Very unprofessional and rude employees. Judgemental and falsely accused me of stealing when I opened my purse to show I put my baby's bottle in it she didn't even apologize. And it's their policy that if you return items, unopened, with receipt you have 90 days. She lied, said it was 30... It had only been 45 days and refused to return my items with my receipt in hand. Then the same girl, (Jennifer) was talking down about customers and my friend recorded her making racial comments about a small bi racial child. I will never shop their again. I've been to thousands of dgs and this was by far the worst one.

Normally I have no problems at Dollar General. The other night I was there buying a lot of groceries and stuff we needed ... they must have just gotten a truck in because there were stock buggies everywhere. I could barely get my buggy down any of the isles. After a while they started coming to me asking me why some of the things they had out were in certain places. I felt like they were accusing me of trying to steal... and I had over $220 of stuff in my buggy that I still ended up buying. Unfortunately I've been to a few dollar generals over the years that acted this way towards me. And I've never stolen anything from any of them. I recommend, if you're going to the one on #5 above Jasper, get in and out as fast as you can. Don't browse or shop, they might just call the cops on you.

This store is cluttered and the lines are always so long I avoid it if possible. Many employees are nice but there are a few constants with bad attitudes. Seems like too much stuff packed into a small space and there's nowhere to turn around.

The selection was great. The cashier, however was very unfriendly. She didn't greet us as we were checking out, so I greeted her. No response. I also tried to ask a question about a product, but she was too worried about talking to the other cashier about personal things, to answer me.

The cashier was not friendly; and when she got backed up, she never did call anyone to help assist. There was another girl who showed up (on her own - not sure if she was the manager or what) and offered to check people out at the other register. For me, that was the "saving grace" of this shopping experience.

.An awesome place of business. The ONLY problem I have ever had is no matter when I ALWAYS have to wait.....people lined up??? What's going on? Then we see another employee walk by and says I'd help but I have 10 minutes left on my break....specifically walks to the office and has a seat while 20 people are waiting! I understand everyone needs a break BUT customer service is key....its convenient and has very competitive prices. In the end I'd rather pay more and wait less. Dont get me wrong some of the nicest people work there but prioritize and get people in and out.

They had almost nothing on the shelves in the way of laundry detergent and fabric softeners.. They had so many uboats of products in the isles that you couldnt get down some of them! The store its self is just all around in discord and unorganized!!! They cashier however was very friendly!

I love all of th e dollar generals in the Jasper and Dora area. They are all clean, they have friendly and helpful staff. They carry many items you need and their prices are good. I highly recommend.

The staff were very rude and were basically kicking all the customers out of the store 10 mins before close. Then they didnt give me my receipt and was rushing us out so quick I didn't get all my bags!

Dollar general is a quick stop for any need you may have. This store is usually busy but can get you out quick. Need to stock more drinks, and powerade in the coolers for a quick cold drink.

They have 2 registers and a lady and me were at the first And a man at the 2 nd. The bottomof his beer container broke in line and a bottle of beer fell on the floor shattering and hit that lady and me. She and I were both looking to see if we were bleeding. She said she was on blood thinners. The 2 cashier's did not even ask us if we were ok or needed a bandaid or anything. The one cashier just threw paper towels on the wet spot paying no attention to the glass pieces I told her were by us. All she was doing is complaining because she had to clean it up. I think they could of at least asked us if we were cut or if we were ok.
