I’ve lived near this store for over 5 years, over the last 3 since Covid, the store has been managed terribly. Lines usually take more than 10 min for both self checkout and regular checkout. Grocery pickup is usually associated with a very long wait in your car. That’s assuming they even get you the correct items. It’s clear that the customer doesn’t matter to them.

NICOLE just made this shopping experience the WORST I have ever had at a Kroger! Left the store without even purchasing my groceries that I spent 45 min shopping for because she made me so upset. She had the WORST customer service ever and they should not allow her to engage with ANY customers! She needs to learn people skills. All I wanted was the items that were on sale for the sale price… is that too much to ask… evidently so as far as she was concerned… I tried really hard to be patient with her but it’s like she was trying to make me mad… if I ever decide to ship here again simply because the location is convenient for me and I see her… I’d go in the opposite direction…I am going to take the high road and not not say anything mean about her but let’s just say she has other things to be concerned about other than harassing customers and giving them a hard time when they are trying to buy groceries to feed their family… I’ll go now to a different store to shop for the groceries that I left in the cart at Kroger because of Nicole… terrible ugly human being!

This Kroger is losing its credibility! I do pick up orders and buy my groceries based off of sales and available coupons. Some of my items get canceled or updated to out of stock. I will walk into the store to pick out my own fruits and veggies (that’s another story) and check the out of stock items. Most of the time, the shelves are full. I asked an employee why this happens, and was told, “If the associate doesn’t know where or what the item is, they mark it out of stock.” So I lose out on money saving options because the associate doesn’t know their place of business or doesn’t think to ask for help?

Wonderfully stocked, clean, and friendly!! I love the atmosphere here, and the prices too. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite too! I am more than happy to shop here by default.

Very large, clean store. Produce is OK, could be better. Staff inside are usually friendly and helpful. As busy as this location is, I wish that they would open more checkout lines. Pick up staff are always quick and friendly.

I ordered the most gorgeous Tulips for a birthday gift. Would have cost me $200 easy if I purchased from a flower specialty shop. Shipping was free over $35 bucks! No fees! The whole process was so easy and smooth. The flowers were sent from a place in California overnight to my destination. I will never ship anywhere else for flowers. I had my flowers shipped bc of out of state, but you can send it local too, just use the delivery service instead!FABULOUS ❤️

It's getting to be like shopping at Walmart shopping at this location. They rarely have enough staff in particular cashiers or people to assist at the self-checkouts. They're self checkout machines are very slow and have constant issues so it requires staff to come over and help. They usually have most things in stock and the store is clean and presentable but staffing shortages makes it hard to get in and out of here quickly.

Currently standing in checkout lines 3-4 deep both personal and self checkout - only 2 personal checkout lanes open - be prepared to wait. A few minutes ago a lane closed, no warning with people in line.

The genius at corporate office who came up with the policy of not accepting out of state ID should be fired. If my valid out of state driver license is good enough to drive in Alabama and buy liquor at ABC store, it sure is good enough to buy beer at your store or any store.

This local Kroger grocery store is located at 7090 Highway 72 WHuntsville, AL 35806. The great thing that sets Kroger apart from other grocery stores is it doesn't have clothes, outdoor furnishings, etc. It has groceries.There is a Starbucks located inside the store, as well as pharmacy, flower shop and in addition to all of the well stocked grocery departments. SO you can get your favorite mocha, latte or espresso to enjoy while you shop. There is a fully stocked produce department with fresh fruit and vegetables. During the Summer months they carry a Tuscan melon that is the sweetest and juiciest I've ever tasted.There is a fresh meat department that carries beef, pork, chicken and seafood. We've purchased the jumbo shrimp several time when it has been one sale for $9.99 a pound. It was fresh and delicious each time we've bought it. Occasionally Kroger has the whole Beef Tenderloin on sale for $142.36 for 14.2 pounds which averages to just over $10 a pound. We had the meat department slice the whole tenderloin into 3/4" thick steaks. It made 15 thick steaks and about a pound and of tender stew meat. We've also watched for sales online and they've had Choice Boneless Ribeye for $6.96 per pound.Kroger also has a great deli meat department that has cold deli pork, beef, chicken, turkey and many other seasoned deli meats. We've bought the Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef $12.37 per pound. We had the deli department slice it nice and thin and it makes fantastic roast beef sandwiches for French dip.Kroger also has a large variety of potato chips ,snacks, canned fruit and vegetables. They carry a wide variety of household cleaning and laundry supplies. There is a large variety of dairy milks, cheeses and yogurts.They carry pretty much everything you can want in food and sundries.There is staffed checkouts as well as self-checkouts. Make sure your register for an Kroger saver account that you can use and track on your smart phone. On average we save anywhere between $15-30 per visit and can track the sales using the Kroger app.

