(Update)Sonic late hours will look you through the window and never take your order. I drove in at 9:35pm their hours on the website it 7am-11pm I got there and one of the screens were out so I moved to another one. After I moved I pressed the button and waited 25 minutes for them to answer(Note: Only 1 Car was waiting) and they yell at me and I couldn’t understand them. I ask them to repeat and they hung up in my face and didn’t take my order. I sat there for a second thinking someone was gonna come outside just to see another car drive up and they fixed there order. And went back inside after I sat there for an additional 10 minutes with no response while they’re looking at me through the window. Sonics Night Shift is terrible their even shift was amazing but sonics night shift needs a serious talk there super rude and unprofessional.

I had to wait 10 minutes before they took my order, then another 20 minutes and my order had not been brought to me. Most of the employees were standing around outside laughing and socializing with people. After, I got someone inside attention and told them I had to leave and backed out, one of the carhops goes running in, grabs my order and rushes it to me. The food is good, service is not, prices are ridiculous.

Livingston sonic doesn’t even deserve one star the service is horrible when you can even get them to take your order, takes almost an hour to get food the staff will cuss and holler at you over the loud speaker or even have the audacity to come out and do it…. Whoever owns this place better do something quick or you won’t have a business to run! Absolutely HORRIBLE ; HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!!!! They need someone who knows how to manage a restaurant ASAP!!!!!!!! 9 am and I can’t even get them to take a drink order no food just a simple DRINK!!!!!!!! Screens aren’t on button won’t activate….. DO BETTER!!!!!

My order was brought out to the car in no time. The server was nice and polite. I only ordered French toast sticks but when I opened the bag there was no syrup so I just walked to the door and asked for it to save her some steps since she was so nice. Besides that everything was 👌.

Food is okay but service is very slow. The mic was messing up and I couldn't get the 2nd half of my order out... then the lady just stopped attempting to talk to me and closed out my order as it was. I pressed the button several more times and no one answered. Finally someone walked by and I told them that I wasn't finished ordering yet. They took my order verbally and approximately 20 minutes later I had my food. In working 12 hour days at a paper mill and I only go to fast food because... it's supposed to be fast and easy. Maybe it's because this is such a small town but I have not been impressed. I know for a fact that if I worked with the sense of urgency or lack there of that most of these people do then I would not have my job.

I worked here for 3 weeks ,this place was nasty,store manger said what’s outta site is outta mind ,when they don’t have milk for the shakes they told me to put water in them ,and i what he’d a manager drop old fries in grease and serve them and fry’s are not the only thing they do it with !they don’t clean the equipment that they chop the onion and tomatoes with. On top of that management is poor they change the schedule on a daily basis ,as well as I worked one day without having to clock and they said the gm would put it in the system but they didn’t

No I do not need to call and share more detail. It has been for some time serving cold food to customers. They are very very slow. After eating the meal that I purchased there I vomited my guts up. What you need to do is send out mystery shoppers to all of your location the one in meridian Mississippi. Monitor how your staff greet and serve their customers and what they serve their customers. There's no need to call and leave any details because I will not be visiting any Sonic's drive through anywhere in any states. That's a done deal.

They couldn't hear on speaker guy had to come out take order then charged three different prices. Then waited 20 mins for them to figure out if they had change for $100..which they didn't....so we had to pay differently, then food wasn't good at all and all 3 drinks were nasty even after 2 of them we swapped for different ones.

Sat in stall # 25 for over 20 min waiting for service was told a 10 min wait. Watched several people pull in a get their orders as soon as they arrived. I guess I'm too white to have my order taken or at least that is what it was made to seem like.

The service is good but somewhat slow. I feel sorry for them though.... Did you know that you are expected to give the car hops a tip? They only make about three dollars an hour I'm told. I've never had a grouchy car hop here either.

Took 20 minutes to get the food my order was burned dry as hell and the lettuce was brown. My coworkers order of chilly cheese tots were burned and somehow were cold . We both threw away the food and went somewhere else

It was great the last time I went. But a month ago I swore I would NEVER go back! All the women were inside talking and they wouldn't answer to take my order. They weren't bringing anything out either. Everyone in stalls around me had been there 20 minutes or longer and they hadn't taken their orders either. When I went back this time it was an all male crew and they were on top of everything!!!

We stopped at sonic in Livingston alabama on a Sunday night on March 14th. We ordered our food, it came out in a very timely manner. It was correct and everything was very good. Just wanted to share a positive review since our experience here was a good one. We stopped by on our way through town. Will do it again on our next trip through.

I have had a bad experience every time ive been here. last time i ordered a small strawberry lemonade and they came out with a large strawberry shake and handed me a paper straw. not sure how that was suppose to work!

Driving through from out of state. Been driving for 8 hours and counting. We stopped here since everything else was closed. To start off the lady who took our order was very rude over the speaker. Then, it took over 30 minutes to get our food!! Keep in mind, it was not busy AT ALL. When we were brought our food, the lady just handed it to us and left. No “thank you, have a nice day” or anything of that nature. Upon further examination of our food, we realized they forgot some things. Rather than waiting another 30 minutes, my boyfriend walked up to the door and knocked to ask for it. When he walked up there he saw about 10+ workers standing around on their phones and LITTLE CHILDREN in the restaurant walking around, playing with the brooms, near the grills etc. Needless to say, DO NOT STOP HERE. We will not be returning for any future trips.

We decided to make a quick stop here after taking a tour of UWA campus since they’re not many food options in Livingston. The food came out so hot & fresh! Didn’t take long at all. Our carhop was super nice.

They first told me that they were cleaning the ice cream machine so I could not order any and then they proceeded to not let me finish my order and just clicked off. When I finally got my food after waiting for a long time they brought me the wrong thing (Barbecue chicken instead of buffalo) and when I sent it back all they did was add some buffalo sauce to them and shook it up. Very disappointed and will not be going back!! Do not recommend anyone going.

I was at sonic in Livingston, Al. today about 1:30 did not receive our order until after 3:00. Trying to be patient, our order was a #1 and #3 with potato tots instead of ff. When we received our orders it was not correct. Promised to correct the order we continued to wait, after waiting so long we just took the order and pulled off then here comes the tater tots cold. Needless to say we was not the only unsatisfied customers. 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨

I love sonic! Their food is good. Service is great. Even on a slower day I enjoy parking there I'm on my phone the whole time anyway. The blasts are bomb and now that have that custard blast and ice cream slushies. You will be hooked. Maybe that's why my ass is getting so big!

. I ordered a soda (nothing else) through the app. The crew was sitting inside talking with each other (I could see them not working). It was well within operating hours. I sat for 15 minutes with nobody coming to my car. I pressed the red button and nobody answered. I honked and they looked at me then went back to talking. There were a couple cars there who were not being served as well and getting irritated. I usually don’t mind the wait. I expect it when they are busy and I order food... but 45 minutes for just a drink? That I never received? I left. And since I paid for the app I couldn’t get my money back. It was infuriating.

Was there one day needed a drink hit button and waited 5 min hit it again waited a couple more min finally left. My wife as there a couple days later and again it took awhile to get her order in and took awhile to get 4 slushies after she ordered was there 20 min all total. They need to step up service should never be longer than 5 min for a drink.

For 4 years we have gone to the Sonic, when we would visit my daughter at college . We once waited 20 minutes for an iced tea . Twice we ordered ice cream only to be either not get it or told the machine was broken. Absolutely horrible.
