Watch the video I posted in the stores photos I couldn't get it to load on this review and listen to the music these guys have blaring in the store. The store was also a mess. I"m pretty sure whoever owns this place wouldn't be okay with this. I left the store early bc one of the guys keep shadowing me till I politely let him know I wasn't a thief and never had been so he could chill out. I'd been looking for the dollar general in this area being as I just moved here, but i won't be going back!!

Awful!!! The store was nasty!!Had to wait in a long line. Other customers just put their items down and left. Filthy music blasting inside the store that employee had coming out of a speaker!!! I will go to another Dollar General from now on!!I am very disappointed 😞

The two lady associates that assisted me were bogged down & super busy with inventory, seasonal merchandise changes and current in stores shoppers ye 33t the manager lady stopped what she was doing and searched in the back for the items we needed multiple hours her co-worker covered the register and they both were so friendly and courteous and helpful even though they were so busy. Will try to add their names next review. Thank you ladies for being all smiles and professional while being so busy.

Shelves are never stocked. Employees are terrible. It's always messy. It's the closest grocery store to my house, but I rarely go because it's the worst dollar general in the area.

Good I've been 2 vnights in a row to get this flip phone but both nights they either don't have key rvguy last night had one but never got it open I'm about to head to another dollar gen near me ancsee if they have sane price my dad can't use smart phone so trying to him a flip so I hate Say That part bit great with gas and all being high but as always they were polite and apologized several times and store is right here in student gamecock country so lots of students but I love dollar gen so I'm about ok go see about getting that phone thanks

This particular store on Hwy 204 is probably the worst DG store I have ever been to. It’s shocking. The shelves are mostly empty because merchandise is still in boxes sitting in the isles. The staff act like they hate being there. The last time I went there, the kid at the register was eating her lunch at the register (food by the scanner) and listening to her AirPods while checking customers out. She never engaged with any of the clients.

This store is a joke. Shelves are never stocked even though big carts of unpacked groceries are sitting on almost every aisle making maneuvering a shopping cart almost impossible to use. I don't think it's the employees not doing their job I believe it is more that are just short handed all the time. Poor cashiers are always running back and forth from trying to greet customers and run the register to trying to put up what ever they can.

This store has great gone downhill. I worked there about 10 years ago and know it's difficult to get every done, as it's consistently understaffed. The workers there now are , in my opinion, not trained well. The store is a mess, when lines are backed up, no one jumps on another register, and manager is on her phone and doesn't even acknowledge customers.

The Manager. and the cashier was rude and disrespectful. To lazy and untrained to do their job. cashier constantly staying on his phone tonight(march 11,2022) They both deserve to be fired. If you can’t stand working customer Service get out of the business. Got mad cause they had to type some number in their system and then screams at the customer. Corporate will be call and i would be careful your Job are not at stake.

This place is great for people who coupon! I recently started using coupons myself and I know that if I ever have a question, the woman that works there named Jessica will always help me! For the most part, they always have what I am looking for and checkout time is quick!

They are short handed so the store is not as clean and as organized as it use to be. I was still able to find everything I needed.

Always friendly and for as small as it is, its rather clean unlike other DG's I've been in. The only reason why I'm give it 4 and not 5 is because I wish it had more of a selection, and this might be due to the small size.

I always use this store because the employees are helpful, friendly, and do everything they can to make my shopping experience positive and greatWe have two dollar generals in JacksonvilleOne on Pelham road which is a store I would never go to anymore due to the unprofessional and immature management that I as a consumer would not recommend one of ladies to have a management position due to her attitude, cursing in front of customers and making fun of customers coming in and out of the store.The one store on 204 is the one that knows everyone is complaining about the other store

Nice staff and a good selection of items, but the place is understaffed all the time, they need more workers, you could be standing in line for 5-10 minutes if one person has a problem, and there is only 1 or 2 people working at a time, I think there should be 3 people there to help really move the line and keep the store in Check

One of the better stocked store but a very rude cashier who told me thanks for my purchase and I then nodded because I was feeling sick and had to throw up so I was just trying to get outside before I lost my breakfast on her floor but because I was unable to speak back and tell her your welcome with words she then starts talking to herself saying oh your welcome have a nice day all of which had I been able to speak and say I would have but due to me needing to throw up I was unable to speak to her but nodded to acknowledge she had spoke. This is am example of why you should NEVER assume that someone is just being rude. You never know what others have going on.

CLOSE TO HOME. COME AS YOU ARE. LAST NIGHT AT 8:56 I GOT HUNGRY. THEY CLOSE AT 9:00 SO I HAD TO HURRY. I WALKED IN A LITTLE AFTER 9:00 AND GOT A BUGGY TO JUST THE WATERS. WHEN THEY LAUGHED I NEW IT WAS OPEN SEASON ON THE SNACKS AND ICE CREAM ISLE. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!!

Took a while to rebuild after the EF3 played Kick the Can with it (no one was hurt). Thankfully it was built back nicer, and with a better layout.

DG's digital coupons system is horrible. And they have NO digital coupon policy available you are at their mercy as to what and when a digital coupon attaches to.

They tell you you don't have anymore bags an you do!! They keep your stuff and when you call they tell they will have to check!! So the make extra money of what they sell you and they keep and resale!! Never have coke or chicken salad!! Bad management