Waiting in the self service checkout line in Kroger for 25+ minutes. Half the checkout lines are closed. There is at-least 100+ people in line waiting. This is not a new experience here. Kroger blows.

The meat department is going downhill fast, with molded steak and discolored chicken. The cheese department had mold on some of the parmigiano & guda cheeses. The produce department is a lost cause it is full of rotten & molded mushrooms, drooping spinach, etc. You can get better quality at a Save-A-Lot.

Chicken packages have expanded and broken from getting too warm, trying the sell rotten meat. The pictures say it all. Corporate doesn't care neither does store management.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I relocated to Huntsville and went to Kroger looking for an item but their shelves were empty. I asked Joshua a curl haired kid if someone was in the back to help customers. He was very rude telling me he doesn’t work back there and can’t go check because he’s on a timer to get the cereal stocked. I called the store since no one around seems to work for the store and got Shelly. What an amazing woman!!!! I would give her 10 stars. She came all the way from the front of the store to the back to check, but the boxes were too tall for her. I heard dairy page multiple times and 15 minutes later im still back here writing this review. If it was the weekend I would understand but on a Monday when no is hardly here - UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!

Had an issue with a Darden gift card (Red Lobster, Longhorn) purchased in May that I had given to my mother for Mothers Day. It was not activated on the restaurant corporate end so it did not work when she tried to use it. Robert in CS called and got me a refund for the card. He was on hold for a long time but took care of it with a smile.

This new location is so close to our house and gives us another option than Publix. I wanted to like it but everytime we've been we've only had a bad experience. Young workers are not attentive and rude. Also, the deli closes at 7 pm.

Usually, I have a great experience with Kroger. Last night , however, I was having some difficulty with the self checkout and asked an unoccupied cashier to void an item for me. She very rudely replied that she was " busy" and couldn't just leave her register... that was 3 feet from where I was needing assistance.

It's okay but I always thought Kroger's it was way too over priced. However if you don't mind paying the price they have a great customer service and a kind and friendly staff on top of several other services like check cashing and paying your bills. It is convenient and it beats the alternative it takes you an hour just to get in and out of.

Love Murray's cheese counter& organic selection. Huge watermelons today! Only $4.49 for large watermelons!!! Recent visits have only 2 registers open and 6 people in each line. Only one side of self check out is open, and that line is 10 deep. The renovation is too long and the layout of the store does not make any sense.

If you go, be wary of which employees you are interacting with. I have used this Kroger for years and some employees, such as Nicole at self check out, are wonderful. Nicole is very helpful and always has a smile on her face and is singing, which I personally love to see and hear.However, there are plenty of employees that are rude from the very beginning of your interaction with them. One of which to stay very clear of is Laura. She wears a red vest, I believe indicating a higher position, and I cannot fathom how she came into that position as she is a hateful human being. I have filed a complaint about her actions and attitude and hope to see some way for the situation to be rectified.

I bought a Milo’s Tea 4 years ago and it was expired. Nothing has changed. Bought another one today, 07/29/23, and this one is expired as well. So done buying Milo’s Tea from Kroger!!!! Gotta do better 🤨
