Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. My fiancee has had several prescriptions disappear from this pharmacy, requiring her doctor to call them back in, which takes time that she doesn't have to wait on medication she relies upon. My fiancee requires her medication for her health and well-being and the ability to function in her career, and we will be lucky if we are able to get them from her doctor in time.We spoke to one of the CVS pharmacists in person, and while she was apologetic, she offered no remedy of any kind. She acknowledged that a CVS pharmacy staff member made these mistakes. The pharmacist told us that speaking to her manager or to someone else higher up in the organization would do no good. The doctor has to resubmit the prescription in order for my fiancee to get her medication, and he happens to be out of town right now. He had prescribed refills KNOWING he would be unavailable for a certain period of time. We even brought in the original bottles for proof that had the number of refills printed on the bottle, all to no avail.And to add to the confusion, after the CVS pharmacist acknowledged that someone made a mistake, she then tried to tell us that my fiancee must have "hit the wrong button" on the checkout pin-pad and that voided her prescriptions. Whatever. No one in their right mind would write pharmacy software that allowed people to accidentally clear out their prescriptions when paying for them.What do we and our insurance company's money pay doctors and pharmacists and drug companies thousands of dollars for? Shouldn't there be some accountability?

Always in and out fast at CVS and they always typically have my medicines

This is maybe the worst CVS I've been to. There is almost always a long line and wait. There hardly have the medicines needed. I wish they could remodel the store to enlarge the pharmacy.
