This is a HUGE standalone Starbucks! Tons of seating inside! There are tables outside as well. The baristas did a great job making our lattes!

Why is it that when I ask for a peppermint mocha at this location, I always get a different version of how it is supposed to be made? I always have to ask for chocolate shavings with whip cream even though it is supposed to come with all of that. The last time I was at this location, they put cookie crumbs on top of the whip cream! These drinks are too expensive for the employees not to know how to make them.

I ordered a French vanilla frappachino. She tried giving me a vanilla cappuccino. Then I told her only one pump of hazelnut. Made wrong then I took it inside to get it right considering I paid almost $8 for it. Only for her to make it the same way again!! I will never go back to this Starbucks or recommend anyone to go to this location!!

Nice experience here. The drive-thru was wrapped around the building so we went in. It still took a LONG time. The drinks were done much sooner than our sandwich. Had to wait a while for them to heat it up... it is nice that Jacksonville finally has Starbucks as an option now though!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but the workers here are AMAZING! I always end up having quick conversations at the drive thru with different people and can say this place has the sweetest staff ever. I’ve asked a few times if they could surprise me with new drinks and it’s never a problem. Hands down the best Starbucks & the best people ever!!

I’ve been here a few times, but my last experience was so great I had to leave a review! My barista was so nice and patient. I had no idea what I wanted, but when I decided she was very kind and even suggested adding a flavor that I told her I liked to my drink. My drink turned out AMAZING and my impossible sandwich was so hot and fresh. I will definitely be back with great service like this :)

The absolute sweetest barista in the whole Starbucks Nation just waited on us at the Jacksonville AL location. You could tell they were understaffed but she didn't let that effect her quality of service. I will definitely be back. Thanks for such great service!

I love this location. Drive through is quick, my order is always perfect, but the real showstopper is:every time i come through the staff is genuinely friendly. I always get the same drink and they have my order memorized. They have written notes on my sandwich bag wishing me a good day at work. They go well above normal customer service. Ppl complain about “paying $7 for a coffee at Starbucks”- i would happily pay double that amount at this location just based on staff alone. I have not met a employee there that is less than amazing. 20/10!!

The drive thru was backed up so I went inside and they were extremely friendly and helpful and gave me my requested items in a very timely manner even while they were overloaded with mobile and drive thru orders. Great people and beautiful store! Will definitely be going back over and over again! 🙂

Alex is a horrible barista, doesn’t know how to make a decent drink. Ever since she’s worked at this location it seemed to have went downhill, it’s a shame use to be a good Starbucks. Don’t waste your time or money, this location will not make your drinks right when they make them wrong.
