Although prices are a bit more than Walmart down the road, you can earn points by signing up for a free rewards membership. They also have sales constantly on basically most items in the store, and it's never too busy. Only downside is the price of produce, which is VERY steep and their lack of organic, grass fed meat selection. I go to Aldi for meat and veggies, but everything else is good.

Appalling selections of meat.. and what they do have, is cut waffer thin and ends up ruining what good have been a great cut off beef.. I'm talking about USDA choice NY strip that they the audacity to charge $23.00. And is no thicker than a little finger width and turning grey. The butcher needs to be fired along with management to allow such horrific cuts to be sold. For the love of God start taking pride in what you offer the people of Jasper

I’m tired of buying produce, only to go to cook it 1-3 days later to find it rotting and molded. Flour with weevils in it. Meat that spoils in a day or two, before the sell by date. I thought it was just an isolated incident, but it’s been months, and I’ve wasted several hundred dollars on food that I have been unable to consume, and I will no longer patronize this store. Groceries are already so expensive I can barely afford to eat, it’s unacceptable to sell produce that is rotting, and dry goods with insects in them. Carrots should not be rotting 2 days after purchase.

I just needed a few things and didn't feel like messing with Walmart so I thought I'd give Winn Dixie a try. Haven't been in a while. Well, now I think I will be going there to get ALL my food from now on. It was so fast and easy. It would have taken me hours to get my few things elsewhere. Thank you Win Dixie.

I always go to the Deli and sliced meat department. They're friendly and helpful, plus no matter if you get their brand (S.E.GROCERS) OR (Dietz & Watson) you won't go wrong!! Simply Awesome and Tasty Cheese's are great also. Besides their weekly pricing discounts, they have occasional manager specials @ half off. It's the regular place to go!! They will let you taste test before purchasing so you don't buy something that you will not eat. Give them a try!!

I have to admit I'm impressed. I didn't expect to find as many organic and gluten-free options as well as a wide variety of different foods and ingredients. This makes this store an essential resource for the Jasper area. Because of Winn Dixie I rarely ever have to travel into a larger city for my dietary choices. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store hours and location make it the most convenient choice as well. The store is clean and well organized, so shopping there isn't stressful or confusing.

Easy access, large parking with reserved handicap spaces, prescription Pick up, large selection of fresh produce & vegetables, steam table, fresh seafood, meats, fresh bakery items, & all the additional stuff you may need, friendly staff, clean inside & outside, make sure you have a Winn-Dixie card otherwise prices are on the high side

Always nice to drop by if you ever like more unique foods/drinks!I actually got some sesame sticks for my boyfriend here that I couldn't find anywhere else nearby or locally. The store is practically always organized and clean as well :)

Very friendly and helpful employees. My niece and I had to go to Winn Dixie for a couple of things. While we were there we asked if they had any boxes we could get to pack some things in. They didn’t have but one box( they had just gotten in a truck to unload) but the young lady that checked our things out was extremely helpful and virtuous. She told us to come back the next morning and she would have some boxes sitting up there with my name on them. That’s taking care of your customers !

I've been shopping at Winn Dixie for over 25 years now and I've always had a really good experience with this store. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable and their produce is always fresh and well taken care of. Sure the prices are a bit more than some places but it's worth it in the quality of their products. I always find my very hard to find items here as well. I'm a chef so I have to have quality products and sometimes hard to find ingredients. Winn Dixie has never let me down. They also run some pretty good sales thru the week.

Store staff not very friendly , especially management. They will tell you what isle an item is on but don't take time to show you. Not enough cashiers or baggage help. Check out takes too long because the cashiers have to bag the groceries. There is not enough shopping cart racks in the parking lot. I will say that the store is neat and clean with ample isle room. The shelves are always well stocked and laid out . Good store but could be a great store with a little attitude adjustment.

My favorite grocery store in the South. This one was really nice, with well stocked shelves, lots of great BOGO deals, and the best variety of my favorite coffee brand (Community coffee of New Orleans) of any Winn-Dixie Dixie we have been to. Glad to be in Winn-Dixie territory again!

This is a clean store with a variety of every food you desire. The best place to do a western union transaction, it's completely paperless now.I love the fact that they have scooters as I often need one due to my disability. Their employees have always been helpful and friendly anytime I visit. Their in store pharmacy is a plus , and saves time without having to go to a bigger "mart" store crowded with people.

Nice clean store with friendly knowledgeable staff. Great selection including most major brands. The only reason for 4 stores instead of five is that , to me, they are a little pricey on some of their stuff.UPDATE JUNE 2022:This Winn Dixie is still a four star store and for the same reasons listed above. However the prices, just like everywhere else have gone up even higher!!! It's so sad what it costs to buy something as simple yet essential as food!! It saddens me to think of the hardship this is for people just trying to feed their family.So sad.... Way to go Joe!!!!

Store Manager Barry Watkins very helpful & pleasant. Deli worker Shelia Meeks was so helpful & excellent customer service. Meat Manager was awesome also. Great store to shop at. I will recommend this store to everyone. Store was neat & clean throughout.
