly and I felt like my dog was cared for. We will definitely use them again. The groomer did a wonderful job as well.

Since its opening last year, we’ve used Clawington a number of times to take care of our cat while traveling. The building is brand new…the facility is top-ticket, and the staff treats her with true love and care. With that in mind, we highly recommend them.

The clawington is amazing in every way!! I boarded my fur baby Stoney and I was immediately welcomed by the sweetest staff. The facility is amazing but I cannot rave enough about the staff there. Especially Felecia, Jessie, and Joey. They went above and beyond to make sure Stoney was comfortable and happy. I’m so beyond thankful for this place for giving my Stoney the best care.
