Went in to shop for my sons new shoes. They had a very good selection of just about everything. Was very pleased with the staff as well. Everyone was very professional and polite. Here are a few items I thought was a good price and brand they have to offer right now!!!

What can you say Academy has about anything you need for any sport. Prices are good on some high on others but they sell high end products so you get what you pay for.

When I called up there about soccer shoes for one of our daughters and she was really nice and patient. She help me to get the information we needed. So, when I went up there they were kind and helpful and got exactly what we need at a lower price. I am happy we the overall experience and cleanliness.

Walked in to look at purchasing a treadmill. Absolutely no one available to help. Walked the store the times and waited by the treadmills for fifteen minutes without anyone asking to help. I was one of three customers in the store.

Great Service! I asked for help with fitness equipment. A nice, polite young lady came and helped me. She found what i was looking for, dollied it to the register, and once i paid for it, a young man loaded it carefully into to my truck.I didn't have to stand around waiting for service. What a refreshing experience that was! Seriously. There are so many stores I've been to recently where you have to beg for help and then when help arrives its barely worth the effort.

I purchased a slide for my granddaughter for Christmas in the picture I seen on On Academy website showed new in the Box. When I got there to pick it up It was not in a Box and looked used. I'm thinking it was a display model. I stopped the boy before he put it in the back of my truck and said excuse me, I was buying a brand new slide why is this not in a Box? He told me I would have to contact somebody the next day that he wasn't sure. I did not get a discount on buying a Display model. Hell I was not even told I was buying a display model. I was not even asked if that was OK. Not cool.

I needed a mercury kill switch since mine unfortunately went overboard our previous trip out. The selection of high quality parts was endless but couldn't find them. I immediately got assistance from BJ in the marine dept.We both looked but didn't see them. I was about to give up, but he kept looking and found one in back of another product making it difficult to locate. I was amazed. Thse guys are great best customer service !!Thanks Guys🌅

Just need to be careful. They don't always have items in store that they say they have. I looked up an item online and it said it had the item in stock at the store. So I went to the store only to find out that they didn't actually have the item in stock. Great disappointment and waste of gas😥
