The employees are definitely cooler than a lot of people shopping. Gotta admit though, the people that get stuck working the register number 2(tobacco register) at night should have better planned breaks. I've seen someone get overwhelmed and stressed more than once.

Can find really good gems on clearance. Store brand is normally pretty good. Clothes have stepped up over the years.

Dogs running around. Dogs in shopping carts. Kids playing on and in driving handicapped carts in front of workers who are always listening to music on their earbuds. Lazy people "working" to get paid to do nothing more than ignore the problems this store has. When you have Dogs with their noses all in the freezer section where food is this is NASTY!!!

Its horrible and they can't keep food on the shelves!! They stand around talking instead of working and could care less if the shelves are waiting to be restocked... THIS STORE REALLY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT- IVE HONESTLY NEVER SAW A WAL-MART run so very poorly!

It is a Walmart. Only difference is everything on every Shelf has been jacked up about 20% and then somebody came at night maybe and moved everything away from where it was supposed to be. All the people walking in being lost is going to make one cool Tick Tock video. If you're used to using logic I would suggest that you go to any other Walmart besides Jacksonville. Nothing special there.

I have no complaints about Jacksonville Walmart. The staff has always been friendly and the store is always clean & stocked. I also enjoy Jacksonville's Walmart because it isn't as large as some and that makes it a lot easier for the quick in & out trips.

Can't get anyone on the phone even if you call 45 times to find out what time they stop cashing checks but when you're 2 minutes late they won't cash it. Poor customer service. And stuck up attitudes. 0 stars

One of the worst Walmarts I have been to in my entire life. First of all, they NEVER answer the phone for any of their extensions. Secondly, their automotive care center ignores customers who approach the garage. I have sat in my car for 20 mins waving down the technicians who act like I am not there. Once, I waited for 45 mins then drove to Anniston, AL Walmart where I was greeted and serviced in less than 10 minutes. It is ridiculous the conditions and lack of standards this Walmart has compared to Anniston, AL and Centre, AL.

Ordered grocery pickup, checked in to say I was on my way, and when I got to my pickup spot, I couldn’t check in! It said my groceries were delivered 10 minutes earlier than i arrived. Called the number on the sign 3 times with no answer. Via app conversion I was transferred to specialist who gave me a refund that would take up to 10 DAYS!!! What happens if I’m paycheck to paycheck, supposed to starve? When I said that, they the put it on my bank to ‘speed up the refund’! What a joke! I’ll never shop Walmart again!!! SHOP LOCAL!

If you get the main hotel, you're probably fine. The right side needs help, bad. Missing parts to the towel holder and tp holder. The fan no longer works. An LED strip light is wired in as the bathroom light. I killed a baby roach in the bathroom the second night we were there. The only redeeming quality of this motel is the restaurant which is fabulous. I went over the 4th of July and there weren't really any other hotel options.

Love my Jacksonville Walmart!They have revamped the check-out equipment to include the ability to receive your receipt via text message if you want!!! This is a big deal for me as I have never been good with saving receipts, especially for a long time. Now, I have them electronicly!!

Never have what is needed, most produce spoils in less than 3 days.Very few employees are helpful and friendly, but majority (80%) are extremely rude and act like they have better things to do than the job being paid for. Or hover like you are stealing at self check out, because the area is too small and have to hold or place on the ground AND they are ALWAYS BROKEN or CLOSED!Most of the items ordered paid for and have delivered are busted, dented, and were leaking out onto the driver's car, which ruined their seats.

Overall a good experience. It is sometimes awkward going down aisles on the market side, due to Walmart shoppers fulfilling the online orders. The checkout took way longer than expected, only 2 lines with employees were open. All other forms of checkout open are self checkout.

Customer service is always horrible at this Walmart, I’ve shopped At Walmarts with a higher quality in places like Hoover Al and mid town major city’s where the economy is greater and still Customer service was to perfection. Most of the managers stand around talking or trying to conspire on how to harass certain customers, I do see some of the employees working but there’s absolutely no customer service. If I was a secret shopper or on undercover boss this store would be the one with a high termination especially with the management team, Whoever is the regional or general manager of the store should really talk to their management team and employees about customer service, and Adding the same type of treatment to all customers. I witness unfair treatment to customers as well, I’ve had this incident myself shopping at this store. I feel like if you’re a paying customer and you’re respecting yourself and others you should be left alone, but like I said before they only have this behavior with certain customers. I believe in treating people with dignity and respect ALL people no matter who you are where you come from how much money you have.This world is forever growing and it’s not just about black or white it’s about people and loving everyone and accepting people for who they are, the moral of the story is the store really need a lot of help in training their management and employees respect for the customers and showing them true genuine customer service skills.

Walmart is a great place to grab all the essentials that you will need in your every day life. The only thing that bothers me lately is the door greater. Why have them if all they're gonna do is stand there on their phones and let you walk on by without saying a word to you. What's the point in that. I have came in and left and the same person not even look up at me. I could have walked out with a buggy full of stuff without paying a d the door greater would have been completely oblivious to me even being there at all. Otherwise, I think it's a great place to shop.

To much run around employees didn't want to do there job.Now that covid 19 is here walmart is a nightmare. Employees are rude and cut in front if you to fill grocery orders. You can't fund a damn thing you are looking for shelf are freaking empty. Time to find a new place to get food. Hasn't changed.Still can't find what your looking for half the time. 😞

Normally this Walmart is awesome however tonight I was a little disappointed. I was on my way to get my grocery pickup and got a message it was delayed. When I arrived I asked if it might be close to being ready and if so I'd just wait a little bit. The grocery pickup guy said he didn't know how long it'd be and he couldn't check how long it would be because it depended on the pickers and he couldn't even check. I've had orders checked on before so I feel pretty sure he could have checked but he didn't even try. Needless to say I waited a few more minutes and drove back home empty handed. With the price of fuel right now that's quite disappointing.
