Store was very clean and well staffed. Groceries were abundant. Meat can be found in other area stores cheaper and better quality. The clothing and more industrial side looked very nice and cost effective. Auto service was super busy. Check out was well monitored. But cashier's were a bit 'robotic'. Really not too bad.

I work for delivery for this walmart and let me tell you it is no picnic trying to get the order for your customer. We receive an order and have a time that we are suppose to arrive at. When we get there at that arrival time and let them know we are there. We are waiting over a hour for our order to come out.(There is no reason for someone to have to wait for an hour to pick up a order) Now these orders are mostly perishables so, if you have frozen food they are melted by the time we get them. Which makes the delivery driver the one who looks bad because we are the last ones to touch them. Most of the time you will have to go up to one of the employees to ask for your order after you have been waiting for over a hour. This is honestly the worst Walmart I have ever dealt with. The management is poor quality and the employees suffer for not having no good management which makes everything else fall apart. The employees are walking(I wouldn’t say running cause they don’t seem like they really care to move any faster to do their job or to help out another) around confused and not really knowing what they are supposed to be doing. Get better management so, that your employees can have the confidence to do there job and do it correctly. I feel bad for the customers that are waiting for a delivery that takes over an hour to get to them after the pick up time. So, if we are waiting for over a hour for a pick up most of the time the order gets canceled because the food is no longer good and the delivery driver is not blamed for Walmarts mistakes. Sometimes the orders are not even completely fulfilled all the way. We have a job to do and it makes us look bad when we can’t even get orders out on time. Get someone in here that is motivated to do the job and to do correctly and efficiently so, that everyone else can do their job correctly and efficiently.

The store is always clean and neat and stocked as possibly can the only thing I do not like is mostly self-checkout and you have to have a card most of them do not take cash

This store is severely lacking proper management. I'm physically disabled and depend on their delivery service. They consistently cancel orders and then hold the entire cost of the order you never received, for ten days. I called my bank, and have screen shots saying the hold isn't coming from them. They cancelled 3 orders in a row, holding 2 debit payments, even though my order was cancelled. They don't answer the phone, neither does human resources. This store is the worst I've ever experienced. The delivery drivers act over worked and confused. They cancel orders at a whim. They don't answer the phone when you call to let them know you've arrived. Customer Support is no help. They hang up on you when they get confused, talk over you, and often tell you things that aren't true, just to get you off the phone. When they get annoyed, they stop answering you, all you hear is silence. Customer support calls go to other countries. This store is worthless. The Dora store is much better. This store I heard, gets a lot of complaints, but it doesn't seem to get any better.

Consistently missing items from pick-up orders. You can barely get anyone to answer the phone, and when you do, they are extremely rude. One lady asked if I had the "OPD" number, and was very condescending when I didn't know the walmart employee training jargon. The number she gave sent me straight to their voice-mail. I just needed to be able to get my children's medicine without taking them through the store, and now they still feel bad, and it's too late for me to go back. I will never shop here again.

As most Wal-Mart's the customer service has plummeted. The employees that shop for online orders are typically rude and push their way to the products, they do not care if you are standing there trying to get an item they squeeze their way in, and 9 out of 10 times never acknowledge you standing there. There are a few exceptional employees but very few. I will say the shelves are stocked better than most Wal-Mart stores I have been to. The checkout lines get long they never have enough lanes open and, self checkout stays packed.

I would stay away from the online delivery at this store, especially express. Fraudulent criminals will be at your home!Don't bother tipping, you are already paying a premium for under quality groceries.Clean this store up walmart management ; Oh wait you're involved in the chaos here. $

Hopefully walmart enforces this, for the customers safety that use the delivery serviceTotal crime delivery service. Store allows the scams. Watch out closely, if you are using the delivery service. Question your shopper and or driver. They aren't who they claimed to be.

I walked in tire lube and express there was nothing express about it it took 3 hours to put on 4 tires they had 2 people working nights and one service writer very slow need to hire more people Chris Rhoades last time I went there it took 2 hours for on tire he need to get more trained people or borrow people from other stores it's ridiculous I got the 10 till 4pm didn't leave until closing at 700pm I will never do business in TLE again we need to get with the program.

...I have to come here every day and at this rate most of the employees seem to recognize me. Customers have mistaken me as an employee.Otherwise, I love it. They usually have what I need and I know the store like the back of my hand. I'm able to get what I need quickly and get out fast. Also! NEW PARKING LOT! Great for my low-slung car. I'm not bottoming it out on potholes everywhere.

Middle of the day and only one register open. Self check out is not mental disability friendly. Had to stand in line for 30 mins. Edit, 2 lines open at 2:27 each line 5 people deep.

Used to always give them 5 starts, still do most Walmarts but the one in Jasper, Al. isnt the the same as most of them. We have problems at the self checkouts nearly every time we go with the workers stalking us like we're gonna steal a can of soup or something. I mean like crowding us so bad that we get into confrontations with them. It's the only Walmart that you have to show a receipt to get out the door. If they don't trust ppl to do their job for them checking out then they need to get rid of self checkout and put ppl back on registers. It just feels awkward and awful having to show these ppl your receipt at the door. I don't go to stores to talk to mingle with associates, I don't want your help and I'm a big boy so I can self checkout without missing something or stealing a tub of cool whip.

I love Walmart, but they have to do better on getting their customers through the checkout process quicker. Standing in line for over 10 minutes is too much, and it is even longer in the self checkout.

I love Walmart because their prices are consistent and they don’t make you sign up for cards and coupons to get the good value! They don’t fill my in box with stupid adds and so called great deals like other grocery stores, so they save me time and money. Their online system works great too. I have always appreciated their lower prices, and once the pandemic finally ended, I think their employees realized that their jobs were important because they seem more confident, upbeat and helpful! Keep up the great work- and thank you for a consistently great place to shop!

Stopped into TLE to have a tire repaired outta state. Got ignored by counter person (busy talking about personal stuff), told 20min to change tire, waited over an hour for paperwork. Finally got paperwork and bill paid, 4 or 5 employees standing around in bay not working. Tried to get attention of employees and no luck, finally went and got my tire out of work area. Avoid this TLE

The people in this store are poorly trained. It takes a long time for them to answer the phone and often the call just disconnects. When someone does finally answer it's like your talking to someone on another planet- total morons!

Overall decent Shopping Center if not the best for Walker County. The issues of this store though is lacking register operating employees seems like after 5:00 p.m there is no registers to be open and you are to check yourself out no customer service

Not all Walmart stores are created equal. Truth of the matter is any store is only as good as it's management and leadership. You can have very different shopping experiences driving from one Walmart to the next. This holds true when shopping at any type of store or restaurant. This Walmart is decent but nothing extraordinary.

Amount of stock was descent! However was overwhelming in some areas the middle of the aisle was completely blocked with unpacked pallets of stock waiting to be distributed you literally have to walk all the way to the end of the aisle and turn around to get something off the opposite side of which you were on!

It was a nice, clean, well stocked store. The lady monitoring the self checkout was very helpful. I had to have her help a couple of times and she was very patient and showed no frustration. There was a worker walking in the aisle between a couple of departments and I asked about the location of printer ink and she did seem put off by me and simply stated, "It's with the printers." It was my 1st time in that store or my 1st time in years and years. The lady in the electronics department was very helpful however in finding the ink.

Cashiers were very friendly and helpful. Associate working pickup service was on his phone the entire transaction. Picked up $62.00 in groceries 18 different items and nothing was put in a bag except the milk and tea.
