Awesome place for doggie daycare, grooming, and overnight kenneling.Our doodle goes here once per week and it’s his favorite place on earth.Great rates on day care. Grooming rates competitive w other places and super convenient as he lives to go there.Nice and friendly staff. Curb side pick up during Covid.Never had any issues.

We were having trouble finding a groomer that returned our dog looking and smelling 100% clean. There was always something not quite done right. This brought us to try Blue Sky and they wow-ed us! They were easy to communicate (text), had appointments available (without waiting over a month), and interested in getting to know our puppy. The moment I came in with my dog, he went right to the attendant and she picked him up without a problem. It was impressive not one bark. They know what they are doing and I am so happy we found them!

NOTHING negative to say at all. Blue Sky is AMAZING. They are extremely organized with their appointment system and the drop off/pick up due to Covid. My dog has been going since beginning of 2017 when we moved here. They are so loving to all of the animals and my dog gets extremely excited when we say it’s time to go to the groomers. We have also used their boarding services multiple times and our mind is 100% at ease knowing our dog is in the best care. One of the things I like best about Blue Sky is their communication. If I have a question or concern, they respond promptly and are extremely professional and kind! I highly recommend their facility and services!

I just picked up my dog this morning after boarding for 4 nights and a bath. I moved 30 minutes away and still board him here when I travel. He always comes back happy and healthy. He has special needs (he's deaf) and they take good care of him. They even send photos when I ask them to. He's not stacked in a cage, either. Another place I looked at did that and while they charged a little less, I'll gladly pay more (still reasonable) to have him comfortable and happy. He even enjoys play time (he's not the most social dog either so that says a lot). I started coming here based on a friend's personal knowledge of the facility and of the owner, and I'm glad I listened. Blue Sky takes good care of my dog. One final note: I strongly object to the person who gave one star because of their grooming hours. Really? That was a mean thing to do. Their hours are fine and they truly care about the dogs and their reputation.

This establishment easily accessible from Palmer Road just east of Country Line Road with plenty of parking available. Their facility's entry/lobby area is well keep & clean. Their staff is a wonderful group of people & offer feelings of compassion & quality pet care. We've been using Blue Sky for grooming our fur-family member for several years & are extremely pleased each time we pick her up from her day of pampering. We feel very comfortable leaving our two small dogs to board at Blue Sky. They love playing with the other little dogs and all the personal attention they get from the staff. I'm a nervous 'mommy' but no matter how trivial my concerns might seem, we always get a prompt and reassuring response....plus they smell so good from their baths they get just before we pick them up. We highly recommend Blue Sky Pet Spa!

Was a loyal customer for over two years with two dogs. They have goten so busy you have to schedule your all appointments a year in advance. They texted me the day before they were due to be groomed and canceled my appointment for Covid reason. Ok that's fine. I understand. Said they would text me back with available dates. 3 weeks passed still no text. Finally, I texted them and was able to take them 2 weeks later. They charged me $40 dollars more per dog because they "had more hair than usual"... Really? Wonder why. Talked to the manager and of course no refund for this. She said we charge by the time spent on dogs, it's our formula, no matter the circumstances. Well they seem to have taken on more dogs than they can handle. My dogs won't be back. Which may be a good thing. They came home after every groom like they have had no water or used the bathroom every time they went. They get you to drop them off at 7-9am and mine were never done before 5pm.

I took my toy poodle in for a grooming. This was our first time using Blue Sky and they were great. My dog had a horrible summer due to my being busy with work and school and it showed in his matted coat. She took really great care of him and when I picked him up, he looked wonderful. They have a nice, clean facility and I recommend it to anyone wanting their dogs to be treated great. I will definitely use her again. She also had a lot of big dogs come in when I visited so I will also take my boxer / pitt mix.

We have been incredibly impressed with Blue Sky Pet Spa. Our golden doodle, Bentley, comes out happy, confident, and I am sometimes dumbfounded with how good he looks compared to when I brought him in. The staff is very professional, kind, and receptive to his particular needs. When we first came in, they educated us (as many doodle owners fail to research) on the necessary grooming needs of the breed. I had been brushing him every 1-2 days before BSPS only to find out that I had been using the wrong brush and wrong techniques. The poor guy used to cower when I got the brush out. Now, with the help of BSPS, he loves getting brushed and we are on a 4-5 week scheduled groom. I know from this fact that they use the utmost care when grooming him. Very thankful to have this place and looking forward to more visits here.

Great experience! I brought in pictures of how I wanted my Shih tzu's (Cora) hair cut. I was nervous to try a new groomer since the mess-up that happened at a previous groomer...chopped off my pups top knot and made it into a puppy cut!). Staff at Blue Sky reassured me and explained options for hair maintenance products for her type of coat. They walked me through the whole facility and showed me all the grooming and boarding areas and met the staff. Everyone was friendly and very helpful! I have already recommended my friends and neighbors in Madison to use Blue Sky Pet Spa, and I have two more appointments already set up for the upcoming weeks! I'm excited to bring my long haired cat to be groomed at Blue Sky Pet Spa soon!

The service here is exceptional! They are knowledgeable and patient. I have only been coming for a few months(since aug) and I have not been disappointed! Even when my furbaby was less than “perfect “ they worked with him and ensured all was well with him. I highly recommend this place for all your furbaby’s grooming needs!

With Blue Sky Pet Spa it's never too late to get your fur baby on a grooming plan. I brought my 4 year old Shih Tzu for his first professional grooming and the staff was phenomenal! He adjusted well and came out looking like a star! No doubt, we are regulars now - I definately recommend Blue Sky Pet Spa, we had the best experience!

It's not often, 1-2 times a year, but when I go out of town this is where I board my little dog. He's older, nervous, but he's treated special & I can leave town with confidence that he's treated well. I only have to text my dates I will be out of town & I get confirmation of the reservation right away. He's given his own separate area, healthy treats, (I bring his own food). Techs take all the dogs out to potty, even do a late night potty break at 10pm. Everything is included, no extra charge for the potty break. Other places I've called give the dogs 3 breaks & charge for any extra! They will bathe & groom my dog with special products if I ask for a nominal fee. Great place!

I shared with Janet the special need of my sweet angel that other groomers swore to meet and failed. Janet assured me that my little angel, Lola, would be taken care of based on the needs I had shared with her. Unlike any groomer I have used previously, she made sure that my baby got the specific service I asked for. This means so much to my husband and myself. We have brought her home from "hair appointments" in the past and you could just see how miserable she was. When I brought her home today she pranced around like a princess. I don't know how this place gets such good reviews, as they NEVER answer their phone, so you can't make an appointment.I tried for 3 days to get ahold of them, and everytime I called I got the answering machine. I left several messages and only got one phonecall back which I missed, but I called them back within minutes and again, got the answering machine! Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.I recommend Tabby's Pet Salon...they did an excellent job (and they are also cheaper than this place)!!
